Damaged K-Cups

Upon receipt of 4 damaged boxes - please be advised, that the process to remedy the situation is worse than childbirth. Thirty-eight minutes of looking for codes on the side of the cup, codes for the brewer, and 999 questions later...instructions are to repackage it, send it back with a label you will receive from the shipper in 1-3 business days so that they can validate the loss. Then, they will reship coffee. It looks like that's 2 weeks without coffee unless I purchase elsewhere. To this I will do and discontinue my auto-ship that I've used for over 10 years.

Bought Duo Maker. 2 days worked great, then carafe quit working. Called customer service multiple times, one of their reps actually lied to me and gave me a fake tracking number for a replacement they were sending. Called back after the tracking number failed to work, told that nothing had been sent. Asked to speak to a manager sat on hold an hour to be repeatedly told their managers were all in a meeting and could not be bothered. Calling better business bureau to report them for this lying

I am new coffee drinker and bought starter kit from Keurig.com. At the time sign-up it was not very clear that I am committing for 24 box of pods with higher price than market. After buying I started getting pods, even though I did not finished previous lot. I called Keurig and requested to resolve this and stop sending me auto delivery. Then they charged me with full cost of machine. I called many times for help, but their customer service is veered, person who picks the call cannot take any decision, they tell you that you will get a call back, but you never get any call. Overall I feel it is a trap for new coffee drinker.

DONT BUY IT! Bought this model Aug 2020. By Oct it wouldn't brew. They replaced it Nov 3. By Dec 5 it doesn't brew! I don't care how nice customer svc is if I have to have unit replaced every 2 months. I want a reliable product fir the money. Nice people are a plus but I'd rather not talk to them at all. I want to wake up to a coffee maker that works for at least a couple years! This is what I've come expect these days. There's NO pride in providing quality products anymore

Worst experience ever
December 21, 2020

I use a Black Friday offer to get an overpriced machine with a 50% which would be more or less after the discount similar to the retail price, but it had the obligation to purchase several coffee cups which I did. So far moderately fair deal, but for my surprise they were planning to send me 16 boxes of cups. When I realized those monthly payment for almost $60 I cancelled and they charged me full price on the machine, plus they don't want to return the cups amount (more than $100) I put a dispute on my bank. Hopefully they will stop stealing people with those tricky deals... What a ridiculous way of "losing" potential clients.

I purchased a Keurig from Walmart and the Keurig machine did not even last 6 months I reached out by email to Keurig in reference as how to take care of this matter and if they would honor their product and I have essentially been ignored... no email, no response whatsoever. Sad way to take care of those that have supported your product since it came out.

Have been ordering coffee pods way before Green Mountain sold their business to Keurig. Today will be the last time I order coffee from Keurig. First of all, I received a promotional code via my email. Tried to place order on line at Keurig.com. At the end of the ordering process upon pushing "Place Order", the complete process crashes. I then called the company to place an on the phone order. The woman taking my order was courteous but extremely uneducated with spelling, following instructions, constantly placing me on hold and unaware of the coffee pods that were under the promotional code. Too bad. Green Mountain should have kept the company in Vermont. I will be looking for an alternative coffee web site.

After just 1 and a half weeks it stopped working. When it did work it made sounds like it was constipated. Gurgle gurgle groan... push out that water!

Buy a different brand, Keurig doesn't care what they push out. I have never owned such a frustrating poor quality product! Perhaps they are trying to break people's coffee habits by selling such cheap and poorly engineered products.

I need a cup of coffee... oh wait my new Keurig 2.0 coffee maker doesn't work! Starbucks here I come!

This is one of the worst services I have ever signed up for. They constantly have "website problems" which prevent you from properly make changes to orders, payment info, etc. Then you cant fix the issues over the phone because the support people can't do anything. They cant update, change, cancel, nothing... they are completely useless to the point where the service seems like a scam.

Totally exasperated
November 17, 2020

I ordered coffee on October 23 and still have not received my order. My order was over $200. I have called five times and all they do is give me the run-around. It now has been almost a month! UPS said they never received the package from Keurig to ship. What is so hard about either giving me a refund or shipping my order! My patience is gone! If this is not resolved in the next day or two, I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau!

I purchased from keurig.com, received my package and was missing an item, called customer service 3 times to get it resolved, its been over a month and noone has helped me, customer service is outsourced outside of the U.S. and apparently they only have "so much control" over how they can resolve an issue, mind you the item im missing is just under 20$, all i want is for my missing item to be replaced, not asking for a refund. Its terrible that i cant simply get the item i paid for? Feels like theft and being cheated. Pretty disappointed with this site, first and last time i will be purchasing directly from the site.

Purchased K-Cup brewer 11/2019. Six months later it started to shut down after a partial brew or not even go on initially. Customer service ran me through some arduous steps to reset the machine. It worked until shortly after the warranty expired. Bought another, thinking the first was just a fluke, but shortly after the warranty expired it didn't brew correct cup sizes. It produced 2 to 4 oz less than the corresponding button. Customer service couldn't walk me through a fix. Offered me a 20% discount on another unit. That was definitely a no go. That would have been 3 brewers in less than 3 years. Don't waste your money or your time. Definitely under par reliability. The picture is the receipt for the first unit. The second was purchased around 18 months later.

I ordered a Keurig K-Elite that was on sale. Brushed slate. $169.99 for $135. Received coffee maker in brushed silver, regular price $135. First they told me I got what we ordered. When I argued, they told me to send proof. Which I did. Then I was told the one we wanted was out of stock. But it's still on the website at the regular price. Haven't heard a word since despite many attempts. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. My suggestion is not to buy from the website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could I'd give them 0 stars.

I have the most basic version available. Put water in the tank, put your pod in, press start
No, it's a way more complicated than that. By the time you figure it out, there's grounds all over your counter and you're late for work. Just no. A coffee maker is much more simple and tastes way better. Don't waste your money.

Home lights flickering
November 12, 2021

When I brew coffee the house lights on the same circuit as the brewer flicker real bad. I called the customer service several times but they keep apologizing and promise me that they resolve my issue but to no avail. They really are good in deceiving you. I Googled it and many people have the same issue but Keurig is clueless about this issue. I am going to stop using it and take them to small claim court because my machine is still under warranty but I lost my receipt and can't return it. Very dissatisfied.

Keurig Duo

Bought the new keurig duo, it lasted 5 days and the carafe (full pot) side quit brewing. Called customer service and was told to get a paper clip for some troubleshooting! (WHAT?) Decided keurig no longer cares about their products or customers so returning it to the store and am done with keurig!

Keurig Not Fair

I purchased the Keurig Duo Plus a few days ago for $ 149.99 and saw it for $114.99 on Keurig web site. I called to get the difference in price but the company would only give me the difference if I boxed up the old one and sent it back and purchase a new one for that price. They want to make it inconvenient as possible so you won't do it. They could just credit your card but won't. Stay away from this company they keep playing with the prices. Bad business My first and last Keurig. User's recommendation: Look for something else

Piece of junk.

I've owned five keurig coffee makers and the maximum life was the first one which lasted six months. All others failed within two months. The last one purchased from Target lasted 30 days. It emitted
Lots of steam, spit coffee all over the counter top and gave me two ounces of coffee. Cleaning did dot correct the problem. My wife called customer service and demanded a full refund. She was informed that because it was purchased at Target the warranty was not covered nor would they refund the purchase price. After much heated words they agreed to ship me a replacement. After less than a week of use I'm back getting lots of steam, spitting on the counter and two ounces of coffee. This week I'll be looking for a new coffee pot and keurig will not be considered. Piece of junk that even China would not want to put a label on!

No customer service.

I purchased a high end Keurig 3 months ago, it lasted 2.5 months before it just stopped working. I contacted Keurig Customer Service, 3 phone calls, 2 emails, and 3 trips to UPS, and no satisfaction. Keurig agrees that the maker needs to be replaced and is covered by it's 1 year warranty, but they have made it such a nightmare to get the unit returned, that I just simply thru it in the garbage, and will right Keurig off as just another scam company.

I ordered the wrong size replacement carafe so it needed to be returned. Customer service was unable to help me in the course of two phone calls. They need an order number which I don't have. They seriously are not able to find my order by my e-mail address or phone number? During the second call they put me on a long hold trying to connect me to a more senior rep. They get back on the line and inform me there's a long wait and someone would call me back. So done with this incompetent company. I'll just eat the cost of the carafe because I can't handle the run around any longer!
