We had the British Airline flight cancelled. I bought the flight insurance & when I called to re-book the flight they refused to book the flight. The lady was RUDE when I discussed it with her and (waited 2 hours). After 3 hours, I finally got someone to book a flight after much problems. They said we had to pay extra and it was a terrible experience. NEVER book through justfly.

Don't waste your time with this company they won't give refund nor if you cancel or rebook a flight try call. They wasn't so helpful. You mightest well book from airline company directly
I like how simple it is to book a flight with JustFly. I am also under the impression that I'm getting the best available deal and that is reassuring to me. I do wish they had an option that compared possible nearby destination cities, for example whether it would be cheaper to fly from LAX to SFO or San Jose.
I had a hard time looking for a flight to London for my brothers 18th (best sis in the world) but a friend recommended just fly and it was just what I needed to be able to take my brother somewhere amazing for his 18th. Thank you
Beware. Beware...! This is a scam. I was ripped by JustFly purchasing a ticket from ORD-CMB. Ticket was a little cheaper when I purchased it from this website ( about $ 50-80). However, when it comes to change the travel date they wanted to charge $ 200.00 on top of the airline charges...! And each time agents have different stories nobody tells you the truth. Also, called them 5 times, each time I had to be on line more than 1.5 Hrs to to talk to them. Sometimes, line get automatically disconnected too. They dont tell you a physical location or a direct number.! All my money down to drain.! I saw BBB has warned people not to deal with this agent. Unfortunately, I was too late, I have purchased the ticket when I saw that. Passengers. Please book with reliable agents or directly with the airline.! Dont book with Justfly and get ripped off.!
We booked tickets to S. Korea with a stop in Shanghai before the Wuhan Virus outbreak. We did this through Justfly.com.
On January 22 we called to cancel our flight to then book a direct flight to bypass China as a precaution since we have young children. On top of a nonrefundable penalty we had to pay a $400 USD cancellation fee. TOTAL LOSS= $800 USD.
When Chinese airlines started offering total refunds for cancelling flights to China because of the travel advisory, we called to get the rest of our refund but were told that we were 2 DAYS TOO EARLY and did it voluntarily.
We've been on the phone with them a few times now, and it's always the same: long holds and unsympathetic agents. Did anyone else have this problem with Justfly.com?
My experience was quick and easy and pricing was the best from my search. I had search several sites and couldn't find tickets in the price point that I wanted. I will use this sight again most definitely to book future flights.
Mother $#*!ers over booked our flight only to have us sitting in an airport in Mexico City for 6 hours only to rebook us to a broke plane, and another wait and the rental car was a $#*!ing joke as well. Grab your credit card and run run run for the hills you probablyhave better luck using your legs then this company, FYI i will be contact for a full refund once im back in the states. Wish I had researched this company first. But they offered me a price and I said great, thank you. Then they called and said price when up, still want it? When I said yes they told me they would send my tickets electronically. So you would expect I'd get tickets, right? Oh no.
Apparently this company doesn't use a "buy now" button, ever. It's a moving target.

I purchased three round trip tickets to Colombia, and due to covid we were forced to cancel out flight. Now that I am ready to rebook my flight I cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. But if you call to book a new flight they pick up so quick. There should be a civil lawsuit against this company. I can't believe how these people can get away with this. So unfair just lost $3k
Booked a flight for my son and somehow our names got crossed. They wouldnt fix the name change had to cancel flight and was charged. Will take 10 days to get my money back, well part of it! I will never use them again. Horrible costumer service was acually hung up on by a supervisor I am beyond upset!
My daughter canceled a flight (took another one a day later) using justfly. She never received her refund, over 3 weeks now, on phone for hours, and all she gets is the run around. Now they tell her they need to conduct a review? Why wasn't this done immediately after she canceled her flight? Why wait 3 weeks to tell her that? Now she has to wait another week! Seriously?

Simply easy awesome. I had no trouble. I was able to find good prices at last minute. I would recommend this site to others. The only thing that wasn't clear or easily seen was being able to cancel without add the protection plan; I am saying what if I made a mistake how long do I have to cancel or can I cancel and rebook?
After a previously great experience on Justfly, I was glad to use them again to book a round-trip ticket to El Paso. The reservation went through fine, but when I got the confirmation and e-ticket, the charge was over $1,000 for the $300-400 ticket! After speaking to customer service rep. Who I could not easily understand, I was told that I could cancel the reservation by paying a $75 fee. Needless to say, I will not be using Justfly again. Ben Huffman, Barryton, Michigan
Justfly.com is not a legit business! Be aware! My family we fly alot and always book with expedia and never a problem. But, thought to try another and got scammed. We booked a direct fight and what we got in the end was a stop over fight. No where was this oked with us and only after credit card given and pressed agreement for credit card transaction did you get the real sell.And to change or cancel for extra 100.00 fee. Legally you have 24 hours to cancel no they don't care and keep sending you to people who act as supervisors who don't speak English well either. SCAMMERS!
Stay away from this site, i accendental booked while checking and realesed after got an email confirmation of my tickets, shocked nd immediately called customer support within an hour, they cancelled my tickets but chrged with 230$. Please stay away. Other website will have 48 hour no fee cancellation.
I saved my money more then a year to visit my parents lost 230$.

It is rare when Justfly.com cannot find me a better deal. I recommend them to everyone.
This is the second time I've used JustFly, and again it listed the least expensive prices for flights that I could find online. The site is quick to load and easy to use, and the search lists the price I'll pay, so I'm not shocked by the total at the end.
Made reservations for my friend and I, for flights from MSP to CAK. Put the reservations through. Only one went through. Called to see what went wrong. Redid mine as we are talking. They screwed it up... my flight was for 4 hrs later. And more expensive. Oh, we can cancel yours for $75., and rebook. I said! You made the mistake, and now Im supposed to pay the 75? Talked to 2? Supervisors? And both just kept saying you can cancel and rebook for $75 (thats their most used line to customers! I think.) ended up with absolutely no help, no tickets, a terrible headache! And $150. In cancellation fees. I will tell anyone and everyone I know NEVER EVER use justfly to book anything. And of course, I dont see any negative reviews on the justfly web site.

Their so called 'policies' are absolutely ridicuous. They want to charge me a cancellation fee because a 6 month old infant does not need his own seat. No other site automatically charges you for one in the first place. They also want to charge me a fee for correcting the spelling of a 4 year old child and apparently, if I don't do this, she may not be allowed on the plane.
