Worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone and won't be using them again. Worst customer service I have ever had after they helped us book a trip that didn't allow enough time to catch our second leg of the flight so we missed our plane to Japan. We were stuck in Los Angeles and they wouldn't help us at all. W had to re-purchase tickets and now it's a battle.
For an online service it was easy and quick. We travel periodically and when we do we try to find the best deal possible. Being in our 50's travel is important with extended family all over the world. I would use this site again if it continues to show the best prices and service.
Had round trip tickets from Wyoming to Virgin Islands had a death in family justfly wouldn't let us change dates unless we paid 1500. 00 per ticket had to buy one way tickets to come back what a scam if u go through airline it's only 200.00 to change dates for emergency this company just sucks
I had just received notice of my niece's upcoming wedding and I have to travel from Denver to Chicago.
We were contemplating driving but I started looking at flights and was pleasantly surprised to find roundtrip flights for $65! I downloaded the app which was super easy to use and we are all set!
Since thanks giving I flew 3 two way trips and a one way and about to go some more in August. The busses are a downer because they take way to long and smell like porta-potties. Praise God for justfly prices and service!
I was able to make my plane reservations without the usual headaches. The prices they got me were great and the times could not be better. What can I say. This is were I will go whenever I need to book a flight.
I'm out over $800 because they won't let me use my travel credit for anything. I've been trying to use my travel credit for round trip tickets from Boston to Orlando, but they said that my flight credit is not enough to cover those tickets completely so there's a difference i have to pay. I've looked at multiple different websites and it is super rare to find round trip tickets to Orlando over $600!
We had to book a flight to Niagara Falls a month ago, fast! A friend of mine said I should try to book with JustFly. So, I went ahead and booked for the weekend.
It was surprisingly fast and easy. We had no trouble booking our flights; we did not even have to call customer support. I would be booking with them again, for sure!
I fly at least once a month and I research the least expensive flights but also need decent times. Justfly has been the site that has provided me with both. They are now my go to site when looking to book a flight.
My flight was cancelled once and they were really quick to reach out to me and reschedule me on a different flight for the same price! Usually, other third party sellers leave me to do that myself but Justfly took care of it seamlessly for me.
I purchased a plane ticket over the phone using travel credit with Just Fly about 7 weeks ago and still have not received the confirmation email. I have requested a call-back from Just Fly 6 different times. I have currently been placed on hold for over 2 hours and 21 minutes. I have over 10 hours wrapped up in purchasing this ticket, and my issue is still not resolved.
I really don't care how cheap their tickets are I will Never book through them. I would advise anyone not to book through them. Puerto Rico is damaged and all they want is your money! I can't get a dollar back! $646 down the drain. They want to charge a cancellation fee $150 per ticket and then a booking fee of $200 per ticket when I book again with a supposedly credit! What credit a total SCAM and joke. Please anybody everybody don't book with them I wish I had read the reviews before I booked my flights. Lesson learned and a costly one! Horrible!

I fly to Cincinnati 3 or 4 times a year. I always use justfly. I have tried some of the other sites and they can be confusing- or they offer a price and you choose that flight and then the price goes up. I have never had any problems with justfly. I also like the email price alerts when I am considering an upcoming trip.
Good and smooth booking of multiple-city flight tickets with great price. I had good experience although I am not sure about others; I did not check the reviews, but, my own experience was good. I may return back to this website for future flight ticket bookings.
It was easy to input my departure and return dates and find the cheapest ones. The only downside is you should tell people ahead of time that seats are not guaranteed and carry ones are not permitted unless they are small personal items.
I used this mediocre company by mistake by clicking a link from kayak to book an international flight. I selected my seats right away and paid for the added expense. They could not fulfill the request and failed to inform me. When I tried again leading up to the trip, they again could not fulfill the requests and failed to inform me. When I finally called them, they asked me to take it up with the airline since they had requested it and it was in pending status. The airline did not receive the request and I ended up with the worst seats for a 14 hour flight. I was out on hold for 1 hour and 54 mins waiting to talk to a customer service rep. I will NEVER go near this company again and I am on a campaign to inform others not to.
The chief distinguishing characteristic of this site is speed and efficiency. They didn't give me a ton of choices for my chosen flight, but the choices they did present were good; and the buying process was really fast-faster than usual, in my experience.
Purchased tickets at $176 when I checked my Card I was charged 246. I have no reproach as they are web based. Last time I use them and I will actively campaign to my friends family and anyone who listens to stay away!
I was satisfied with the option of you site I didn't know you have so much to offer. And your at Times better than the search engines that are advertise, I will from this point on have you on my top three list.
Finding and booking my flights were as easy as it gets. I did not like sort of getting roped into seat selection and that substantial fee and not being unable to "undo". If I continue to use justly, I will be super wary about that feature.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
