Not sure if under new management because years ago there were some issues, but in the past year or so they've become the fastest, most reliable shippers out there! Both Nespresso and Sephora have been using them for shipments to my house, both come faster than expected, wonderful!
Supposed to have received delivery on a monday Got automated email message that they needed more detailed delivery instructions Sent them every last detail possible to deliver to my apartment and yet they left my package on a sidewalk in front of my builiding! Make sure you know who the company you purchase from uses for delivery If it's this fly by night bozos run the other way!
Can you imagine delivery delay, delivery suspension, delivered package to the wrong address. All these things happened together in just one f**king delivery. And after 10 days since the label was made and countless times talking with customer service, I still didn't get my package, if I could give a negative rating score, I'll definitely do it.
Businesses that use lasership as their method of shipping should be prepared for frequent full customer refunds. I've ordered countless items and when lasership is used by the business my package is left in the rain, thrown on the street, or never delivered. Why does anyone continue to choose lasership!?!?
I live in a condominium on the 5th floor. Luckily I work from home, everytime LaserShip is delivering a package it gets lost or delivered outside my building. They don't call or attempt to actually properly deliver any item, not sure why merchants keep working with this incompetent company. Hottopic and Lunchbox should stop working with LaserShip.
I've noticed an increase in online sellers using LaserShip and since November of last year I've received ONE of the eight shipments meant to arrive. ONE. They all "get lost" at the facility 15 miles from my house. No one ever has any answers and then the seller has to issue a full refund. Smells like either an insurance fraud scam or just straight up theft.
What are LaserShip employees doing with all those "lost" items I wonder?
In two separate occasions they have claimed to deliver my package & it's been a lie. I sit home waiting all day to see the message on my Shop app tell me that we're sorry we missed you. Then I call on different days to be given the run around from different employees. Like damn can y'all get it together!
If you google "same day delivery" "amazon" "Lasership" you will find hundreds of one-star reviews from people who were upset because not only were multiple items not delivered, but also because Lasership claimed that they were. Many are based in NYC - I am another one of those people. This has happened with them before and every time it's a several-day runaround to get a refund. Suffice to say, you should steer clear of these guys.
Lasership will have your package out for delivery all day, then late at night lie and mark it as delivered. This is a constant issue with them. Are they doing this to make their internal logistics look better and keep free packages? They need to be put out of business.

Leggings were ordered from Nordstrom on Dec 8 - and everyday, we get a notice from LaserShip that delivery date has been changed. Never heard of this company until now. Nordstrom deliveries have always been within 2 days. The last transit report was from 12/15. Terrible service. Still waiting for delivery.
The tracking is incorrect and not updated. Takes forever to arrive and you're left worrying about your package and therefore your money. I really wish companies would be upfront about using laser ship so I could opt not to purchase with them...but it's like a rope-a-dope. They don't want you to know because Laser ship is cheap and the companies using them (and by default us customers) get what they pay for. The companies don't want us to know that they cheaped out on our deliveries. I always wonder when they say "shipping and handling" how much is shipping cost because there is a whole lot of handling going on since my orders arrive by canoe and pack mule (ground ship). I'd never knowingly use laser ship. I usually won't purchase on a site a second time if they used them. I'm currently trying 7 days in waiting on 2 orders and the tracking hasn't been updated in 4 days.

Unlike a lot of other users, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Lasership. I frequently get them for my Amazon same-day or one-day packages and I've never missed a package.
In fact, one of their workers used to call me before she delivered my same-days to make sure I was home. We eventually moved to texting which was so convenient. Very nice people.
The other reviews sound like how I feel about the Post Office--Utter trash.
Order never delivered. Note says on hold unsafe to leave package. This is a complete lie. We were home the entire time and no one attempted delivery. We received fedex and UPS that same day without a problem. LaserShip should be investigated and closed down.
Ordered from Sorel. Package not delivered because: "An access code or instructions are needed to complete delivery." Nothing special about my address. Never had a problem b4. Wrote LaserShip 3x asking what they needed - no response. Sorel's AI now says (5 days after 1st attempted delivery) order being shipping to arrive Nov 9 via UPS Ground (13 days after 1st attempted delivery). Maybe LaserShip is out? They should be.
PLEASE! Stay away from using this shipping company... and If your vendor uses it, it's best to cancel your order. What an awful experience. Athey lost my package valued at $170 when I reported it the did a so call "investigation" that lasted a day. They don't give you any updates... this company is a robbery and needs to be put out of business. I'm starting to believe the employees are the ones stealing the merchandise. Consumers be aware!
This company is crap. Customer Service based on Europe, don't see what in reality happens in facilities. Drivers works as Self-Employed subcontractors. They recently not received right payment so they snatch the goods. Facility staff do the same. LaserShip steal every second package from Nike, Adidas, Walmart but packages from Fashion Nova is most wanted. Customer loosing money, time and nerves. Sellers loosing customers and good reputation. Owner this crap shipment company is a thief as his employee.

Claimed a packaged was delivered to our doorstep from Sephora. We were home and I have 2 barking dogs. The package was never delivered. Unfortunately, several of the items I ordered are no longer available. Lasership has not responded to my inquiry, other than sending an auto response. Apparently they pay poorly and don't screen their employees. They have been getting away with this for years. No one holds them accountable. UPDATE: 6/1/20 - my original package was delivered with my replacement package. Amazing that when I complained that it was not delivered to my doorstep on 5/24/20, as stated in their shipping detail, the package appeared the following week. Why make people go through this? On a side note, my daughter was happy to receive the Sephora replacement items (yes, I called and paid for them).
Never order anything from a store that uses this shipping service! Either your item will not be at the location where your email says it was left! That's because they don't actually leave your bag at your house at all! The drivers steal your items and probably never even go to your house. Also if your lucky you might receive an empty bag in your mailbox with no item inside because it's been ripped open and items were stolen! I cannot believe they let these thugs deliver packages. After all these complaints you'd think this company would do something about this problem, instead this shipping service is going to go completely under real quick if this keeps happening to people!
In the future, I will not order anything from Amazon that uses this shipping company. Unreliable delivery, and they don't leave the package, so you end up sitting around all day if you miss their sporadic delivery schedule.

This company is clearly benefitting from insurance by marking items as delivered when they are not. Scam companies like these are well aware of laws and loop holes, but there are some they clearly don't know exist
Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had an experience with. These guys could not delivery a single piece of mail without either losing it or losing their way. What a joke! I will not order certain merchandise from Walmart because some clown there thought they would save a few dollars by using this delivery company. Bet that decision bit them in the big butt!
Still waiting on a package that the delivery driver said he's tried to deliver to my house for several days now! He's a liar as I've been home and there's no reason he can't put the package in the mailbox or drop off at front door! These people are just lazy! A simple Google search of LaserShip reviews will tell you all you need to know about the shipping service. Heck, their BetterBusinessBureau page has a 1/5 rating from more than 500 reviews. How so many retail giants continue to utilize these frauds is astounding to me. I had a package marked as out for delivery one morning. Twelve hours later, it was said to have been delivered to my door. I checked my door within 10 minutes of that update but found nothing. Even better, I have a Ring on my door, so to say that it was delivered is nothing but a lie. Like so many other complaints have stated, either the couriers they use are completely incompetent or, more likely, those couriers are simply thieving packages while marking them as delivered, and they're doing it on LaserShip's dime at that. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid any company that utilizes these idiots at all cost.

If you're awaiting a package being shipped by LaserShip, don't waste your time and go ahead and call the seller to request a refund. Inevitably, when the package is lost or stolen by the courier, that'll be your only recourse anyhow.

What a horrible delivery service. Love ulta but will never buy online again from them unless they dump these losers. Lost my package after over a week of saying it was our for delivery. Then they say they need more info from me, what? I call them since their chat system is garbage (tried 7 times to give them info and disconnected me every time) and shocker, they won't permit you to speak with a live agent. F this company, I spent over an hour with nothing accomplished.
My wife has had 2 packages at laser ship since November. They say packages are late due to weather. We live 40 miles north of Diamond Dale and there hasn't been any bad weather. They say packages were delivered 12-20-2021. Another lie. Get it together people you suck!

I had two packages from Urban Outfitters that were supposed to be delivered by Lasership. The delivery guy flat out lied and said he left my package in the lobby. This was an office building where I work with over 50 suites. The suite number was on the package and we have security in the building. Security is not allowed to accept packages because their company doesn't want to be held responsible. My friend was also supposed to receive an Ulta package in our building and the same thing happened. The delivery guy probably kept the package. Customer service offered no resolution except to contact Urban Outfitters. Urban Outfitters did there part, your trifling driver didn't. What's worse is the boots I ordered where back ordered and won't be restocked. Everything isn't about a credit or money. I am truly disgusted and I will never order from any company who deals with Lasership!
