Thanks Jim! Sounds like you're nearly there — if that password prompt is for Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, it’s often "0000" or "1234" by default. If that doesn’t work, flick us a message at [support@laserco.com.au] and we’ll get you sorted.
Poor delivery by Startrack having paid $16 for a small parcel. I had to go to the post office to pick it up with startrac saying the reason it couldn't be delivered was that there was a hazard. What hazard! A level path to the front door 6m away where we were home all day.

Ordered some discounted 'smart' LED bulbs via their website. Easy process, and bulbs arrived six days later.

The interface is clean and intuitive
Purchased a few wifi plugs. Everything works well. Been a fan of Laser for years, having a bunch of smart bulbs, plugs and cameras. From the viewing point of a tech guy, their products is above average in term of quality and inexpensive comparing to those overseas, ideal if you like to explore and DIY and then move on. That said, I haven't been able to "move on" after all these years. I guess it means they are doing a really good job.

It took so long for delivery and wasn't advised that the camera has to be hard wired for use unfortunately it wasn't advertised as such and this is going to cost more money to have this done then the camera is worth.
