If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would. This the the WORST shipping service ever. I have gotten my order shipped through them twice. Online shopping is something I do frequently, and never have issues with UPS, FedEx or USPS. The Post Office sucks where I live, and yet they have a better track record than LaserShip. Multiple packages have been lost, or marked delivered when they were not. My home has two cameras that would show delivery. I don't know if they are thief's, or liars, or both, but this is the worst shipper. How they can still operate is insane to me. My sister has had the same problems!

I have been waiting for my package that they keep trying to deliver to a location that is closed by a certain time. And I keep giving them the correct time to be there. And they keep delivering at after hours. So far, this is the worst experience I've had
With trying to get my package delivered through Temu because the use this carrier.

They left package at end of driveway near road. Why couldn't it been put on front porch or in open garage? I don't know who is worse Amazon or LaserShip!

Anytime a package is shipped to me via lasership, there is always an issue. My last order that was shipped from bath and body works, I got a notification that delivery had been attempted which was total B.S. Since I was home all day and no one came here. Now, I ordered something from Walmart and the third party seller shipped it lasership. I got notified about 2 hours ago that the package had been delivered at almost 9 o'clock at night. I check around outside, check neighbors houses, nothing is there. I sent emails to lasership which they never even get back to me anyway, so it's pointless.

I placed few orders in the last few months from a certain store. Needless to say, I received some of my packages and then some packages get lost, miraculously they get lost because the address for some reason is not the same but it is same store same address some packages get he has some packages though, no way of getting in touch with customer service. Very sad.

This is the second time my order from fashionova has been stolen only this time I seen everything on video the lasership delivery driver drop my package off took a picture picked it up and got in a gray lasership van driver had on a red shirt be careful dealing with companies that use this service very poor customer service and they don't give out returns

This company is very dishonest. I had a separate shipment. Fedex delivered 6 items. They stole 3. They went as far to fake a signature and male up name alexis. Nobody lives there by that name.I sent an email no response. Anyone company or individual using this company. Beware of this company i will now contact police. They dont have the proper address displayed hialeah is a big county. Believe the reviews

If I could give it a minus ten rating, I would do it. This is the worst company you can imagine. They constantly delay delivery and pretend that they wanted to deliver, but were unable to. Something always bothers them. Because of this, everything you receive through them will never be received on time. It surprises me that large trading platforms turn to them for delivery. No one looks at the ratings except buyers?

The driver pulled up in my driveway and opened her door and actually through my package towards the door and drove off! Myself and my daughter watched her from our front room window so this.! Also to top this experience off my package was ripped opened and one of the things I ordered wasn't in there.! Luckily the company I bought my stuff from refund the missing item...!

Lasership says it delivered my package and it's not there, it's not the first time they delivered a package from children place and my package is not there, as soon as I got the notification it was delivered I went outside to retrieve it and it wasn't there, it happened before, and it was lasership that delivered it. I'm pretty sure the delivery is taking the package, they drop the package at the front door take a picture to show they so called delivered it and come back and take it

I ordered some items from Amazon the other day.
The dude couldn't find my apartment and when i finally found him he starts speaking in spanish saying that he does not speak any English... i think he was Dominican.

I've been pulling my hair out wondering how on earth this company is still doing business! Buyers…if you want your packages then you'd better figure out a way to avoid lazership and its partner at all costs! They've refused to investigate lost packages.the most recent incident I've had was with bath and body works package supposedly delivered yesterday (10/5/23)…I check tracking and mind you I've been home all evening.lazership tracking shows delivered and some kind of chicken scratch for a signature…driver shows package was delivered to me.ME…driver says I signed for it …hmmmm…I'd be happy just to get my package even if I had to crawl down a slope through mud bc they threw it off the truck instead of bringing it to at least the yard(which YES! That's also another incident I've had with this company) but to have the drivers now saying and forging signatures acting like items were delivered is ridiculous! Lazership needs to be investigated by BBB and have their business license pulled or something!

The tracking is incorrect and not updated. Takes forever to arrive and you're left worrying about your package and therefore your money. I really wish companies would be upfront about using laser ship so I could opt not to purchase with them...but it's like a rope-a-dope. They don't want you to know because Laser ship is cheap and the companies using them (and by default us customers) get what they pay for. The companies don't want us to know that they cheaped out on our deliveries. I always wonder when they say "shipping and handling" how much is shipping cost because there is a whole lot of handling going on since my orders arrive by canoe and pack mule (ground ship). I'd never knowingly use laser ship. I usually won't purchase on a site a second time if they used them. I'm currently trying 7 days in waiting on 2 orders and the tracking hasn't been updated in 4 days.

I will not use any companies that use this delivery Service. The shipping info is NEVER clear. And they leave your stuff in the hallway or not at your address. For every 10 packages that comes through laser ship it's guaranteed you won't get at least 5 of them if you live in a large building with multiple apartments. They DO NOT ring your bell to notify you that your stuff is there. This service is Terrible and it needs to go out of business!

Unfortunately, they don't care about the products being delivered. They never place a package near the door. It's left at the end of the sidewalk (in the rain no less) or tonight, was thrown into the front yard and bounced onto the sidewalk. Had I not heard the van pull away, wouldn't have known it was delivered. No wonder they are a cheap delivery option. Wish when you order from companies, you could indicate to not deliver by them.

These photos were published on the website, I went to this house and The owner told me, no package in front of my house, the address is not match with the delivery address. I will report it to the police, 3 packages from 3 different vendors all lost, same carrier maybe same driver. Take care with this carrier company

I don't know, maybe I live in area where it's okay or maybe their business model has changed but I've had a few deliveries from Lasership in the past few months and never had a problem. The updates are consistent and they delivered when they updated to Out for delivery, in fact it was way earlier than expected and pretty quick considering it was from Temu. I live in PA, ordered from Temu on 9/25, delivered 10/2. In the Temu realm that's like Prime delivery. Finding my house isn't that hard but up to this point, Lasership is literally the only one that hasn't delivered to the wrong address or late. Even pizza delivery gets my house wrong but so far I have nothing but good things to say about Lasership.

After ordering from Children's Place for Fall Outfits for my kids. I was left with no package with a delivered status from both packages shipped to me through this company. Layership is a SCAMMING shipping company. My packages still have not been received and they are not showing any progress on what happened to my orders.
