My guess is they purposefully advertise with a lower fair, get your money then hit you up with the rest of the amount and however much more just for the heck of it. As the fool who didn't search for reviews before purchasing, my money has quickly parted.

Wir haben Ende April gebucht. Es kam innerhalb von 14 Tagen heraus, dass überhaupt keine Koffer dabei waren. Es war aber ein Komplett-Angebot. Nun ja, wir haben über 200 € für 2 Koffer dazu bezahlt. Bei der Fluggesellschaft direkt hätte ein Koffer nur 70 € gekostet. Am Schalter vor Ort sogar nur 65 €.
Nach Kofferzahlung kam zügig die Annulierung eines Teilflugs. Wir hatten bis dahin dann, leider erst zu spät, die Bewertungen von Kiss&Fly gelesen und nutzen unsere Chance, das Gesamtpakt zu stornieren. Anfang Mai, 06. 05. 22
Bis heute ist lediglich die Rückerstattung der Koffer bei uns eingegangen. Es seien lediglich 34 Tage von 60 um... dies ist die Kiss&Fly Fristlänge für Rückerstattungen im Kleingedruckten der AGB's.
Im Klartext: Kiss & Fly kann sich gezahlte Geldsummen willkürlich selbst für 60 Tage zur Verfügung stellen. Die Fluggesellschaften, an die das Geld des Kunden angeblich schon gezahlt worden sei - wenn dies jemals geschehen ist - hat nämlich nach eigener Auskunft eine viel kürzere Rückerstattungszeit.
Diese Verbrecher arbeiten mit dem Geld ihrer Kunden ohne, dass der Kunde Leistungen dafür erhält. Er stellt lediglich seine Geldeinlage für 0% für diese Gesellschaft zur Verfügung.

I booked a multi-flight ticket on 24-June-2022 and as soon as I paid, they sent an email asking for a surcharge fee, straight after payment another email saying flights were cancelled (this all happened within a few hours).
They cancelled the payment for the flights. Phew!
They have not cancelled the surcharge fee.
I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company whilst it was appearing as pending.
Not sure if I'll get that refunded. You can not contact them. They don't reply.

When I made the booking I thought I was cheated because this agency bought the plane tickets in their name and address and not mine. I called the airline (Rayanair) and concluded that the email address registered in the check-in system was "same as mine@ different". I was in shock. I asked Kissandfly to send me that address and they did. Using that address, I checked the tickets through Rayanair app. I don't know why they do that! It turned out in the end that everything was fine! Finally I give praise for the quick answers, but also a complaint for confusing with a non-existent email address (invokes a sense of deception).

I purchased 2 flights for $1,440 total and got an email saying the ticket issuance was delayed. My credit card is still charged, and the customer service email I got has 2 broken email links for customer service. So I have gotten charged the full amount with zero tickets, and no indication of when I will receive the tickets.
I tried to email customer service asking for an update:

They said they submitted the refund request to the airline, but the airline has not yet authorized the application yet. However, when I called the United Airlines, they said kiss&fly has not even initiated the request. What the hell?

Used skyscanner to book my flight and they were the first option. I have never had problem with Skyscanner before, so I did not look at the review. I just purchased airfare with kilssandfly.com, but when I implemented my CreditCard info, their system asked me if I wanted to pay in Euros or any other currency.
I chose US$, and the system changed Euro 1136 to $1316. 93.
In the heat of the moment I didn't do the math, and proceeded, but later on I thought there must be something wrong. Sure enough. When I received my ticket via eMail, the PDF mentioned instead of 1136 now 1156. 65 plus 64.35 Euros Service fee, now my original airfare went from Euro 1,136 to Euro 1,221! That's insane.
I contacted their customer service team, and they told me that an additional $68.82 was added to my price - but without letting me know. When I selected to make payment in US$, I saw the new price in US$, I didn't know that there were extra service charges and extra taxes. They refused to help me cancel that ticket. I ended up paying almost Euro 115 more for the ticket. Insane.
What a lousy company, lousy service and in the end they hold you hostage - wont help you - simply state that I can submit a complaint, but they will not assist to solve the issue. A total SCAM.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. The entire setup they have is a scam to take your money first and basically hold you hostage with it. They make refund fees that are so high you get 50% of your money back at best and even then there are months long delays. They bank on you giving up and just letting them keep your money. They also get around many consumer laws by operating in different countries.

They book only partial part of your travel and say fight operator canceled your ticket. They cancel entire ticket saying one ticket number, partial cancelation is not possible. Then they try deduct approximately $200 while refunding. Customer services is perthitic, they do not have solution for any question. Only response you will get is you will receive an email. I dont know how simply they take customers and try make money, but people will have to undergo lot of pressure for their cheating business. Specially while traveling with Family and Kids, we will see a real heard time. It adds so much expense to our pocket as we have to make last minute booking, though we book few month upfront, due to this careless people site we will loose all planning and saving booking upfront.
Really when someone cannot run a business properly why can they just shut it down, instead of playing with people and with their travel expenses. They might earn $200 commission but Customer might lose 3-4K for last minute booking. Really a bad game.

We booked out flights together, a couple weeks before flying out i looked into our tickets and the itinerary had us both listed but when i went to the airline website, I had no ticket on that itinerary. I had to call customer service to be told we had two different tickets. I paid for baggage up front, yet now i am told that is unavailable.
