Great service. Good Price. Camera and Monitor were exactly as described, easy to fit, although really made for the wider number plates, not the slim ones. Just had to tweak things a little and hey presto. Rear view image is great and working fine. Thank you all.
I gave 2 stars as somewhat dissatisfied as I paid $31.95 including freight for a product and they sent it without real care.The remote was not bubble wrapped and left to bang around during transit in a box that would have fit easy 6 remotes. It works for now but we'll see.
Not sure how they come up with ratting of over 4 on their light bulbs as they are crap and I am not able to find very many positive review on them other than on their own site. The app has a 3 star rating on play store with very poor reviews so again not sure how their site comes up with a rating above 4. The bulbs put out great light but the tech issues between the bulb and the app make the a big waste of money and time. Laser do not reply to tech inquiry or messages left. When I finally spoke to a technician on the phone after calling Australia he had no idea what he was talking g about and just told me the bulbs have developed a fault and that I would need to return them. I did so and got new ones and it has not made a single difference and I still am not able to add the bulbs to the app. I know I am bot doing anything wrong as I have them all through my house and have set them all up no trouble the first time. I just want the issue fixed with the stupid app so I can use my very expensive light bulbs properly. If they do not fix the app they should stop selling the bulbs as it makes the smart capability of them completely useless. If I could score 0 I would. Lastly I have tried the process of adding them now 58 times to with no joy.
Tip for consumers:
Does not seem the issues are so much with the products its more the app that has the issues but if the app won't work then you can use the products making them a waste of money.

Great customer service, sent a replacement bulb as one was faulty on arrival. The bulbs are very reliable and reconnect quickly after being switched off and will remember last setting too. But the app could be further developed. When scheduling, the brightness, color temp and timer are in arbitrary or too small a unit.

The tablet has arrived - but it is absolutely dead flat - it took about 10 minutes on charge to even wake up and say "0% battery". I am concerned that the battery life will be very poor after being left so flat for what I can only presume has been a long time.

Courier left outside of locked office (in carpark), despite notifications that a signature was required. Why deliver to a business address outside of working hours?

This is my second buy. It is a best, compared to Toyota Player and my KMart Boom Box. I travel the remote areas and enjoy my Country Music most waking hours. Radio often not in a area to work. The cost is 'crazy' low, for something so good. Thankyou Laser.

Prompt delivery but it was the wrong one. Have sent back the TV remote to be replaced by a DVD remote.
When I rang the first time it was all ways engaged. The next time I got through and was told that I was number one in the que it then asked me to leave a message. A few days while in was in Big W to buy a universal remote the sales told me to ring again and went straight through to Teck support.
That was the of the DVD.

Everything worked out fine. The courier service you use were very good with notification and asking where to put the goods if nobody available. One minor comment... it would have been nice to get a message from your company about the expected delivery time once the order was placed. The way it happened was that I was notified once the goods were sent, so there were a few days when I did not know when the delivery would happen. It is NOT a major issue.
You had the product I was looking for, or at least close to it. I would have liked a slightly smaller mouse, but your other one was out of stock.

Received a watch band that was a different colour to what I ordered, when I emailed them they said that colour is no longer in stock! Awaiting a refund - you can't just send out any colour expecting the customer to be ok with it!

The order process is adequate - it's not difficult at all, nor is the layout of the site particularly riveting.
Communication after placing the order is quite minimal, this is good in the sense of not receiving a million emails or texts, but it is a little disconcerting to not be kept informed of what's actually happening with the order.
Also, the tracking number provided doesn't actually come online until 3 days have passed (although this may well be an issue with the courier company).
The fact it's the only brand available that has region-free playback.
