To anyone who wants to book cheap tickets. NEVER use justfly.com because if you make pay a $75 cancellation fee if there is a mistake. 10 minutes after booking the ticket I couldn't cancel it without this $75 dollar charge. So please share that they SUCK and I have zero intentions of EVER using them again. I made a mistake when booking the flight - I selected pm instead of am. I called them immediately and they wanted to charge me $75 to change it.
From a happy customer, I can say that JustFly's probably the best travel site online. Quick and easy booking process, always up to date with their deals. I'm relieved that their customer support is available round the clock for those uxepected mistakes, overall, JustFly is a great service that I would love to use again.
Purchasing tickets for vacation was very easy using JustFly. All potential flights for our roundtrip excursion were listed, and the hardest part of the whole thing was trying to decide what flights worked best for us.

I end up buying tickets with JustFly from a third site, always receive the tickets, receipts, and reminders about my flights. It really feels like any diferent than traveling with the airline directly, I actually get better prices and luggage policy.
Justfly has so many traps to scam customers. No 1, cancellation fee is around $150! No 2, choosing a seat costs you around $150. Both does not give you warning. JustFly should be banned from internet!
First, do not have agents with English as first language.

Auto correct put my last name as my first.
It was less than 12 hours and they refused to make change without getting $75 first. Then to cancel and rebook was $200. They say let us collect this money and then we will help with a new flight... Are they kidding?
I could not change or do anything. But the worst was that a supervisor was not available. I was told by 3 agents that they were too busy and it would take 4 hours or more. The airlines said they would change without problem but the reservation access was block by Justfly. I am so angry by all the difficulty in trying to understand their policies. Which ARE NOT INDustry standard!. I would not ever use this company again. I have spent hours calling trying to get a resolution. I will probably have to eat the ticket and not go to the event because I trusted a fly by night company.
Justfly mislabeled my flights, the airlines could not seat me as a result and I was left with no option but to purchase a ticket online while standing at the counter in order to make it home. Three phone calls into the process and no closer to a refund for that section of the trip.
Beware of the hidden fees and lack of customer service! I would NEVER use this service again.
They charged a seat request fee that is not shown on their website. The fee just to request seats was almost $90.00 for a service I could do for free. Only until I got the charge on my credit card did this fee show.
I then tried to contact customer service to be on hold for hours, (no kidding), and finally when I could talk to a person they said a supervisor would return my call. I never got a call from anyone!
BEWARE of HIDDEN FEES...
So my flight was cancelled. I called justfly and they charged me $70 to cancel my flight that was already cancelled. If a flights been cancelled, out of your hands, I believe it is a poor business practice to charge the consumer. I've been a loyal patron to justfly booking well over 40 flights. I will not use them again. During the vivid it's no ones fault but charging a handling fee. REDICULOUS
I purchased 3 tickets to Tokyo. When the airline changes the plan, they didn't know. After I found it, I spent a lot of time to contact them and then they asked Japan airline to change my plan. However, one of the ticket was voided. When I tried to call them, it was very difficult to find their telephone number. After finding their number, all is answer machine voice. After I used my wit to connect the person, I waited and waited but not voice coming out at all. I also booked 1 ticket with another travel agency, UnderPricer. They noticed and changed my plan as soon as the Japan Airline changed. Don't have so much trouble as the JustFly has.
We bought four tickets to Europe four months before leaving. Six weeks after booking we called to see about upgrading our seats, only to find out the whole flight had been canceled. We were never notified by them. They then stated that we would be refunded, and followed that up with an email stating the same. We turned around and bought tickets through delta so we could make sure we got there. Two weeks later when calling to see why we hadn't been refunded we were told they rescheduled us a new flight. We had never gotten notified of that either! We told them that we were told we would get refunded. She argued with my husband but eventually found an email from them that stated that we would be refunded. So we got a PARTIAL refund and have been fighting together with our credit card company for six months now trying to get our money back. Save yourself the trouble and book with a reputable company. It's not worth saving $50! Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!
The review that are good are posted by them. Never book flight with these people. They charge unshown fees and never return back. Worst flight booking experience and charged more than other flights. The worst airline service. Book a flight with higher price but NOT THIS! They will charge on credit card without you knowing it. I gave it 1 star because it is mandatory but they deserve no stars
I booked with justfly for a round trip to and from Europe for the holidays. About a month after the booking, justfly changed one of the airports I would have to use on my itinerary. I wouldn't be able make it to that airport at the time of departure, so I had the booking cancelled and requested a refund, but neither justfly nor their in-house travel insurance people would give me one since apparently they don't refund "voluntary cancellations," and that the booking was "no cancellations and no refunds" despite the booking being cancelled already.
I'll never use these people again.
DO NOT use any of their 'extras' as it's just a way to rip you off. They charged for seat assignments but airlines doesn't allow selection of seats, so paid for something we did not get. They are in the business of booking flights, they know which airlines allow this and which ones do not. They have an icon on the first booking page showing what's available and it shows seat selections as available, but they are not! Then they say you're paying a fee for them to request the seats for you and not for the seat itself - scammers.
Attempted to cancel flight as I knew I would not be able to fly (wasnt looking for a refund - simply wanted to cancel it online). Instead my card was charged an extra $150 to receive "travel credit". I called to have this reversed and they would not work with me. Have raised a fraud claim with my credit card company.
As a struggling student attending the U of M, I quit my job to focus on my studies! So I was pleasantly surprised at your prices and decent hours to fly. Many times lower prices fares require you to fly at weird hours. I will use this site again and recommend it to many friends and family members! Thank you!
This company has the worst supporting team ever. I booked my tickets from Philadelphia to Athens and they changed the flight just a week before my flight. I tried to call an agent but no one responded. In my new tickets, my flight was from Newark-->Toronto--> Montreal with an arrival time in Montreal 10:00 p.m. Having the ticket from Montreal to Athens at 7:00 pm. Only a stupid company could do that.
Since zero was not a choice I had to offer one star for my review to go through. I have been waiting 4 months for a refund on a cancelled fight. It is impossible to speak to a customer servicce representative when their self service portal does not answer your question or follow up on your issue is needed. I would not recommend using them, what you may save on a flight is not worth the hassle.
Scam scam scam, they are the worst people i have ever dealth with. I have waited to changed my flight for 2 hours before someone picked it up, then she put me on hold again for yet another 1 hour before some stupid guy appeared and started making excuses and trying getting rid of me and then hanged up on me. Trust me they are fake, they are thieves, they are fraud, report them but don't deal with them for heaven sake.

Please note that all fare rules come directly from the airline and not JustFly as an agency therefore if the airline makes the ticket non-refundable and only applicable for a credit, this will be the only option available to you.
When cancelling a booking only, you will be advised that there is a $150 cancellation fee. In this box, there is an option to click "use existing card" or "use a different card", once this option is chosen, you will then have to accept the terms to cancel and click "confirm cancellation" All information concerning cancellation fees is mentioned prior to cancellation. The fees are also mentioned in your email confirmation as well as in our Terms & Conditions.
