I just found this site and it is easy to use and had the best fares. I like that it allowed an inexpensive way to buy trip and medical insurance, too. I never travel internationally without additional medical and trip insurance.
I needed to book a flight to Charlotte on relatively short notice. I was able to find a relatively low price quickly and easily. The site made it east to sort through and find the most convenient flight for my schedule.

Awful! Don't book through them! My outgoing flight was canceled due to bad weather and there were no other flights out so I was no longer in need of the return flight. I called to find out about getting a refund and was put on hold for 25 min and finally gave up! I called back and was on hold for another 20+ minutes and was told sorry there's nothing they can do! And when I asked to speak to a manager I was again put on hold and then hung up on! This is my first and last time using justfly!
It baffles me how this website doesn't have more users because when it comes to cheap travel tickets, they are THE BOMB. I just found out about JustFly last year and the lack of positive reviews is just truly strange. Anyways, to anyone who wishes to book cheap tickets, visit Justfly now.

Finding a flight was easy and the format on my phone(android)was very simple. I filled my data, clicked and in one minute received the confirmation in my email.

This is my first and LAST time I use justfly. I purchased a flight with insurance for $175, and not even 24 hours later and they want me to pay $75 and I supposedly get a "full refund" the insurance says full coverage and nothing about a 75 fee. I simply just wanted to change the date to the following day, not the flight, not the seat, not the destination. Everything still the same and I was still being treated poorly over the customer service line. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I'm a frequent flyer.
Using justfly always gives me the best deals when booking flights. I am always comfortable enough to trust them to find me the best affordable ways and alternatives to travel. I will definitely be recommending justfly to all family and friends!

The only reason we used JustFly was because they offered seat assignments for our overseas flights. So we booked and got our seat assignments. Guess what? The seat assignments disappeared and we could not get seat assignments until we got to the airport for our 1st segment of the flight, maybe not even until the actual flight! I will never use Justfly again.
I lost money to JustFly.com and Affirm.com, Affirm is a finance company working with JustFly.com. They took my money and refused to refund my money when my trip was cancelled. JustFly.com is a fake company with no humans in customer service. They take your money and give no service. Affirm.com is another company JustFly works with offering financing. Affirm will not refund any money. They are ripoff scams.
Purchased tickets for my family. No where on the site did it say the price did not include seats. You have to pay extra for a seat. Not a premium seat. You pay for the ticket and then you have to pay for a seat. No seats are included in the ticket price. Had I known I would have made a different purchasing choice. Not honest.

Just fly is a wonderful website allowing you to make your travel dreams happen in an affordable way. I love how often they send you cheap flights updates and how you have access to VIP Flight deals. Unlike many booking websites, at this time Just Fly is one of the only sites to partner with the app Affirm. In the past 2 months Just Fly has allowed me to get great deals to Denver and Montréal!
Easy to search and easy to schedule but not as easy to get notice when prices decline. The site should be able to give us better prices than the actual airlines. I found a few offers other dates of travel that the airline had a better offer.
The company is good when they need your money. Once they have it they treat you like waste from the back side, rude and hangs up the phone on you. My covid was positive with errors but to resechedule is like heading to hell. Never will I use them again.
They are a fraud company. They never refunded me my money. Avoid them at all cost. My flight got canceled by them and even though I payed $300 to get my 2 tickets canceled and get my refund. They only ended up refunding half the amount and they never refunded the whole amount. They don't answer my calls. They are the worst ever.
Justfly had a great great price, was easy to book, and yet did not make clear that there airline restrictions. I did not know that there were basic and standard economy tickets and wasn't given the option to get a standard ticket. Not being able to have a carry-on is ridiculous. Also, contacted Justfly, in 4 hour window to cancel and they told me it would be up to 10 days to get my money refunded. On top of it I called the Airline and justfly directly after getting email about the restriction and justfly and airline said the other needed to make the decision if the ticket could be changed or upgraded. Frustrated about all the time spent on phone calls. I think, Next time I'll go directly to the airline and book.
I was pleasantly surprised with the booking process. I though Justfly offered competitive fairs. Justfly was easy to navigate and complete the process for purchase. I would recommend using justfly. I would also is just fly for future services when I travel with my family
I missed my flight due to my own external issues regarding my visa and whatnot. I purchased travel protection and everything (I understand that they are two separate entities) but in the end, they wouldn't even let me pay to reschedule my flight. 2 grand gone down the drain. I'm not blaming them because I lost my flight, but I don't see how I couldn't recoup at least SOME of my money or be able to reschedule.
