I purchased a ticket for myself and my 1 year old lap child. When I searched for tickets under those premises, it appeared that the tickets were much cheaper, because even though my lap child flies for free, they still divided the cost of the ticket between two people on the per person average. So I though I was purchasing a $60 ticket (I know, sounded too good to be true, and it was) and it ended up being $120. Maybe I'm just unobservant, but it seemed deceitful to myself and my husband that it would appear to be so much cheaper, since I'm only paying for one ticket.
Had to cancel due to family illness. Tried to cancel with Airline but was told had to cancel with JustFly. Tried to contact their customer support - never talked to a "live" person. Next tried to cancel online and had to pay a $100.00 fee just to cancel (on a non-refundable ticket). Total scam!
My review on this trip is great. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful on assisting with beverages and snacks. Flight was nice and smooth which was excellent since I'm uneasy on the whole flying thing. I can't wait to book my next trip with y'all thanks again.
I've used Expedia for years, they track my visits and I get the feeling that when I don't buy every subsequent time I visit the price mysteriously goes up.
I shopped same flights on Justfly and the airfare was $200 cheaper!
Justfly sold me a flight to Europe that they listed as "Economy". After purchase, they sent me a copy of the itinerary (on a JustFly proprietary form) listing the flight as "Economy". Lo and behold, when I check the flight confirmation number on Lufthansa, it's listed as "Economy Light". On Lufthansa, "Economy" gets a checked bag, and "Economy Light" gets zero checked bags.
This is a cut-and-dried bait and switch. Eminently dishonest. And I got these tickets for all of my family.
Justfly may well respond with some gobbeldygook, but that would be dishonest too. Because, you see, Justfly gives you a link to check the baggage policies of the carrier you book with... and guess what? Lufthansa gives you a free checked bag with "Economy". So if I got the ticket promised by Justfly, I'd have a free checked bag.
Justfly is intentionally dishonest.
Be warned.
Justfly has given me great service every time I fly to the US, which has been about 4 times in the past year. Everyone is accommodating, coutteous and goes out of their way to search for the best prices and flight times that work for me. Thanks to all. Keep up the good job!
Booking a flight with Justfly on American Airlines was an easy, pleasurable experience. I wanted a cheap ticket and at short notice. Not only did I get a reasonably priced ticket, though with a circuitous flight route, my overall interaction with a Justfly staff member was as pleasant as it was professional. On my next trip, I would absolutely be looking to Justfly to book my ticket... and hopefully get a more direct flight to my destination and at their usual great rates too!
I needed to reschedule my flight. I put in a ticket online. They stated they were processing it. I submitted the request 4 days prior once I found out my partner was sick with covid and can't fly. I received no notification, no change, and no response although I called around the clock. Then just to see if I could cancel, I was charged a $15 dollar fee and when I called Aeromexico they could see the cancellation but not when I called previously about the Change. What are they doing that they can't respond to customers? If I could give them a half star that would be a better rating. Such an anxiety stimulating situation in such turbulent times.
Jusfly issued tickets without any seat selection. Airlines do not take any requests for JusttFly tickets. If you call into JustFly customer service, you will be on hold for several hours and no one will show up. You will get the last seats next to the toilets. Not worth your money for these scoundrels
Very dissatisfied with customer service. I was force to select a flight that I did not want giving me the allusion that it was not available. I was also charged $75.00 when I cancelled only part of the flight well within 24 hours. Passenger should be able to select return flight especially when the return flight would put some one in danger. Which your team was trying to do to me.

My wife just booked a flight with this website and the website changed it to an afternoon flight which she cannot do. They gave no warning just automatically changed the flight time. Now they will not refund her or make the correction. They say she has to call Frontier. Frontier will not give us a refund. Just a credit, but we never use Frontier. Stay away from from the scam company.
Please stay away from this company. They are out to get your money. I booked with them; they gave me a wrong date and I called to rectify it and they wanted to charge me a cancellation fees. I asked for them to change/modify it but they cant. I finally got them to refund my money without cancellation and then their refund policy is up to 10 days. If I didn't have enough money to book another flight; I will be massively screwed.

Good staff and great flight deals. I called in to get help on my recent online booking and staff was a great help they helped me get the best deal. Also extremely patient with my changes and supportive.

I had an easy time booking my flights and it was processed and confirmed quickly - I was very satisfied. They didn't offer too many additional products like other sites, and I like that the booking happens all on one page.
Where do I even begin. I had booked a long distance flight with justfly and paid extra for seats. When I checked in with the boarding pass I did not get the desired seat I had paid extra for. I let this incident go, as I thought of giving justfly another chance. I booked another flight with them and within 2 hours my booking got cancelled. I called them and they said airline did not confirm their booking. I booked again, and guess what, my booking got cancelled once again. They don't take full responsibility of their bookings and don't investigate the matter to make sure, the incident does not repeat. There is no call from their side to fix the inconvenience that was caused. This has happened to many people around me. Their customer service is terrible and their supervisor is not knowledgeable. I would recommend to directly book it with the airline than go with these unreliable third parties.
Cheapest flight i could find and quick.
No complaints with JustFly, only with the airline i flew with (Flair Air).
JustFly was easy, fast and i would be happy to purchase another third party ticket from them.

I've booked several flights through JustFly.com and the site is always easy to navigate. They also keep me updated with the flight alerts I've set so I can make sure I booked the flight that works best for me financially.
I was looking for airfare for a last minute trip and JustFly was able to accommodate me. My wife and I not only have tickets but seats together that other websites were not able to do for us. Also, there was a seat charge error and they caught it and were able to issue a refund for it before I even noticed. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD

If you were booking for adults only, that price would be carried forward to the booking page without any adjustment. But because you are also booking for an infant, whose ticket is priced significantly lower, the average is skewed lower.
