I was organizing a group of 5 people travelling from a number of cities to meet up at SFO. When I was looking for a flight from SAT to SFO and I did not aware that the website returned with a mixed destination that is not SFO. As I was assuming they are all SFO destinations, I just focus on comparing the cost, hours of lay-over, flight time and selected the best offer. There was no warning at all to let me know that I had selected the wrong destination. I paid $278.34 for the ticket at the check out counter and thought I got a deal. It was when I received the e-ticket in my email and read it carefully to have realized the mistake. I called customer service immediately but waited for over 30 min to talk to a real person. I was told that I could not change the ticket but to cancel it for a penalty of $75. Bad experience! It is not fair and I feel like being trapped!
I was so happy to get a special email offer. I wanted a morning flight but 6 AM just seemed way too early, especially since I had to drive 90 minutes to get to the airport after going to a wedding celebration the night before. Offering an 8 AM flight seemed a bit more reasonable. Loved the price also. It was a low price ($214 from Mpls to Denver) and I did not have to monkey around with buying separate flights on separate airlines.
I advise you not to use this website to buy tickets. They stole around 550 dollars from me. I had to change the date of my travel because of the covid situation and countries started closing their borders. They charged me 550 dollars for changing the flight date even though all countries were closing out. It is impossible to get an answer from their phone. You only have the website to work with. A bench of crooks owning that website. I called to talk to someone, no answer, my flight date was coming. I had to change the date. To do that they charge you 500 dollars. Thieves. The authorities and airlines company have to do something about that website. Very bad people
There is no way to find out what flight class that customers will receive before they paid money. Some customers want to use their personal flight numbers while they fly with other companies, but there just no flight class for customers to know whether the flight they booked has correct flight class to credit their personal flight number
Charged at check in for the 1st luggage, opened claim with Justfly and provided documentation at end of Set 2017. Up to Dec 7th, followed up periodically, probably 8-10 times, every time the answer got from various reps and supervisors was check will be in mail in 10 -15 business days, or checking claim status and call you backstill waiting for a check or call back after three months
Walk me through the specific steps I need to do after I bought my ticket on-line until I get on aircraft.
Tell me what to download and when; how do i obtain actual ticket/documentation to board plane... etc...

Then when I tried booking the second group of tickets he tried to tel me the airline raised the rates $280 but he'd give me $30 off. Fortunately I said no and booked second set straight through the airline at the normal rate and funny enough was able to book another pair of tickets on same flight last night for the original price. They promise to make things right but when the manager called he politely told me too bad they have in their online disclosures it doesn't include baggage.

Buyer beware! Go straight through the airline or a reputable company. I'd give them a zero if I could. The only good thing about them is their app which scans all airlines to give you fare selections.
This is the worst travel agency you will use! They are hard to contact! I bought a ticket from them worth $2700 then I filed a cancellation May 2020 cause they gave me an option that i can cancel my flight because of COVID19 but I have to pay fee to get refunded and that okay with me they will return $1100 to me and that okay to me but then they will charge you to file a cancellation of $150! Then now my plane ticket is October 21 which is today and i still didn't get any of my refund and now it says on my account enjoy my trip! The worst travel agency! I dont recommend it! The customer service is the worst! Please dont waste your money to them!

JustFly is the only site I ever use to books flights. It's so easy and quick to find the flights I want at the best price. It's almost unfair how many deals I'm finding on this site. I'm officially obsessed with this website.
The price is good. But I can't log into my account. The only way to search my booking info. Is to enter the booking reference number. I've been using Justfly many times, never been able to get into "My Account". Don't know why.
It was not a bad experience using justfly. They do a good job categorizing the flights and the prices. However they should work on giving better alerts when flights prices drop. The multiple payment option is also legit.

I bought a ticket from just fly on March 2021 for June 28 but I don't know the reason they canceled my ticket. I tried to call them and get my money, but you cannot get their phone or their email because they don't answer. I try to call them back after three hours somebody answered and they said oh let's transfer you and then someone answers and you try to explain your problem and they said I understand then they said oh let me transfer you to my boss and then that's it they hang up the phone. And they have a very very bad customer service
I bought a flight for $75 and after the confirmation screen the price doubled. I can still find it for $75 so I know it has not changed. It's not a huge deal but I feel duped.
I've been on hold for over 2 hours after being told it was a 10 minute wait and nothing has shown up in the chat for the agent I'm supposably waiting for.

I booked a flight to Ukraine for just over 1500. 00. When I looked at the credit card statement, I learned that they charge the card over 1500 and we received a charge for over 1500 for the flight. I thought Just Fly was only able to charge the one tine fee that paid for all. Basically, I paid double and I am still trying to get in touch with customer service about the cancellation refund from them. Why doesn't the FTC step in and investigate this company. I will file a complaint with the FTC.
Justfly's website was straight forward and very easy to use. The best deals are displayed and you can select from different dates, times, and prices. It's absolutely wonderful!
