Not sure if under new management because years ago there were some issues, but in the past year or so they've become the fastest, most reliable shippers out there! Both Nespresso and Sephora have been using them for shipments to my house, both come faster than expected, wonderful!
Supposed to have received delivery on a monday Got automated email message that they needed more detailed delivery instructions Sent them every last detail possible to deliver to my apartment and yet they left my package on a sidewalk in front of my builiding! Make sure you know who the company you purchase from uses for delivery If it's this fly by night bozos run the other way!
Lasership needs to count their days and go out of business already. It's like EVERYTIME a package is sent to me and it says Lasership there's always a problem. Pretty soon the stores I order from are going to get sick and tired of me saying my packages are lost but, it's the truth.
It says delivered and at a random time also 12:30 am…when I checked Lasership site they left it at my front door. Being that they are lazy the delivery guy more than likely left my package in my lobby where someone has taken it already. It's not like I live in a one family home. Lasership people be more thoughtful and do your fckn job, what's so hard about knocking on the actual door or ringing the doorbell.

After not receiving a response from Lasership, I contacted urban outfitters again. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes to get a live person, which was well worth it. The young lady I spoke with was very understanding and she did a loss complaint for me saying that it may cause a different reaction from what I initially got from them(lasership). On Friday, May 15, I received notification urban will be refunding me what I initially paid. I'd give lasership zero stars if possible. Urban also gave me a coupon and an express shipping coupon. So I ended up buying the same things along with some other things and ended up spending double. And no my packages are NOT coming through lasership.
I ordered through Urban Outfitters and saw my package was coming through lasership. I don't get many packages through them but I wasn't too concerned. I came home on Wednesday May 6 when my package was marked as delivered and nothing was at my doorstep! I checked some other homes around me with the same house number and I didn't see a package. I checked my mailbox. No package! I proceeded to contact them through their website on Wednesday night, I get an email today May 10 saying "they completed the investigation". How convenient! I still don't have my package! Then in the email they basically insinuated I actually did receive the package. I would not be going through all of this and taking the time out to write this review if I had properly received my package or had better customer service from them. I contacted Urban Outfitters and they haven't responded yet. Today I sent ANOTHER message through lasership in hopes that they find out where my package actually went. I'm livid.
Companies should STOP using this company. They lack integrity and customer service. They claimed to have delivered a package at my front door that I never received. I have a RING doorbell that tracks movement at my door. The package was never delivered. I disputed their claim as having done so and instead of them investigating my supposed delivery they informed me to reach out to the seller. How ridiculous is that? They should be investigating the delivery person. I lost an anniversary gift because of the them. THEY SUCK! Its obvious that I'm not the only that feels this way!
Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with regarding a delivery. After ordering over a period of 3-4 years, I have never received a package from Banana Republic and other reputable companies. I don't understand why they continue to use this delivery service (lower Cost)?. If you call the company,you get a run- around. Three different people have told me the package on the truck and would come next day. That was five days ago and today I got an e- mail, they can't find the package.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered in one day, but amazon Didn't follow through. I called Lasership and they went above and beyond to call the driver and see what the eta was. I found out it was only 20 minutes away so I held off departure until I received the package, to then continue my trip. A++ customer support. What do you call a bear with no teeth the rep asked me at the end?... a gummy bear. Thank god for positive service reps, they truly make the real difference on the front lines.
The number of packages LaserShip has "lost" is now at 9. I don't know if their employees are stealing the packages or if they legit get lost but this company is the WORST delivery service on the planet. One package said it was delivered after midnight. I have cameras and I can confirm it was 100% not delivered at any time nevermind after midnight. I ordered a hat and it says returned to seller. Why? Nothing wrong with the address! I have told every single business I order from that uses LaserShip to please stop. It's messed up they steal from customers and businesses every day.

Every time I order something and I see LaserShip as the carrier, I'm disappointed. I'd say about 90% of my packages are delayed. Their tracking is also terrible and never accurate. Once again, I'm in a situation where a package I ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. I ordered multiple items from the same store within the last 2 weeks, all using different carriers than LaserShip that have already arrived.
Retailers - please stop using this company!
9 out 10 times they can't seem to deliver a simple package to the correct address! Several times left at the wrong address. This last time was left in a completely different town! Calling does no good. They say they will investigate and get back to you. They never do! Nothing gets done!
This shipping company is by far the worst I know! They had my package for a week and driver won't ring or use the code provided so I could let him in despite claiming to have attempted delivery 3 times. No use of discretion or common sense. Horrible customer services when I rang to follow up. Turns out they ended up mis delivering. I won't recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional, mediocre, appalling services to name a few
They have routed my purchases from Nordstrom to the wrong place, twice. It takes long enough for them to get order to your door as it is( 8+ days!), this caused another 3 day delay. They show up to your home with street clothes, not uniforms and what I am guessing is their own vehicles, not company issued delivery trucks. Very unprofessional operation. How these folks stay in business is beyond me. I'm very surprised that Nordstrom does business with this company, but I guess the free shipping and free returns is eating into their profits too much. I have since called Nordstrom and asked if I could have a different shipper, even if at my own cost, and they haven't sent this company to my door since.
This is without any doubt the worst company I've ever seen in my life. Honestly I think they keep the packages from themselves and said it was delivered. How is this company still operating? Really bad customer service as well. Thieves.
Worse shipping company on the planet, items are delayed by weeks, and say out for delivery for days in a row, or "they need more information to make a delivery" absolute bull crap! Someone needs to get rid of this company.

It is scary how horrible this company is! Just look at the reviews, oh my God! The same story as other people have. Had two orders from different sellers, it's shown "deliver and left at the front door" however I have not received squat, zero, bagel. Customer support is very lazy and seems lethargic, told me we see that you received next to the flowers at the front,. I was laughing because there are NO flowers at my doorstep. Horrible carrier, I wish they'd go broke and bankrupt. It's a scam company wasting people times and money. Yuck
I gave it one star because that is the only way my review will be recorded. Anthropologie may be saving tons of money by using this company, but they are losing one customer because of it. I have an email stating that my package had been delivered. IMMEDIATELY I checked the front and side porches, no package. I checked the other houses on my street right away - no package. Anth. Says I have to WAIT 48 hours before reporting no delivery. LS does not publish any phone # for the Atlanta hubs. Incompetence, if not fraud is going on here.
It's pretty sad that the workers are most likely stealing the products that people have ordered. I also ordered from Zara, (had no idea that they use this courier to ship their items). My package states it was delivered and left at front door but I never received anything. I tried reaching out to customer service but was kept on hold for over 45 minutes, so I hung up and decided to send a message, and still have no response from them. I just reached out to Zara to let them know the situation, now they are investigating. Worse shipping company ever!
After several weeks of being undeliverable, they lost my package worth over $300. Tried customer service and many times and they were completely not helpful. My take package they returned to seller, Gap, got no reason. Seller dug not even request the return Abdul horrible. I had a ups package in the same order and was easily delivered early to my house. Never use ontrac and lasership if you can help it!
Had another package mysteriously disappear when being delivered by LaserShip. I'm now convinced they are being stolen by workers - it just happens too much and with different shippers. They need to be investigated for theft. I've had it and refuse to use any sellers where I know they use LaserShip. Companies using LaserShip beware. Consumers will take their business elsewhere if there is no confidence that what we bought will ever be received.
I ordered a large amount of product from Bath and Body Works. Laser Ship received the package at their facility 20 miles from my house, it was to be delivered that day. Instead, the next tracking update says the dreaded "we're sorry, your package delivery has been delayed." Uh huh. That was a week ago and it's long gone.
All that product has probably already been sold on FB Marketplace.
This company is a scam. It is my belief that they steal your packages only to resell them. Every single package I have gotten has been "lost" in transit however instead of contacting me they mark the packages as delivered. It is impossible to contact anyone and when you finally get through they hang up on you!
Daughter purchased a pair of shoes through Hey Dude who used LaserShip to transport the package. Received email stating package was delivered. It was not! Two week and nothing but canned emails saying they are working on the problem. Terrible

Unfortunately for now, Amazon uses Lasership for same-day and one-day deliveries. I placed number of complaints against this company. 99% of the time, Lasership either falsely claims that package was delivered or attempts to deliver were made. I have CCTV tapes to prove that never happened. Lasership doesn't timely response and provide any assistance. Horrible "delivery service."
Had to have Amazon refund my money because the items I bought but never received were marked as "Delivered" by this horrible company. Same thing happened to one of my neighbors. Whenever I see that an item shipped by Lasership, I know it's either going to arrive several days after they've marked it as delivered, or never going to arrive at all. Are they incompetent or thieves? It baffles me that they're still in business. Amazon needs to cut ties with them immediately.
Okay, so I've only had two sellers send me packages using this company, but both times the packages were delivered to the wrong apartment building. If it happened once, that would be a mistake, but the second time my package was sent to the same wrong building even though they have my correct address, and that's just incompetence, laziness, or both. I'm giving two stars because the customer service people I spoke to both times were kind and tried to help me track down the building where my packages are, but in the end I needed to get a refund from Amazon. The other reviews for this company are horrible, and I don't know why companies are using them to ship items.
Never got my package even though they said it was delivered with online tracking. Emailed them twice and also called them. They never responded. Looking at all the other reviews, I think they are stealing our packages. It's impossible to have so many reviews of not getting our item.
I had a package delivered today and the $#*! driver instead of walking it to my door like you would think a good driver would do, decided to throw my package. Thank goodness nothing was broken since it's an gift. Terrible service! Hopefully never have them or him again!
