The single greatest problem I have with Justfly is that the representatives speak terrible English. Try not to need in-person customer assistance. Several calls and several trips have shown me that much.
JustFly is my favorite travel website. My sister told me to use it when I started hunting for online travel agencies for my trip to Honduras last year. Apparently they worked w/out any problems for her and my own trip was problem-free too. Very easy and cheap by the way. I would love to use JustFly again the next time I leave the country.
I was scammed by JustFly. "$200 to process my credit/refund request. If successful they would keep the $200. If not they would refund the $200". On recorded line. Now I am out the $2,000 for the ticket, and another $200 for their fraudulent charge. Lufthansa told me (I called them before JustFly) they would "probably" refund once they received the communication & Doctor's letter stating I could not fly from JustFly - as long as the letter was legitimate. I am confident JustFly never reached out - they just kept my $200. Want to buy a ticket? Book through the airlines directly.
Site was very user-friendly, and I found both cheap flights and hotels for an upcoming trip. The hotels were especially useful with user ratings, location ratings, plenty of pictures and reviews, etc.
My flight was canceled 3 times and every time i called to re-book or get a refund they are charging me $70. First of all how is this legal? Second maybe your costumer service representatives should not lie about it when they are asked about it during booking. I was charged $2281 for my flight and another $217 when i re-booked ( $70 fee and $147.44 difference in price). My flight is canceled again and i only get $2281 refund. Where is my $147.44? After five years booking with Just Fly every summer, you all just lost me as a costumer.
My flight was overbooked this December 2022. Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and then falsely called me a "no-show". Turkish Airlines left more than a dozen passengers, including a young couple with an infant and families, with no options. They didn't help or care at all and I received no refund.
JustFly magically had a ticket the next day (none were available online when I did extensive searches). Turkish Airlines charged me ~$1,200 and JustFly charged me $200 extra to fly the next day (I had to due to a business meeting). The whole experience stank of a scam between JustFly and Turkish Airlines.
Don't believe me?... look at Wikipedia and you'll see that legal action has been taken against JustFly for this behavior. They are a scam company. They get sued, claim bankrupty and then start the same scam under a different name up in Canada. Caveat emptor.
I have booked flights with justly for the past 3 destinations and its been easy to find very affordable flights! The search engine is very user friendly, allows to specify details.
In general, I am very happy using this website and will continue to book flights through Justfly.
I have been using Just Fly for about a year now. It is easy to use and the price alert option is a great way to know when you need to book a flight. I like the overall information that is given, such as flexible date pricing, on most trips. I will continue to use Just Fly, and recommend it to all my friends.
I gave it a 4 star because there is no where for disabled people. I have to sit where there is plenty of leg room because of my legs. And I wasnt able to do that. This is the 1st time with this company, so now I am screwed. I cant cancel to go with a different company. Please help me!

We experienced a sudden death in the family for which we had to cancel our airline tickets that we booked through justfly. Not only they refused to talk to the airline to refund our ticketed amounts, they charged $800 extra and called it a cancellation fees. We spent hours and hours on the phone talking to the justfly agents one after another just to be transferred and explaining our case to every single person, and re-submitting all our documents like passports, death certificate, doctor's note etc, and at the end they refused to refund their cancellation fees. $800 for cancellation fees just doesn't make sense, plus in the case of emergency they behaved ruthless. Beware and stay away from these Justfly scammers.
I'm so disappointed in this travel agency. I booked our honeymoon flights and due to coronovirus our flights had to be changed as well as our wedding postponed. The travel agency refused to give me a refund for our flights and stated "we don't have a right to a refund it's only a privilege they are providing " yet our airlines is issuing refunds. They don't have a date of our new honeymoon to fly so we are forced to lose out on 2,000+ dollars rather then help us out. I would never recommend using them it's more of a headache than going straight thru the online airline website to books flights.
I have been a loyal customer of Southwest, but moving to the West Coast has made travel more of a cost challenge. I hope on Justfly, punch in dates and destination, and boom! There are my best choices... a variety of choices, so I can tailor my travel! It's perfect for my needs!
I needed to cancel a booking for a flight due to COVID out brake and I am not comfortable to get on an airplane right now. The customer service is very deficient either online or on the phone; I called two times today and I was on hold for one hour and a half each time. They gave me hard time and requested a proof to be sent, what kind of proof should I send them? I paid extra for flight cancellation, and they still charge me $35.00 to process the refund to my credit card. It is ridiculous the way they screw you up.
Been calling for 1 1/2 months now about my refund. The account was closed where they refunded the money. Husband been cooperating with bank and bank say they didn't get the refund or no refund from justfly. They said it should bounce back to them since the account was closed but justfly insisted that they refund the money and the bank have it. They say they will investigate and contact finance department but everytime i call the customer service sounds like they dont have idea nor have the note about my case. And keep repeating everything to a every single person. And manager or supervisor never ca us back. They said they will. So give our money. It is $3,700 is not a joke amount.
This "company" is a joke. Save yourself from this experience and do not book with justfly, book directly through the airlines. Their employees are misinformed and gave me false information. They hang up on you when you call in to customer service, of worse yet, they leave on the line on and walk away for an hour pretending that you aren't there in hopes that you hang up and give up and they get to keep your money. The refuse to give me an airline issued refund, they constantly out talk you. I think this business is a scam. Worst traveling experience of my life.
I am a customer of just fly, recently I bought tow tickets to Algeria on March 2023, payed it in full, to travel in July.view weeks later I received an email saying your flight change you need to approve it, after I review my flight changes I approved it.When I checked it in June in Delta airlines they said your tickets are not valid, when I called Just fly customer service I was told I have to pay $150 to validate the tickets cause the price has changed knowing that I payed the tickets fully. How come you change the price after months it was payed all!that's very unprofessional

I recently made a flight reservation with Justfly.com. I originally wanted to come back to Anchorage, AK from Seattle, WA on a Monday, but Justfly.com scheduled me to return on Sunday. I contacted their customer service team and was given very professional and speedy service. I was able to get my reservation cancelled with a refund of the purchase price and then was able to get a new flight booked that coordinated better with my travel plans. They did a great job helping me resolve this matter. Justfly.com was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Being a senior and not as technically proficient with some travel websites, I found JustFly highly intuitive and easy to use. Had my flights hotels and car rentals for New York City and Europe made within minutes and felt confident that all went well as I received my confirmation numbers. Highly recommended!
On Feb 18, I was quoted a one-way flight by Justfly. Com which then emailed an alert saying I had 2 hours to book it. Less than one hour later, as I was booking the flight, I got an on-screen message that said the price was changed to $200 more! I had already booked the one-way return flight but now wasn't able to book the other flight! I tried to call twice but of course was on hold for more than 5 minutes (intro message said 90 seconds til someone would answer). It was infuriating to be tricked this way and not able to talk to anyone. The chat was also worthless! So now what? Of course, I'm able to cancel within 24 hours -but Justfly.com said there would be a cancellation fee of $75! I had never tried this travel company before; I would advise anyone NOT to use JustFly.com!
