I have to say today I found out my favorite person was let go from he say she say this young lady has been doing my wife's blood work from day one when we first met her at Walgreens... One of the best! A big heart and honest... Has helped every single patient to perfection this is so crazy 1904 Genesee Street in Utica NY lost one good person who has went a million miles over and over to help each patient no wonder your ratings are so low you treat your employees horribly
This company needs an overhaul. They are threatening me with collections when I have an EOB from my insurance saying the claim has paid and there is zero patient responsibility. Told me I had to have the insurance call them about a missing check. When I mentioned maybe they should call, was told they don't follow up on claims or payments. How do I know THEY didn't lose it or apply it to the wrong account?
They lost my business. Hope others follow suit!
Always sending us invoices that has been processed already through insurance and when called says the same thing over and over that i need to call insurance. I said i called insurance and they say it's processed but they says i need to ask insurance and provide the information. Insurance called them, doesn't answer and when i ask them if i can put my insurance on line, they say they cannot hold the line because they are very busy.
Had an appointment for the office on Colonial when we got there they did not have the supplies to do lab work. They gave us a sheet of paper with about 10 different offices we arrived to one of them and they were close we call two of them and no one picked up. Left message for a call back, still waiting. Winter Park we've been waiting here for over 2 hours already to be taken care of. Having diabetes not having anything to eat since yesterday. Had to give a 1, but really they should get -0). That's how bad the service is. They didn't take in consideration that we had an appointment in the other office. Had maybe 3 employees.
High Point Regional sent out a stool sample that I brought in and gave to the Doctor. It was sent out to Lab Corp for evaluation. The doctor wrote specifically on page 9 of my medical records that " Patient actually had presented to the emergency department with stool samples and what appears to be worms in her stool..." If both I and the doctor saw these worms, please explain to me how Lab Corp says this stool sample is "negative for ova and parasites ( worms)!
I got here at 7 check in wait forever, When I did finally got check in still waiting to be seen, I wish I would made appointment the website was note easy friendly, Been here since 7 10/26/2022 still waiting to be seen the ones with the appointments are more important and get seen first!
I tried to get a basic blood test done at Labcorp twice, they are 0 for 2. The first one didn't have the test I needed in stock, waste of the morning fasting. Then I tried another location. This one was jam packed with probably 20 people waiting in a tiny room. The check in kiosks weren't working so I tried to check in at the front desk. After waiting for 30 min I told the lady the machine wasn't working, she shrugged and said she can't help unless I check in first. I left, will never go back there.
Email instructions were inaccurate. Phone line offered incomplete advice and no option to speak with a human. Location that was still accepting appointments was closed. One that was open has had people waiting in line for four hours. This forces people to spend long times around others who may well be sick. This is unconscionably bad business practice.
I had an online appointment at labcorp and followed all the instructions online to complete the appointment process. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in online as required. They say you can do that so you can sit in your car and wait instead of a crowded waiting room. They will text you at your appointment time to come in. My appointment time came and went and after about 8 or so minutes after the appointment time, I went into the waiting room. There was no receptionist in sight so I waited. I could hear the staff in the back talking and laughing and appeared to be having a good time. I waited another 10 minutes and a technician came out and called a patient to go back with her and I advised the tech that I had an appointment 15 minutes earlier. She told me to have a seat. Meantime a few more clients came in and registered along with a messenger who was delivering an item. Another 10 minutes went by and the tech called two additional clients back. The messenger got tired of waiting so he left. Finally the receptionist came back and sat down and after a few minutes, I contacted her and told her I had an appointment some time ago and she asked my name. At that point she finally checked her computer and then asked me for my lab order. I was then sent back to have my lab work completed. By this time it was 30 plus minutes past my appointment so I wondered why I even bothered to make an appointment. It is obvious to me that the staff was not very interested in helping the clients or trying to stay on schedule.
I have an appointment one month in advance, and on the day of the appointment I got a call saying the site is not available, so I rescheduled to the MN Bloomington test site at 2:30pm CST, i arrived early and checked in at the "express machine", at 4pm CST they still don't call my name. The front desk is extremely rude. I don't know whether they are underpaid or short-staffed, but I didn't sign up for this kind of service. Then when I finally heard my name, they said I need to have a biometrics form from my company, well first time ever heard of it, and why is there no advance notice on this being required? So after 3 phone calls with my employee benefit center, my healthcare provider, and the virgin pulse app, turns out Labcorp already had my form in their system. If I didn't insist, they are going to ask me to come back another day after waiting for 3 hours. The staff acted like I owe them. It ruined my Friday.
Very typical experience with poor customer service and complete lack of follow through with directions that were clearly written on the prescription. The results were never faxed and getting through to a live person was near impossible with a horrible phone system. When after three attempts, i was able to speak to a representative, it was not a good experience. The worst part is that they completely ignored one of the tests which was the most crucial to run.
The young lady at the front desk that drew my blood was very upbeat, engaging and put the patients at eases. The whole process was quick, easy and painless from the check-in to the actual draw.
My phlebotomist was Menniesma and she actually made the procedure a pleasant experience compared to other blood draws I've had. She was very professional and cheerfull.

Ridiculous requirements to create account. I had to drive to a UPS store (sick) to print a Identity verification form than required no more than my name, birth date and phone number. Which I had already provided on website. THEN, it claimed a 3 hour wait to set up account. 4 hours later, still no result on a test that is far overdue for promised result.
Waited 3 weeks to get my lab work done request by my doctor. Show up on time and no one is there suppose to be open at 8:00AM appointment is at 8:15 and a line of people waiting, waited tell 8:30am and left still no one there get an email when I get to work stating (Good morning due to unforeseen circumstances we will have to cancel your appointment today) not even a call from someone to help to get me in sooner or reschedule it for me. I contact my doctor and said this place is horrible I need another place to go they wasted my time for 3 weeks along with me having to fast for 12 hours and missing two hours of work which I should bill them for since I get paid by the hour. What a joke take care of your patients that come to you and I feel bad for all the other people that waited around all morning for nothing also... complete joke do not use them.

Since the takeover of all labs in the area by LabCorp, getting lab work done is less fun than a root canal. LabCorp will bill for the same work several times in what I believe to be an attempt to get their customers to over pay. There is no way to talk to a person outside of the lab technicians and they can do nothing about billing. The number to call for questions only has options to pay a bill or schedule a payment plan. There is no option to talk to a person. I am going to start leaving town for my lab work. I do not recommend ever using LabCorp for anything.
Lab results take for ever in Labcorp. Will never do my lab work in this place ever again. Done lab work many times different places lab work usually at the longest a week. It's been almost 2 weeks no lab results so far.
