I love this website!

Anytime I have to look up a flight, it's always convenient and always on the cheaper side which makes it easier for me to buy the tickets. Also, the time slots they have for flights are always amazing and there's always several to choose from. This is definitely my go to website for flights.

Easy

My overall review would have to be Easy. It took me a matter of just a few minutes to book my flight to Texas where my Mom was just admitted into the ICU of a hospital there, where she lives. She was found on the floor and was in bad shape. All my thoughts were about her. Just fly made it easy!

I booked a flight last night and immediately after realized that I book one leg incorrectly. On the website when I was booking stated 24 hour free cancellation. However when I called they informed it it would be $75 per person fee. When I insisted the website said otherwise, they agreed to wave the fee. I am glad I did not have to pay the fee, but I had to fight for it.

The worst airline EVER!
September 22, 2017

Their insurance policy is a scam! You can just cancel the flight on the same day you bought it! I paid for insurance 20$ per person. Now except that they want to charge me an extra of 150$ for canceling my tickets (2 tickets) and get the rest in credit for future flights. So it means:
I paid - 352$ for 2 people+ 40$ for insurance + 150$ for cancel the tickets = 542$!.
And they want to give me 200$ in credits for future flies!

Thats a total scam don't get close! They are just trying to take your money.

NEVER AGAIN!

Wish I checked BBB.org first. It clearly warns you of previous complaints. This site is horrible and misleading! You're better off using any other 3rd party site. Customer service was a complete run around. I'm disappointed that Kayak would allow such a scam on their site.

I will always prefer dealing with a real person, but that becomes less and less likely over time. So, given it's all on screen now, this site was superior to many, offered good comparisons and completed the deal in reasonsnle time. It offered no place for TSA pre-approval numbers, though.

I have used these guys for a a few trip over the past years and the service has been OK. But since January, they obviously have gotten themselves into a huge hole, either by selling tickets too cheaply or overbooking or both. Airlines have canceled all sorts of flights and changed departure dates and times recently due to Covid restrictions being lifted. Just fly is not equipped to handle these changes. The bottom line is they no longer answer the phone and email and website re-booking is impossible after numerous itinerary changes. At this point it's a scam and I would urge anyone to stay far away from Justfly. I would not be surprised if they will soon be facing multiple lawsuits, or just go belly up.

Airline reservation
July 1, 2017

The flights were varied, however, it was easy finding one that fit my itinerary. Although I would like a car as part of my trip, I felt that I could wait until I am a bit closer to the trip. I found the website very easy to use and the options were more than I needed in getting to my final destination.

Worst Experience
June 12, 2020

Do not use JustFly to book your trip! You will regret it. They have not helped us with a refund, due to not being able to travel because of COVID-19. We can't fly into a state due to restrictions placed by the Governor. JustFly will not refund our money and the insurance we bought for $80.00 (CSA Travel Protection-Generali Global Assistance) said it doesn't cover us in this situation. If it doesn't cover us not being able to travel, due to something out of our control, then what does it cover? A waste of money! Beyond frustrating! JustFly will give us a voucher for another flight (for a fee of course). Please learn from our mistake. Do not use this travel site and definitely do not get the insurance. You might as well throw your money in the trash.

Scammers! Their rep told me that i could keep a credit for future flights if i paid $150 penalty fee for cancellation. There was no voucher, no refund, nothing nothing. They scammed me really good. I would never ever use this company again and i dont recommend it to nobody. Stay away from these ripoffs!

Inhumane company. Zero flexibility. With or without flight insurance, if you NEED to change flight you PAY dearly. They give the travel industry, which I'm pretty sure is run by Communist Nazi dvorced fembots and homosexuals, a bad name. How is that possible? #travel industry sucks.

Effortless
November 4, 2018

I had frustrations getting a short notice flight to Miami but was able to get a flight to West Plan Beach at short notice at a very competitive price as compared to other sites including two airlines where I pay an annual membership. The service on JustFly was good because I even got a follow up call from a customer care representative to make sure everything was in order. 5 stars is an understatement

Booked an Economy flight to Australia for our son in may for travel in December.
On November 12th, my wife decided to upgrade him to premium economy seat for his birthday.
She was told it was available charged 1877. 00 dollars more and told that He nw had a premium Economy Ticket.
His reservation no is 056-985-412. It is the 5th of December today and he travels soon.My wife has ben calling them every two day s and spent an average of two hours on hold, only to be told an agent will get back to her in 48 hours.
The ticket that he has is still an Economy seat and despite assurances Qantas confirms
Even today that he is holding an Economy seat.
I cannot believe that this can happen in the U S of A
I will be calling my credit card company and am hoping that since I have not been provided with the service that i paid for will have the charge refunded and now start looking for a ticket for our Son to travel to austral for a dream vacation.It has been most frustrating.

JustFly (aka Voyages A La Cart) is a scammer who tricked my 78 year old mom into thinking their website was United's site. As a result, she booked my flight through them without realizing it. They charged her $84 more than the base fare. But that wasn't the worst part...

When I wanted to change to a cheaper flight, JustFly wouldn't let me keep the fare difference as a credit, and on top of that, they required a $75 change fee... two things United Airlines stopped doing three years ago! When I asked to speak with a JustFly manager, none were available.

What's more, JustFly told me that the $41 my mom paid them for "cancellation protection" was useless. They didn't even ask about our reason for changing flights. If they hadn't tricked my mom in the first place, I would've been able to change flights with no fees, and would've been able to keep the fare difference.

Their customer service has sent me on rabbit trails with no help to rebook using my travel credit. Their system is unhelpful and they are keeping my $700 without doing any real work to try to improve my customer satisfaction. I've worked with three of their employees and none of them can give me straight answers.

I was able to book with JustFly at a better rate than Delta. However, JustFly allowed seat assignment but Delta would not honor. This was misleading. When selecting seats, I was able to select emergency exit row... I thought it was too good to be true and it was. I can not get a seat assignment until I check in for the flight. However, I'm happy with rate - I just hope that I can get a seat... and not get bumped. That's my only concern.

"not our problem"

I booked a flight with your service. The flight has since been cancelled. When I contacted JustFly, they said call the airline. When I called the airline, they said if you booked through a third party website I should call them. They had no problem taking my money but will not even give a credit for a flight that was cancelled. Very hard to recommend a company that shows no support for its customers.

Web site error...

I went online to book flights for myself and my husband. I checked boxes for one adult and one senior. I filled in all the info. For my husband and then payment info and, voila!, got his reservation without mine! It never asked me for another person! I called the 800 number and they would not pull up my husband's flight to just add one to it. I am hard of hearing and could not understand the (Filipino?) operator. After several requests to the operator to slow down and speak more clearly, I ended up hanging up and going onto the airline site and booked my flight there. THEN, the email from JustFly offered to book the seats for my husband for $12! Again, I went onto the airline site and booked both of our seats there. For free. The price for the JustFly ticket was slightly less than the airline website, but with the seating charge, it would have been the same.

When your ticket was booked, it was for one passenger only since it did not ask you to put in second passenger information. Unfortunately, when a ticket is booked, we can no longer add another adult to the already confirmed reservation which is why you were asked to make a second booking.

As an online travel agency, we do offer seat selection option at a fee. This is an optional service we offer and you are free to decline if you prefer to book the seats with the airline directly.
