I cannot get any help from Justfly.com about making a name correction. They want to charge me $75. I told them that JetBlue(who is the ultimate ticket holder) said it is easy to do and no charge. They kept me on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a Supervisor. Then I got disconnected. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I got the cheapest ticket prices without the ridiculous layovers. I did have to go to another site that compared cheapest prices to find the cheapest price with JustFly, but after that everything was a piece of cake.
I booked a honeymoon trip to Ireland for April 2020. Covid canceled all flights, was told to rebook. Ireland was closed until this summer due to Covid, Contacted Just Fly and they told me to rebook by Dec 21 2022. When I tried to rebook early December, they told my my ticket was expired, and I there is nothing I can do. This firm stole $2300. Always book direct through the airlines is my lesson learned.

I had a horrible experience. Purchased a round trip to Morelia Mexico and my return flight is with Volaris. I tried to add on my checked bags during my purchase on JustFly but I was not able to do so. I called customer service and they stated I needed to call the airline directly. When I called Volaris they stated they had to charge me double because I was adding the bags after the fact and not during my initial purchase on JustFly. JustFly washed their hands and said they had no control over what the airlines charge for bags even though it was not even an option during my initial purchase on JustFly! Never ever again buying tickets on here for our yearly Mexico trip!
I spent money for flight insurance and was denied any refund or credit. I fulfilled all of the criteria for a refund or credit but was still denied. The denial wasn't sent to me, I had to call again to ask about it, there was no reason for the denial. I purchased the flight insurance because of the chance of being exposed to Covid and that was the reason I was not able to make my flight.
My flights were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic and Justfly has handled this situation HORRIBLY. They gave us non-refundable travel credit that doesn't work for crap and they charged us many more fees because of our flight being cancelled. This company is pathetic and is an absolute scam.
Stay the hell away from justfly.com. Wy wife is about to fly to Korea in 4 days, and she just discovered that they got her nme and birthday wrong on her itinerary. She spent 4 hours on the phone with them tonigght in order to do this. They are charging her $75 for a name change fee,, and demanding that she send them a copy of her passport, in order to fix it. Incredible.
JustFly is a huge ripoff... stay away! I booked my daughter's spring break trip with them and I bought flight insurance. I had to cancel her because of a serious illness and they are charging me 150 bucks to cancel, plus they won't refund the trip, I have to submit to insurance and to do that I need an email from Justfly that says we canceled and they are charging me 150 bucks for that email... what crooks!
FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS! They beat around the bush in every way possible. They messed up the name on the name on the ticket? Your fault. Pay 75 bucks to fix it? That will fix the ticket one way. Pay an additional 75 to fix the ticket for the way back. Extra, unexplained charges. 'Managers' don't help in any way. 'Refundable' tickets aren't refundable. Stay far, far away from this BS company.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
