This company stole money out of my account, I booked flights to Cancun & they removed the funds from my bank & never booked the flights. Then they told me the flights were booked up & full when they were not. I had to book with another company & all I could reach were computer generated bots. There is no customer care or customer support. Stay away from this company & these people.They are nothing hut a scam!
I will never go through, just fly again. I paid a $109 For my ticket and when I called the airlines that I was flying on. Which was frontier airlines They charge me an additional $75 so that I would be able to fly. When I called customer service on just Fly, she didn't make any sense to me at all. And then she sent me an email which was never sent to me. I will never spend my money through this company again. I could have payed alot cheaper ticket going through frontier airlines for a lot cheaper than what I had to end up paying.
I twice tried to book a Nov. Hong Kong Express flight from BKK to HKG at justfly.com. Both times I filled in all the necessary info and, at the very end, their site said the transaction couldn't go through. I gave up and booked at the airline site with no problem. I then received a confirmation from justfly and of course my credit card account was charged. I contacted justfly and jumped through all their hoops, sending them proof of my other booking, etc., asking why would I need two sets of reservations on the same flight. Then they refused my request to cancel with no penalty because their site had told me my transaction couldn't go through. They said they "couldn't find it". Well, I couldn't produce a screenshot of the actual message at their site -- because I hadn't made one, thinking their error message mean what it said. Wrong. No "valid proof", no refund. Never mind that it made complete sense. I am going to try disputing the charge with my credit card company, but here's a warning: these people are not reasonable and don't care if it's their fault or not.
Be careful booking through this company. They scammed us out of $4,200. Make sure to read the fine print and know you will not be reimbursed for anything. They also have business hours so the are not able to help 24/7. There are many other 3rd party companies that won't steal your money.
I booked 2 ticked for my mom and dad fly from Houston, Texas to Saigon, Vietnam. 2 months prior the flight date. My mom got diagnose for hyperthyroidism. We try to see the specialist doctor asap but cant make any appointment before the flight date. My parents decided to propose the trip until later. I was so surprised that I cant get full refund until I have to fill the form to request to have the money back, which it not that so complicated with other agency. Even after I did fill the form and submit with diagnosis from doctor. We pay $909.74 tax included and $136.46 for protection cancellation each ticket.$2,092.40 in total. Guess how much we get back to refund, $979.48. What a scam! I would never book tickets with them again. Take me 3 days calling non-stop to reach them on the phone.
We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.

Deceptive practice. You are advertising $380 flight from Boston to Sydney and say to call the toll free number. But when called you'll can't find the deal. Either remove the false advertising or honor the deal.
Wife and I have been working talking pleading, typing begging JF to put the "N" in her name they misspelled on her flight rez. Said they have to charge us hundreds of dollars for cancel and rebook. They "hide" their Terms and Conditions" so no one reads they can cancel, rebook charge way more if you don't notice and file a complaint within 24 hours of THEIR booking error.
So I finally begged Delta to help. For only $50 they "took control" of the booking from JF and solved her problem. Yay!
Then "brace yourself" Delta found that JF booked us on separate flights to Paris 3 hours apart. Not just can't sit together on the same flight. Delta nicely said I could get on her flight for $734 more through them on too of what we would lose with JF. I've never been so tense so long, now it continues. Try to get a JF human to answer a phone.
Can any company be this useless? I was told I could call their customer service (and expect a low level person to answer only after an hour wait.)

I was trying to contact their customer service for many times online and trying to call. They do not respond to an existing confirmation. They trying to collect the money right away and not be responsible for anything. Do not use it
Buyer beware... Fantastic prices and I was thrilled to get Delta airline tickets so cheap! My excitement quickly changed after paying for my tickets. I IMMEDIATELY received two charges on my credit card. One charge for the tickets and the other charge was an unauthorized charge for $124. Fortunately, my credit card company rejected the unauthorized charge & immediately changed my credit card number. The unauthorized charge still attempts to withdraw from my old credit card number multiple times a week.
Don't ever use justfly for flights, they are a huge huge huge scam! Had to change my vacation plans due to my transfer to Jackson and first I had tons of issues with Virgin cruises but had to change my whole vacation overall, then justfly would only give me a credit to the same destination I was going which is now a different one all together because of virgin cruises. So now I'm out $900 because of this scam company.
Writing for my parents: Dave & JoAnn Langseth. Purchased trip insurance. Since booking the trip, I have had medical issues. JustFly kept requesting personal medical information. I was uncomfortable but would provide what they would request until they kept asking and asking. Thought we were just going to have to accept JustFly was scamming us out of our trip protection. Then my husband received a jury summons in the mail again for the time our trip was scheduled. We provided JustFly.com with the letter as requested in the trip insurance requirements. JustFly responded saying since my husband is over the age of 70 he has the opportunity to cancel jury duty so they would not allow our trip insurance to protect us from canceling our trip. JustFly is disgusting. We have had two legit reasons for canceling our trip with the trip insurance that we PAID for and they have not honored either one. Horrible. I would NEVER recommend anyone to book with JustFly nor will we ever book with JustFly again. I found out this morning that they have been in a lawsuit regarding bad business practices. Wish I would have known this before! STAY AWAY!
Unprofessional customer service call received at India try to make money $350 to resend my booking info
I bought a flight for $75 and after the confirmation screen the price doubled. I can still find it for $75 so I know it has not changed. It's not a huge deal but I feel duped.
I've been on hold for over 2 hours after being told it was a 10 minute wait and nothing has shown up in the chat for the agent I'm supposably waiting for.

I booked a flight for our son to Europe with justfly. We paid over $1300. One of the flights was canceled. We were not informed about it. My husband and our son, soent hours at the airport trying to contact justfly to arrange for another connection. It took the entire day to be able to speak to someone and be left with no resolution. We were told that we will be contacted next day. Zero communication! We spent another day on the phone to ge told that our son might be flying in 2 days. They did not want to send us new travel arrangements and did not want to make a promise! I asked for money back. We still have not seen the money, after 2.5 months! We purchased new tickets via Orbitz and the last minute deal cost us $ *******. Avoid justfly! You will not be able to get any help if case of flights cancelations.
I booked three seats through this company on Swiss Airlines. I specifically added cancellation protection to my booking. When I needed to cancel my flight due to a change in vacation plans, I found the cancellation protection worthless because it was so restrictive. I lost $1600 by using this company. I will never use JustFly again and would urge others to carefully consider using that company and choose a more reliable and traveler-friendly business.
This ia all scam. I bough a flight ticket, i paid full including tax fee, when i was booking computer got frozen and then they told me somebody at the same time booked my ticket and asked me pay $134 exra even flight ticket cost was same all websites. First I couldn't understand anything she was saying. N second they were disrespectful n acted like they were to good to talk to. I missed a flight because of my taxi driver car broke down. The one other time I missed my flight they just re scheduled it for the next day cost me 18.99$. There trying to charge me 405$ for a flight that was 255 I m the first place. I will never go threw them again n woodsy suggest them to anyone ever.
