Ordered some discounted 'smart' LED bulbs via their website. Easy process, and bulbs arrived six days later.

The interface is clean and intuitive
Purchased a few wifi plugs. Everything works well. Been a fan of Laser for years, having a bunch of smart bulbs, plugs and cameras. From the viewing point of a tech guy, their products is above average in term of quality and inexpensive comparing to those overseas, ideal if you like to explore and DIY and then move on. That said, I haven't been able to "move on" after all these years. I guess it means they are doing a really good job.

It took so long for delivery and wasn't advised that the camera has to be hard wired for use unfortunately it wasn't advertised as such and this is going to cost more money to have this done then the camera is worth.
The purchase experience was good, dispatch was quick. The courier service (CouriersPlease) carded without ringing the doorbell delaying delivery by 2 days.

My intention was to purchase a set of laser headphones with a jack, turns out the headphones were blue tooth but not laser. Laser was merely part of their name.

I wasn't expecting a great performance from the cheap ear pods but at the very least, I expected the pods to charge to 100% and provide at least 6 hours of basic listening time? The experience to date has been that the pods seem to only charge to 10% even if left on charge overnight.
Then we we do pair them, the connection is flaky and if the Blutooth does hold, they soon power down given that there is only 10% Charge in them. *******@connectmytech.com.au *******204

After looking at different options l decided to order directly from Laser. They had a suitable item at a good price with free delivery and also based in Australia. Ordered and received without any hassles. The dongle was easy t set up and works well. Highly recommend Laser as a source.
