I am a 30 year travel business man and have used multiple airlines, and travel agencies over the years, being budget minded, I look for the best deal for the money like many of us, I recently spent over six thousand dollars from my business for four tickets to travel from Nashville, TN to Cairns AU and return. DO NOT use Justfly.com they are a farce, not REAL! I had to change the return tickets BUT they would not do so, and would NOT even work with me. I had parties on both side of the pond working on this, the time, money, phone calls and headaches all add up to a very very unprofessional network of people that you need to STAY away from. I ended up having to purchase two more separate one way tickets to return to Nashville, due to legalities and time tables. I was on a government job and the change in return dates mandated I stay longer than the original ticket. I bought the flight Ins CSA (another company) you NEED to stay away from I tired to get Justfly to book another ticket and they said no tickets were available, then I tried to get the flight Ins to cover my tickets, I complied 42 pages of 'legal' documents and sent to Justfly.com and to the Flt Ins and so far I have received nothing. If you want to waste some money then use Justfly.com and if you want a flt Ins that WILL NOT cover you then use CSA. END OF STORY. Adding insult to injury, they don't use people who can speak proper English.
It was easy and I love the price if not for that I would have been able to have a trip this year. I hope you. Keep up the good work.

The site gives the "best prices" which I didn't feel like they were any better than Expedia or trivago. The customer service for this site is awful! Everytime I had to call in regards to my flight the call would be at least 2-3 hours long between waiting and being constantly transferred to someone else who didn't know what they were doing.
I received an email from them advising me to cancel my flight due to the coronavirus and that I was eligible for a full refund. I also had purchased flight insurance previous to this. The woman I spoke to first laughed when I asked for her assistance in canceling my flight saying not everywhere was affected by the virus... my layover was in Bejing in one of the first areas hit by the virus. Then I was transferred over to another Rep. Who said I had to pay $200 to cancel my flight and after explaining to her countless times that I had flight insurance she knocked the price down to $100. I was traveling with a friend who luckily got a better Rep. That gave her a full refund without any hassle, unfornately I wasn't as lucky. ALL the reps. I spoke to had very thick middle eastern/ asia accents that were very hard to understand half the time and would get angry when asked to repeat themselves. They all spoke incredibly fast as well. I'm in my twenties and have never had an issue with hearing others over the phone until I had to deal with this company... This site is full of scammers. Stay away from them!
Well thanks for asking, first of all I was very upset because I saw your flight that caught my eye to purchase and when I had a family member to view the same flight info that I was interested in they havnt found it yet to see the same info and then I call another family member to pull it up so I can get them to join me on this same flight and they too couldn't pull up the same info that I was viewing now that's the second person so we are wondering why? That is we can't see the same prices Im seeing so I take a photo shot of it and send to both of them and NO ONE COULD FIND the same price I saw but anywhoo I did book what I saw and now my famlily members can't FLY the same flight with me and that made us kinda upset until where I got to fly alone and that's weird to us that we didn't see the same info. But other than that I everything else went smooth sooo my rating would be ***** stars ***** stars from me. I hope that answer you concern. Thank you and be Bless
This agency is terrible! I purchased a flight from LAX to LIH, and 3 days later realized I couldn't go but, this was (45) days before the actual flight. So I called them back and they said I needed to request a refund from Hawaiinairlines, which I did and was approved.
Hawaiinairlines will deduct $100 for a service fee out of the original $357 ticket. Justfly.com charged me $75 for a processing fee before even issuing a "subject to approval" refund of the remaining $257. I asked to be routed to the original person that helped me "Marge" and said he couldn't because of high call volume. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he out me on hold for 10 minutes and didn't reply to my request. In the end, I paid a total of $389 with taxes, and fees. I paid an additional $75 for processing a refund and I have to wait (72) hours for it to be approved AND THEN WAIT 6-8 WEEKS FOR THE ACTUAL REFUND.
This company should not be in business, some of there representatives don't even speak English and called me a "Mam" at one point. Terrible business process, extremely difficult to just get a refund and give you the run-around. Grade a F. Will never do business with again and would not recommend.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
