Justfly.com disguised it's the website to make it look like Emirates Airlines' website. Once booked, I found out I had only 24 hours to cancel, I could not change dates unless I paid the whole price of the ticket again, I was allowed to carry only one suitcase on the plane, not the regular two suit-cases allowed by the airlines. It was cheaper to buy a new return ticket. Justfly wanted the full amount again and then gave me a choice on line with long layovers. They were not answering the phone. Please never book a flight with Justfly.com, they are a rip off artist. The Government should look into this agency for deceptive practices.
Not a real service. This is just a site that promises flights and then if something goes wrong they won't help and pocket the money. Their scam is to charge a "good" deal and then skim off the difference from the actual ticket cost. If they provided any sort of service, there could be a value there. They don't provide anything. We got taken by them when trying to get tickets to see a sick parent. When things went Covid and we got cancelled, they refused to refund our tickets. Crooks.
Even BBB issues warning about this company using previously used credit card for additional unauthorized fees or charges.
*** DONT USE justfly.com. They will never resolve the issue and will tell you that it may take upto 6-8 weeks for your refund in the hope that you forget about the charge.
This is 2017, credit card refunds no longer take 6-8 weeks any more.

I have booked 3 flights with Justfly. 2 out of 3 have been cancelled. The most recent flight that was cancelled, I was not notified by Justfly, but was notified directly from the airline. I went on Justfly's website to make sure that my ticket was cancelled, so I would not be a "no show", and they had not cancelled it. I cancelled it myself, and was charged $75.00 to cancel my already cancelled flight. To top it off, it has been a couple of weeks, and I have not received the refund for my flight or for my cancellation fee, that they wrongfully took from me (they confirmed in email that they were wrong).
I cannot rightfully recommend this site to anyone. I would rather pay full price and go directly through the airline, then to ever use Justfly again.
I have been trying to book flights several times today. The price was very competitive to the major sites but it offered a better airline. 1st time to book, i enter all my info and cc info then submit only to be told that the prices has gone up within 2mins of me entering the info by $267.74. I try this from 3 different computers and 3 different IP addresses today, and each time the price goes up. I call CSR and they are trying to sell me a flight $400 over the value. Seriously, why just not publish the true fares. Not sure how they got high reviews.
I booked a flight from Washington DC to Guayaquil Ecuador. I had to cancel. Because of an illness and an accident. I paid $719 and that included travel insurance. While I was canceling the hit my debit card for another $150. With out permission. I ended getting $340. After getting $869.00 token out of my bank account! In 4-8 weeks! And I have to submit tons of paperwork and my second son to the insurance company to recoup the remainder! Insurance company said it could take up to six months! Stay away from these people
I paid for my flight through Justfly and they didn't list the confirmation number for my connection flight. I was not allowed to board and had to pay for another flight to travel. After spending more than an hour to get hold of their customer service, I was told that they cannot refund my money I had to fill out a claim for the insurance to refund me and they replied that I am not eligible for refund after collecting an insurance fee of $190. This is unacceptable and i suggest that Justfly is not ready for business. They are only wasting people's money and time.
My Etihad flight bought through justfly was cancelled due to Covid and the airline has agreed to refund. Justfly took 18 weeks to process the request and now has cancelled it without giving any reason. The customer service is pathetic and has not responded to any of my calls! This is such a big scam! I had to buy ticket from another airline! Never buying ticket through them ever again! They take your money for a cancelled flight, its a fraud company, people should never buy tickets through them! I am a student at university of maryland, posting it on our student forum as well!
I do not recommend flying with just ly and frontier airlines, unprofessional, pay more and travel with a better airlines,. My trip was cancelled due to weather circumstances and then they didn't send me cancellation email then they didn't refund my money, after sending multiple email they send the money to wrong visa number! Which was surprising, at the end they told me i ask the third party agency which can not be contacted
Worst company ever. I have been looking for plane tickets and other sites don't charge your card if a flight is full after you put in your information. Just Fly charged my card $48.30 five times. Every flight I tried on their website said it was full and it charged me $48.30 every time. CheapOAir DOES NOT charge you if you put in your information and then they say the flight is full. I called and got to customer service and the man was rude and did not help. He said that the money should be back in my account within 2-10 business days. He also threatened to hang up on me when I called him out for not being helpful. I have no idea if that money will be refunded to my account but I will be calling my bank tomorrow morning. Horrible customer service.
I first learned about justfly when i was having a hard time finding a good flight to Chicago on the agency that i always book with so i asked my sister to help me because she went their a month ago. She told my that i can check the website of justfly. I followed her advice and i was able to find a date that works well with my schedule. The booking was easy and i got my confirmation in just a few minutes
I was booking a flight online and could not get seat assignments. So I called "customer service" ha! They booked flight on the phone and told me that as soon as we booked flight I would get an email and I could pick seats then. Could not. I called and they charged me 75.00 a ticket to cancel the flight. Within fifteen minutes of buying flight. On top of it not one person spoke english or cared about the customer. Just got screwed
I book my flights with just fly 99% of the times. I get options of comparing flight prices. It always give me alternative flight dates to travel at a lower price. I reccomend justly to every one when I know that they will be traveling. Justfly is a very user friendly web site. It gives me the option of signing up for price alerts.
I've booked with several online travel agents before and there were certain things I never really liked about them.
However, when I had to travel to Victoria, BC for the summer, I had no choice but to book with another agent online. I tried JustFly, although I was a bit skeptical at first. Well, I was quite surprised at how easy it was to complete my booking.
Throughout my trip, I had no problems. When I was about to head back to Virginia, I called them just to make sure I won't get into trouble at the airport. Their call center agent was polite and assured me that everything was in order.
I was able to return to Virginia on my scheduled flight. It was amazing!
A good friend of mine referred me to this website and I was so impressed I booked my flight right away without hesitancy. It was easy and the flight insurance was cheap! Can't beat it! Definitely my new first go to site when searching flights! Hopefully their car rentals deals are as good as the flights!
Last part of my my dad s flight was cancelled so for few days I ve been on hold for over 30 min and they promised to solve it and email me the new itinerary... obviously they didn't my dad is supposed to fly in few days internationally! I m sick and tired of nasty promises!

They have good deals and great service. The website is easy to use and find what you're looking for--they do a good job of giving you options. Their prices are quite competitive if you know what you are looking for--I had already checked other flight sites and was really happy to find this flight and price.
The worst experience you will ever get. Please (3x) do not purchase a ticket through this agency. They do not have a full refund within the 24 hours they promised before purchasing. Its all scam I swear to God. Unless you are willing to stay as it is you are not going to be satisfied with their services. And this includes the representatives you speak during your call. I would never recommend this website to anyone.

Save yourself the headache and money. Do not contact this company, they will ignore you, put you on hold for hours and in the end they can't even speak English properly. After more than 10 hours on hold they wont provide me with a Supervisor/Manager. I will make sure I tell everyone of how nasty and unprofesional Justfly is.
