I purchased 4 chargers for my phone and none of them work. I have been given the runaround from the company with no assistance. Why should I have to keep filling out online forms to get a bloomin ra number for the company to accept my return.

The security cameras supplied were very easy to install and configure. The quality of the screen image on my phone was of a high resolution. One of the cameras supplied had a fault, however, laser were very prompt in supplying a return pre paid label. The camera will either be repaired or replaced.

The site was eay to search on and use, and the customer service over the phone - a pdf of an instruction manual for a car dvd player was sent as requested by email. Very satisfied with Laser!

I am pleased with the delivery of my goods which didn't take long. Just sad that ordering had to be done on line which I don't know how to do, as I don't know about Web sites or emails as well, but a staff member at Harvey Norman did that for me & I was so grateful for that. A lot of older people don't know how to order on line, we are used to paying with our cards over the phone. Thankyou for allowing me to state my experience..

It works well with the basic functions but there are several buttons where it is not clear what their function is. A user guide would be helpful.

Firstly I would like to say the camera works well. However I used your online chat facility to ask a question - can the camera be eave mounted - and I was told it could be. On receiving the camera I tried it on the eave and the camera faces down on too great an angle to be of any use. The lights were adjustable to a satisfactory angle. I purchased a 45 degree mount and this too was unsuccessful. I will have to manufacture a 90 degree mount to make it work as I can't seem to find any on the market at a reasonable price.

Tested the dvd projector with two different dvds. Started great, but stopped playing before the end. Cleaned the dvd, but it did it again. When played in a separate dvd player it worked fine until the end. This happened with two different dvds.
Also the DVD Menu option for Scene Selection would not work with either dvd. It would jump straight to Menu Play. Yet when dvds were played in a separate dvd player, the Scene Selection option worked.
Extremely disappointing. Want to get a refund.

Returned missed phone call they left a message told me to ring back I rung the customer service he spoke over me the whole time and was so rude said he couldn't help me unless I had model number I told him it would take me a while to get when I gave model number he wanted my name so he could already look up model number with my name but wouldn't help me. He told me they would reply to me via email only. I didn't receive the screen that was meant to be free he told me the model didn't come with free screen I said I have screenshots of it online Hopeless

Waste of money contacted the company said they would send me a screen never received it not Bluetooth via phone waste of time and money would not bother not even apologise for the problems I've had
I gave 2 stars as somewhat dissatisfied as I paid $31.95 including freight for a product and they sent it without real care.The remote was not bubble wrapped and left to bang around during transit in a box that would have fit easy 6 remotes. It works for now but we'll see.
