Terrible customer service, charged $100 in change fees when Aer Lingus charged nothing!
And then claimed they could not get in touch with Condor when I could by phone within minutes, Joe Baker (prob a false name) is completely arrogant and useless
You just can't make this up, it is so bad. I called because we missed our connector, they claimed that I did not purchase the tickets so they could not talk to me. I of course purchased them, have the receipts, my credit card. When I asked to speak to a manager, because the idiot I was talking to kept insisting I did not purchase the tickets, she said the manager would not be able to help either, since their records showed that I did not purchase the tickets. Unbelievable scam operation.
So I booked a flight on justfly.com. And totally not their fault the COVID 19 virus hit and borders were closed... totally their fault I trusted them to cancel my flights since they charged me an additional $75 to do so 3 days before my flights were scheduled to leave! Now a month later they are telling me I needed to call the airlines myself and I am now out both the original flight cost... and the additional $75 I paid justfly to cancel my flights!
I like seeing available flights from different airlines on one site and being able to book on more than one airline for a trip. I don't like not being able to choose my seat at the time if booking and having to wait until check-in.
After looking at other sites for best prices we found the best rates at JustFly.com. I'm sure we'll be a frequent customer since we travel a lot. The website was easy to manage and book a flight without a need to call anyone for help.
Great Service I'll be using the service again easy to sign up and get an account. Love the email that gets sent to you on the itinerary and the ease of looking it up can't see enough for a just fly.com great service and I recommend it to all my friends sincerely
I purchased two tickets for my kids three months ago they are at the airport only to find out that the flights they have have not been at that airport for year. Our family reunion is ruined. Party without kids and offered only a refund.
Found the site to be priced much higher than airline. Roughly 34 percent higher than buying direct from the airline. Also the airline gave me a wider choice of available flights. Why would I use a third party broker when going direct to the airline saves so much time, money, and hassle?

Justfly.com is a newcomer into the online traveling industry but it's quickly gaining more and more users like me. I booked a flight from SYD to HND for work reasons, I was able to get a ticket for 50% less than the original flight ticket.
We booked what was supposed to be an Economy ticket with just fly. Turns out it is Economy Light when you get to the website for the carrier and adds an extra $150 for baggage. The website is, in my opinion, purposely incorrect. Watch out!
Due to a death on the family, my brother died suddenly, I had to change my flight to Brazil from September 01 to August 09 and on this change, the agent made a mistake. Half hour later when I realize it, I call the Justfly again, they were investigating the error and would contact me. After 2 weeks, back to USA, I call Justfly, because nobody called me and realizing their mistake, they agree to return just some part of the money. Besides all the time that I spent with them on the phone, transferring me from places to places, not speaking very much English and telling me lies, as if the LATAM was responsible for it and NO, I got the ticket from Justfly, they made the mistake. Next time, I will call the company directly, not Justfly. Lesson learned! Don't use this company. They will not assume their mistakes and you will pay for it! I ended paying more than the original ticket. Would been better if I had got a new ticket!
Every time I would go back or check with my daughter about times I could not go back to the same site but they would send me the site to start all over again. Even when filling out info for ticket it would not let me leave and come back to same spot. Very frustrating but I finally did it...
Bought the ticket, then was charged another $30 for a charge increase as soon as I hit submit. Then bought the protection plan, then immediately received an email stating that it was invalid with the airline I purchased the ticket from. I guess when you are in a tight spot expect the price to increase due to the emergent nature.
JustFly was helpful in booking my flights. The only thing that bothered me is it tried to prompt me to pay $100 more for my ticket when I went to check out. It said the price I had originally gotten wasnt available. Good thing I closed out and tried again because it actually was.
Justfly.com works with Booking.com on Hotel reservations and bookings, but they did not pay the Hotel or Booking.com for the reservation although they charged me for it, and then i had to pay again for the same reservation at the Hotel.
Upon calling Justfly.com on the disputed charge they took from my account they said it was not their problem. They refuse to resolve or credit the funds even after many calls
I signed up looking for a trip to Sacramento to visit relatives. I wanted to spend a limited amount of money on the flight. I looked at several other sites that didn't give me what I was looking for. Even though I ended up spending a little more than I wanted this site gave me the best deal.
I booked a round trip flight this morning and when I go into to review, they booked my return flight under some random passenger's names! I called them to find out what is going on and they confirm it was an error on their part and that they would be escalating this. Hours later I get an email stating my reservation was cancelled! I call them and they stated they cancelled my entire reservation instead of just rebooking the return flight which was with another airlines. Now I have to scramble to get another flight. Never again will I use them, wish I would have booked directly with the airline.
I was surprised at how user friendly the site is and how quickly it found me a round trip ticket for less than any other site I had checked out. I kept thinking there would be some kind of gimmick at the end of booking the tickets but there wasn't and I got mt e tickets immediately which was very cool!
The issue I had with JustFly is that I had to cancel a trip to Mexico last minute. They offered a full travel credit but required a $150 cancellation fee. I paid the fee and received a credit of about $457. When I went to rebook my trip, both directly through JustFly as well as through Kayak, I found another flight, same origin and destination, for $407. When I tried to book it on JustFly, I was not able to use my travel credit, I had to use my credit card. Turns out in order to use my travel credit, I have to book through My Bookings which leads to a different flight search. I found the exact same flight, as on Kayak and their website (which was $407) offered to me for $660. They are adding a $253 mark up just to use the travel credit. That is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal.
I encourage you to research company thoroughly prior to booking.

We do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions) Since you are changing to a new flight, if the fare for the new flight is higher than the original, you must pay the fare difference. When searching for a flight online, fares tend to be lower as they are for new reservations only.

If you wanna book a flight they will answer the phone in 30 seconds, but it took me a week to change flight no one answer me. This is scammer because I canceled trip by myself airline refund $366 Justfly took $200 for no reason. I wish if there is less than one star to leave for this trash robbery agent

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD

As per your review name here, it is Janet however, the name Janet is not on the reservation as in not the passenger or credit card holder. Although you may have clicked the buttons on behalf of the credit card holder, this is not something we can prove our end. Due to security reasons, (just like calling any company) we can not talk to a third party caller, as in a caller who is not the credit card holder or passenger. Please understand this is done to avoid any fraud related issues.
As per checking the reservation, I am able to see that an agent did advise you to have the credit card holder or passenger call in and you agreed. Call was then made to us to resolve the issue however mandatory fees were refused so flight could not have been reinstated here on our end.
