If i could give them zero starts i would. Don't fall for their cheap price. I called to modified my flight 3 hrs after i had purchased, after speaking to a customer agent for over an hour and asking multiple times what was my final price before i said yes to the mofication. She said final price would ve 1k which was around the price i had originally paid. A month later after reviewing my account they charge me double saying it was fees and stuff. The representative that i talked never mention additional fees even after asking her multiple times. The customer service was horrible. Talking on the phone over 2 hours. I rather pay a little extra than dealing with this horrible service again.
I reserved a flight on July 10th. I recently received my confirmation details for reservation that I will be using on Aug. 25th. After spending a lot of time on hold, I finally thought I got a person to correct the misspelled name on reservation. I get another email with the same error. I call again this time I spoke to a person that I understood every 5th word, Heavy accent. I once again explain, he sends me an email while we are on the phone. This time my husbands name was deleted from the reservation. I had to resolve the situation with JetBlue. Hopefully when I get to the airport it will all go ok. I will NEVER use this company and beware of a couple dollars cheaper.
I purchased a ticked paying the price it was indicated in the website for justfly.com then when I called to confirm the purchase the justfly.com agent threatened me that if I didn't pay the additional $166.67 I would not have a ticket. Because I didn't have much time to keep shopping on line for a ticket I had to pay the extra money. I feel that I was not treated fairly with a professionalism from justfly.com. I don't appreciate how they treat their customer and will advise NOT to do business with them. Justfly.com should honor the prices adversited on line.
Now, JustFly's my first reference for flights. Get consistently cheaper rates w/ them because their end makes deals happen. I'm happy with any kind of savings but this website's hassle-free to top it all off and can save you more than booking direct.

Bad is: I could not select seat. I have herniated discs and must be on the aisle. Also, no carry on. My travel agent used my credit card and purchased for me. If I would have known, would have bought another. Leaving in September. God help me if I don't get an aisle seat!.
This is my first time to book through justfly.com for a flight from LAX to MNL. They offer the cheapest fare and so I decided to book with them. The whole process of booking is fast and secured. And managing the booking is easy. I was sent the Electronic ticket for confirmation within minutes.

Justfly.com is good but you must be aware that you aren't guaranteed the seats you pay for through the app and website. I have called and was told I must check with the flight carrier to see that I get the seats I choose through Justfly.com. So be careful, you must do legwork or you won't be guaranteed seats. The fee you pay for on Justfly.com is a service charge for them to request those seats. All in all it's a pretty simple app and I like it but I won't be bothering with purchasing seats anymore because I'd like to take care of everything on one website and not have to go through multiple companies to get seats.
Planning a trip to Thailand and initially had a layover in China thankfully I had the option to cancel. However, the refund update is very ambiguous. Overall I would use justfly again because they update me on price changes and I appreciate it and was able to find a flight in my price range.
Very bad service. I keep calling them about re-scheduling my flight because of Lockdown restrictions in the city I am going to and they just keep stalling, cutting off my calls. Bad online service. They say they will email and they don't. I have been in the process of communicating for 2 days and zero progress.
Easy to search, fights had clear and detailed information so I didn't have to click on the flight to figure out layover times etc. fast checkout. However, the insurance offering is a joke especially with Covid19 and think all airplane companies should step it up, after the massive bailout seems only fair they'd give people better options.
Booked my flight for Dec at 7pm last night. By 12am the idiots had cancelled it over $12 price increase from Via Aerobus. Please don't use them. Use another more repeatable booking site. Don't waste your time and money on this. Called my bank to resolve the issue. Originally they said a refund will take 5-10 days. Now it is saying 30 days. Stay away!
I paid for 2 travel insurance policies to cover any loss and I'm still out of $450. My classes were cancelled due to the coronavirus freakout and when I tried to adjust my flight dates I could not even reach a human to talk to. Just dead ends, manipulative fine print, and completely void of any positive resolution. All in all I feel like these greedy bastards would rather have you risk your health than do the right thing for public safety. I hope the airline industry takes a huge hit and I hope people at Justfly lose their jobs. You are terrible humans that prey upon hard working peopleand deserve this economic catastrophe. Or wait, maybe you can just keep ripping people off through misinformation and hype in order to stay in business. I will never do business with Justfly ever again and will share my story on social media with as many people as I can.
I booked a Jetblue round trip ticket with them and needed to cancel one half of it. They said that was not possible and that I had to cancel the whole trip, and if I missed the first half, they would cancel the other return flight and that this was the airline's policy. This is not Jetblue's policy, and I told them that, and they were unwilling to budge on their stance or do anything to help the situation.
I was not even looking for a refund, I was simply trying to cancel one half of the flight- a benefit for them! They could now make more money off of reselling my seat.
I spoke with a supervisor and got the same rude demeanor and run around of "we can't help you". Will never book with them again!
Terrible customer service experience and been lied to they were not able to help me with my last name changed kept having me calling america airlines telling me they weren't able to help me only the airlines I called the airlines and they stated only just fly is the one who can make changes they lied to me saying they couldn't make changes for more than 3 letters that was a big lie! I was told that this company is only out to still money from the consumers once you book they won't help you with any changes and you loose your flight! They are scammers and never will I book through them again and will let everyone know to be aware of this company!
For a confident booking, go through the airline directly! I am irate with justfly! Was royally deceived after selecting our desired upgraded seats and PURCHASING my selection in check out, found out, when checking in for our flight that we not only did not have the seats we selected but no seat yet! It clearly shows the "seat number themselves along with the charges acquired on our total charged by just fly. The airline says this is a common deceptive tactic among others. ( check the bbb for further complaints) The airline reminds me of a very impressed ortant fact that you can not pick your seats when you book through a 3rd party co... even when they appear to allow you to walk through the steps of selecting and the pricing on justfly! Because only the airline itself can do that!
To never have booked on justfly.com, I'd take it every day.
If I was a smarter man I would have done 5 minutes of research before deciding to book tickets with justfly.com but alas, I am not.

One of the scams they run is misspelling your name in the itinerary. I did not notice at first, but they misspelled my middle name by one letter. They charge $75.00 cancellation fee which I'm going to have to pay as I've already booked accommodations at my destination.
Lesson learned: always book directly through an airline and never use justfly.com
They cancled our flights and said we'd get a refund in 2 to 10 business days. Its been well over a month we had to buy new flights home. They stranded us in Toronto! We keep getting the run around, put on hold, and nothing but attitude! I will NEVER use just fly again, and I recommend you not either! Cancled flights with no notice, no refund, stranded me and my family in another province. They are impossible to get ahold of. Good luck if you use these guys to go anywhere. I have attached the cancelation that I had to send my boss which was time stamped November 23 our flights were supposed to be November 25. We recieved the notice 2 days before they flight and they're trying to say we just didn't show up!
Justfly did not help for re-booking after the flight that Justfly sold us and got paid for was canceled twice. They refused to reimburse us and did not find another flight. They just keep sending us emails that we need to contact the airline. But the airline (Westjet... also the worst airline on the planet) told us since we bought our ticket through JUSTFLY they are responsible for any re-booking.
They basically ruined our life by fake reservation no confirmation they charge the account and then they make a mistake and they won't charge you for cancelation fee basically the most common please don't ever ever deal with this company
