I had two tickets bought last year that we couldnt use because of covid. A voucher was offered. Now that I have been trying to use the credit to buy new tickets and PAY the difference, they have made it so IMPOSSIBLE. My first attempt was on Wednesday 2/10/21 where I spent all morning on the phone with FOUR different agents. All of them telling me DIFFERENT THINGS of what I should do next. I requested to speak to a supervisor which the agent responded that they weren't taking calls. You told me to call the airline directly and when I called the airline, they told me you have to fix it. Which I told you right away every time your four different agents suggested me to contact the airline. After this the four different agents kept promising me you will fix it. Thursday 2/11/ I was "finally" able to book the tickets using the credit I have and pay the difference. An email with a quote was sent to me which I accepted. The agent told me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a confirmation. Friday 2/12/21 I called in to know the status of the booking since I didn't receive any email with a confirmation or next steps. I was told to wait 24 more hours. 2/13/21 my phonecall call was made at 1:30 pm. I was able to speak to an agent who told me to wait on hold while he checked what happened with the confirmation. He told me it would only take a COUPLE OF MINUTES. Its 4:32 pm and I am still on hold. Your service is a joke. I requested a refund and you denied. What do you expected me to do? This is the first and last time I book tickets using your company that clearly doesn't care about costumers but your own damn benefit.
I wanted to make a domestic flight change to my international itinerary and even received approval from the airline that flew both portions of the trip. I had the airline on the line and conferenced justfly and even when the airline told the justfly customer service agent that it was doable and they can go ahead and process it. The justfly customer service agent transferred me to another agent whom was supposed to process the change and the agent would still not. There is an obvious lack of communication with the agents, 3-5 minute hold times with every inquiry you make and keep you on hold and give the run around every chance they get to tire you and make you fed up to hang up on your own. JUSTDONT DO IT AND PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE. #LESSONLEARNED
We booked a flight from Minneapolis to Helsinki Finland through justfly.com and had an infant added to our trip. First, they failed to collect the fare (tax) for our child, and when they finally did two months later (unbenounced to us) they screwed up the infants reservation and ticketed him by himself. The airline caught it and canceled his reservation. When we checked in we were advised by American that the child could not be located so they added him to the domestic leg from Minneapolis to Chicago. We were advised to check with the Finnair gate agent in Chicago to make sure they had a record for our child. When we arrived in Chicago we learned he was not on our reservation so we contacted Justfly.com via telephone and THEY couldn't find a record for our child initially, and in the end did not help us. We had to contact Finnair and they were able to take care of it, but by then it was too late and our seat was given to someone else! I attempted to contact justfly.com customer service to get some sort of compensation. The agent promised to call me back after he spoke with Finnair but I never got a call back. Probably the most frustrating part of dealing with them is that they're from the Phillipines and they don't completely understand what is being said. Never again will I use this incompetent company to book travel!

The process was easy to follow. This is my first time to use this website so I'm still a little nervous about it. But so far I've had no issues.
I am very happy with their service, I got my tickets on time and when I called to ask questions they responded to everything I was concerned about great place to get tickets I strongly recommend.
Dont use this company the tickets are non refundable and they charge you a 150 fee per ticket if you cancel or change your dates. RIP OFF>>>>>>>>>>

In Januray 2018, booked flight in May from EWR to YVR, agent convinced to purchase meal & asked preference. Flight attendant indiciated no meal was ordered. Flew hungry! Retrun flight from SEA to EWR, told agent at booking we are United Mileage Plus members & provided One Pass member #. Surprised not able to check in until baggage fee is paid. United indicated membership info was not provided. Paid baggage fees. Upon returning home, called JustFly to express dissatisfaction. Waited 30+ minutes before speaking to supervisor Meeko, who did not show any sympathy nor care. Will never use JustFly again for future trips. BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY!
Due to coronavirus issues, airlines tends to change itineraies and flights for free. But Justfly charges you up to 75$ for a unfair "handling fee".
I've purcharsed a flight from SDQ to SJJ using to diferent airlines (Jet blue and Turkish Airline) througt Justfly. One of them (Turkish Airline) changes the itinerary. I try to change it by the app but not possible, I call both airlines and they said the change has no cost but couldn't change it because it wasn't purshased by their page. The E-ticket # combines the two airlines abovementioned, so their anwers is to call your Agency (Justfly). Just fly sent me an automatic email to quote changes with them and finally sent me the "quote" with 75$ of handling fee for no reason.
I paid an extra $146.72 for Extended Cancellation and CSA travel Protection and was told our tickets could not be refunded.

We booked our flights to leave and return on a vacation. We are notified 3 days prior to having long layovers in Denver it went from our initial booking of 1/2 hour to 2.5 hours and in chicago our delay went from 45 min to 2 hours and 50 min! I attempted to make new times for the day we are to leav to avoid the layover and gues what its a $550.00 charge to make ANY CHANGES! ANY! To your flights! WHAT! THIS COMPANY IS NOT A USA BASED COMPANY AND IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! STAY AWAY OH YEAH I DID INSURE IT GUESS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO BE DEAD AND PROOF OF DEATH! NEVER AGAIN NEVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS SITE!
Justly is the worst experience I ever had with customer service. My flight was canceled last year due to covid, and I was charged a cancelation fee and issued a travel credit. When I tried to use the credit I spent over 7 hours on hold, not to mention the time wasted on their non-functional website. Despite the time spent and wasted I have been unable to rebook a flight using my credit. It has taken them a month to follow up with me, only because I filed a compliant with the better business bureau (who was also ineffective), and I have still no been able to get a refund or use my credit for a new flight through them. Because of this, the flights I was looking at more than doubled. I ended up going through the airline to use my travel credit and I was charged a fee for that too. I asked Justly to reimburse me for that and they essentially arrogantly dismissed me and told me it was my choice to go through the airline, ignoring the fact that I tried to do it with them for almost a month?! I don't understand how people get away with stealing people's money and wasting their time. This is reckless.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
