I searched through google and major airlines one day, just to be blindsided by a $200 rate increase on my flight the next day. I found Justfly.com and they offered me a cheaper rate as the day before, as well as insurance. I got the flight I wanted, and more at an affordable cost. I will be using Justfly.com again.

I've keep trying to change my moms flight and they make me wait 1hour and 30 minutes to tell me that they can't do it. My airline company tells me to contact them since I bought my tickets with Justfly.com. I Will never going to buy with them again.

Last year I booked a flight through them and everything went smoothly. However, another flight was booked and the flight was cancelled by airline due to COVID-19. This company will give you the run around to get a due refund. I only was able to get through to them after 10pm MST. Only after filling a complaint with the BBB, I received a receipt saying I would get a full refund. But I was told it could take up to 18 weeks to see the refund posted to my credit card. What a bunch of crap. My money should be refunded in a timely fashion, not almost 4 months after an approved refund. They don't give a valid reason for the hold up, just continuously blame COVID-19 so that they can hold onto your money a bit longer. From now on I will book directly with the airline to avoid the hassle.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
