Looking for flights can be very tiresome especially when trying to find the best price. I felt like justfly gave the process so much simplity with the best price imaginable. Will use again and recommend to all.
It was very easy to find the flights I needed. I loved the option of being able to select a single flight that I want as either the departure or arrival flight and then search for combinations using that selected flight
I used JustFly through Kayak to book a multi-city trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the process was and by how much money I saved versus using the airlines website. I will definitely use it again in the future!
Worst customer service ever. They don't tell you all that they do and wont do. All airlines need to stop working with them. They are very rude. I have never had as much bs as I did while booking with them.
We were ready to set our East Coast trip and wanted to find a very affordable price. JustFly made that happen. Not only was it affordable the website was simple to use easy to edit details thus we booked our trip.
I was booking a flight for a cheaper price only to be informed during checkout that the price would increase by $35 dollars but other than that it was a great experience. I use this site often and would recommend it.
I can not believe there was not a more clear line of communication about the ticket from united. There should of been better communication. Now I have to spend more money and inconveniently have to check my bag. This is BS.

I purchase a flight to Seattle WA. Then the next day I click again on the link to my reservation and it said flights to Virginia. I called customer service and after waiting for hours. I end up paying almost 200 to cancel the flight they mess up.

I been buying tickets from justfly in the last 10 years and now due to covid19 i could not fly - so they are making different excuses to refund me.
There is no e-mail address and phone number to get in touch with the actual company manager or someone in charge - it's a horrible experience and thing.

They canceled my flight due to covid and sent me a voucher. This voucher didn't work. I kept receiving an error on their website. I tried to call them multiple times. After 30-40 mins on hold, I was picking the "call me back" option. I never got my callback. It lasted for 6 months, then I gave up
I checked a number of days and options re flights and was sent e-mails about price changes. Once we decided on dates I was able to get the flights and times with good connections and not bad total trip times. We were able to pick seats for the first leg of the trip which was great.
I always book my flight tickets through Justfly. I find it to have the best rates, no hidden changes and hassle-free booking experience. My Recent trip to Miami that had booked through Justfly got cancelled got cancelled by the airlines at last moment because of Hurricane Dorian. I called Justfly customer care and they refunded the service charges and made me talk to the airlines to get airlines travel credits. I rescheduled my trip and booked again through Justfly because I of their customer care. I love using their services.
I booked two tickets for me and my daughter to fly over seas because we have death in the family. I have to booked through live agent because we have to fly separately. The agent I talk too, misspelled my daughter last name. When I call back they ask me to pay $ 75 for correction. UNBELIEVABLE! They made mistake and I have to pay for it? Really?
I am the customer in this situation or what? After I was on the phone for an hour, speaking to supervisor and the agent, my issue is not resolved. They keep saying "Im sorry "and asking for $75 dollars or they wont correct last name if I dont pay
I am super duper happy to have found such great prices! I have shopped around for the past 2 months but had never checked out justfly until now! It was waaaay cheaper than others and I am able to take a carry-on free!
Booked tickets and paid additional $20 for the flexibility in changing date in next 24hr. 9hrs after bookiing when called to change date nobody picks, only for new booking CA attend call. End story lost those money spend on tickets and that $20 too...
Worst service ever
I had a semi positive experience when booking flights for an unexpected funeral... my only complaint would be the additional charge for choosing your seat each leg of the trip and of course, the baggage fees which are not uncommon for airlines. Then I booked I flight that I needed to change to a different weekend and found out it would cost me $200 per ticket to make any changes and cancelling wasn't any better with a $75 cancellation fee and a credit... and apparently when you do use the credit the $200 change fee is applied at that time? I'm still not super clear on that! DO NOT buy the trip insurance it does not cover changes in your schedule... only if the airline is at fault or true emergency situations. FYI
I had purchased 3 international flight tickets. I was deducted 300$ per ticket when I cancelled tickets. Then 600$ was charged to my credit card. They say 300$ is airline cancellation fee and 200$ is justfly cancellation fee. So I have to cough 500$ per ticket. I booked a flight to Santo Domingo 4 days before and everything was fine. The trip went fine. On my way back my flight got delayed and I had to change my flights, but the airline worked with me perfectly and changed it. It was a great experience, and my first time traveling alone
Booked a flight thru phone agent due to website stated only a phone resv was allowed for the price. First they bait and switch the price which went up $800 then because they have non English speaking staff the person typed my 3 year old last name wrong by one letter. I called to make the change on the ticket and they gave me a option that sucked. Basically cancel the reservation and rebook which meant a 2-3 hold on funds coming back as well as pay a cancellation fee. When I went through the confirmations they repeated the name spelled correctly but when I received the mail version the name was spelled wrong. I can not recommend this company at all. Between the illegal bait and switch and shotty billing tactics, this company really should be reviewed for questionable practices.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
