I paid for an item and at the time thought i bought/would receive the code immediately like other site,
But no... it was some pre order "scam" allowed a seller to sell pre orders,
Now the game has been release we are still waiting on the code an nothing, cant even find the seller selling them now...
So i try to talk to chat, but its only a bot, legit 24/7 chat is only ever a bot,
So i submit a ticket, an still no response...
There twitter keeps tweeting to like 10 people that actually view there tweets but cant even reply on twitter,
They seem to respond here, even if really delayed xD

If you want to buy a windows key just to activate it you can but be aware.
Kinguin is just reselling already used windows key and tells you to activate the key by phone. Because with the activation by phone you can tell that you have reinstalled your hardware and want to use the same key again. Microsoft can't do anything against that but it violates the terms and services of Microsoft.
You might have a key that have been used by 10 other people or more.
However it still remains the cheapest way to activate a valid windows and if you don't care about legal morality.
Fun fact after claiming a refund because i assume from my point of view that it is illegal and they shouldn't have sold be an already used key, they gave me a proposal to resold the key so i can be refunded. (key that was already used and that i could have used)

Been selling games on that platform since 2014. In 2018 they started to impose a waiting time of 2 months for payouts (used to be 1 month), and when you actually click on payout they still make you wait weeks, eventually months before they perform a simple payout. The company appears to have financial problems which is reflected in the payouts, for me personally this is a joke and I'm not able to sell as I'm used to cause this people steal us sellers money for their own shady business practices and investments, they are working with our money without our consent which is illegal imo.
Bad site, bad service, shady business practices and VERY VERY disappoining customer service they got (they just turn off LiveChat when they feel like it), I don't recommend anyone to buy anything on the even I am a seller myself...

So no, I will not buy from Kinguin anymore and do not recommend, as they will screw you at the first occasion.

I made a purchase from Kinguin (MSFS*******) in Dec 21, and since the beginning it did not work. After several exchanged mails without any resolution I requested a refund, once I'm entitled to it, according to UE online commerce legislation. Unfortunately till today (one week passed) my issue was not resolved, they keep stalling me new instructions not working and do not provide me with the refund. So I've paid for nothing and my money is not refunded. Along the process I've supplied several screenshots explaining the issue, but unfortunately I believe I'm dealing with a merchant that ignores the rights of the consumer and therefore I can only strongly advise against buying from Kinguin.
I received the answer from Kuinguin, trough a person called Weronika, telling me that the product was used and they do not refund me. I can assure anybody and that will be easy proved that is false, trough the monitoring of any download I could have done from Microsoft Store. Any forensic analysis will prove that I was not able to do any download or install any game ( in fact this was my first use of MS for a PC game) at all and the provided key was not valid since the beginning. I advise for the possibility of being plundered of your money when buying from this company.

Its cool because the prices are changed to your local currency. When I visited at first I got a small discount code so that was neat. Everything is quite cheap and worked for me.

Contacted them a few times already and they always managed to help me really quickly, while being nice and brief. Bought many games from kinguin and all the keys worked
Bought a cd-key here for steam, activated it without a problem. There were some issues with paypal, but nothing big. I'd still recommend it over buying on other shady websites.

Charging insurance on purchases is a little dodgy, but if anything does go wrong support is quick to sort it out and make sure you have a positive outcome.
