Good site. But it needs to be more intuitive, also it's very slow and it doesn't save your search with your specific settings like the time of day you want to fly and if you want a direct flight or stops. Needs better alerts for finding the best price more efficiently
I was able to book my flight quick and easy and I got the best deal possible. I didn't have to hassle with trying to price compare on several websites. It took me about 10 minutes to find what I needed. Thank you so much!
Everything was very nice. I made the mistake of assuming there would be meal service on my 11+ hour flight. The attendants were great and book in was easy. It was also nice to get the reminder emails.
The process was effortless when it came to flexibility on dates and ease of changing one field instead of starting the search process from the begging. For now on... THIS is where I will purchase my plane tickets!
justfly.com is simply a crew of scammers. They are well-known among scam victims and the scambaiting community as a fraudulent and fake company. Hundreds, if not thousands of reports of money laundering have been made about this company.
Customer service was excellent and the service was good... I called her to cancel my booking with Lufthansa because they are not allowed to land in Nigeria for now and she helped me with delta airlines. So proactive..
They will charge you right away for your ticket BUT you might not get confirmation for 4 business days. Or 5 business days. Or 24 hours before departure. And if you attempt to cancel after not receiving that confirmation, you are charged a handling fee. Do NOT use this company. I cancelled 2 hours after making my reservation and was told it may take 10 days for me to get a refund.
My boyfriend and purchased plane tickets through Just fly 5 months ago. We picked our seats at the time of purchase and even paid extra for an aisle seat. When we checked in on line this morning before our flight our seats were apart. When we called Virgin airlines we were told that when you purchase through just fly that the seats are not guaranteed, it is listed in their fine print.
I've never booked a fight on the website, but my experience was very good. I was able to get the flight I needed for my travels at an excellent price and it is a non-stop itinerary. I will definitely use Justfly for my future travel needs when flying.
It has been a year now and Just Fly's automated service is still telling me the they are processing my refund that they themselves admit I am due. Impossible to get beyond automated services to find out what is going on while they hold on to my $1800+.
If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. They lied to me about airline policies and didn't inform me of a very important rule of every airline in the world which caused my daughter not being able to get on the plane. I even got a travel insurance but it is not useful in this situation. Been on the phone with them for hours for the past month trying to get a refund but everyone keeps telling me to wait. They will do anything to have you book with them and then it's not their business when you have trouble with the reservation. TOTAL SCAM! NEVER AGAIN!
Submitted all of the standard information... went on to enter the payment information! Took forever, then it comes back with, the price has increased by $20+ per person, do you want to continue?
Is this a game with this site to get more money out of the customer?
Well I and probably the majority, said yes and paid the additional $!
The real question is why?
Why is a site allowed to charge more when you saw the price that you were willing to pay for the ticket?

I booked a ticket with them for $1200 got an email confirmation and the price changed to $1700. They also restricted the booking and hid the booking price from airline so airline can't do anything. Tried to cancel within 48 hrs. Was told I can't... once they get your money they don't even want to talk to you. Never ever use.
I looked at JustFly and the price was the same as on JetBlue so I stupidly figured let someone make a commission and booked the flight with Justfly. The bill came in for the flight plus an extra $23.90. I called to ask why and they do not accept calls you must email them. I sent the email and was told I was charged for a "seating assignment fee". I never heard of such a thing. I then asked to be told where on the site it tells me about this fee and they just don't answer. I got screwed- don't use them so your not screwed too.

I put a lot of time talking on the phone with Justfly's customer services, a lot of overwhelming and frustration and finally what was the results: one week behind my schedule and also I had to pay 560$ to buy a new ticket.
A very bad experience and never buy any ticket from justfly!
I was able to get a last minute reservation at a great price and with acceptable travel timelines. My itinerary and electronic ticket came quickly by email without issue. Thank you for making an unexpected family health emergency in another state possible without additional stress.
I didn't find anything smooth before this happened, but what took the cake was that my flight, booked with Justfly.com, on Alaskan Airlines, was cancelled, and Alaskan rescheduled me for a later flight. I called the airline to see why my confirmation from Justfly was a different flight at a different time of day, and the airline told me that it was up to the booking site to let me know of a cancelled flight. I got no such email from Justfly.com and I'll never use them again.
They have great choices on their website. Its inspiring not to spend too much time, effort and esp. MONEY if you select JustFly from the beginning. We don't waste attention on the rest outthere anymore, as JustFly's always undefeated when it comes to the best prices ever online.
Most people booking cheap airfare only look at the bottom line price and i'm sure most will ignore these ratings but if you're looking for a cheap airline ticket to no where then this is website. Don't expect any customer service, ran into issues with hotel bookings around the pandemic and got absolutely ZERO help from these crooks. Kept hitting me with various fees they would charge. Only interested in bilking money out of users, the absolute worst human beings on the face of the planet, hopefully they go out of business during the pandemic!
They are available, listening to costumer, resolve their problems, take care, and follow up call. I am waiting for one request to confirm that I will not be charge additional cost, as the airline representative mentioned.
