Not sure if under new management because years ago there were some issues, but in the past year or so they've become the fastest, most reliable shippers out there! Both Nespresso and Sephora have been using them for shipments to my house, both come faster than expected, wonderful!
Supposed to have received delivery on a monday Got automated email message that they needed more detailed delivery instructions Sent them every last detail possible to deliver to my apartment and yet they left my package on a sidewalk in front of my builiding! Make sure you know who the company you purchase from uses for delivery If it's this fly by night bozos run the other way!
I had a package delivered today and the $#*! driver instead of walking it to my door like you would think a good driver would do, decided to throw my package. Thank goodness nothing was broken since it's an gift. Terrible service! Hopefully never have them or him again!
A very unreliable shipment company. I spoke with several "customer service representatives" (I say this loosely) who ensured me that my package would be delivered that same day only to find out many days later (after much persistence on my part) that the package was somehow damaged and to be returned back to sender (which it never was, likely someone within the organization kept the package). Horrible experience - I wish companies would not outsource to them to deliver their packages.

For some reason Amazon continues to use this sad excuse for a delivery service. There were 2 instances when they marked a package as delivered that I never received. In other cases finding your package can be an adventure. I live in an apartment building with an unsupervised lobby and a management office. They rarely bother to ring the bell and when they actually "deliver" a package they generally don't tell you where they jettisoned it.
The bottom line is that they just don't care and many of their staff don't even seem to have the self respect to try to do their job right. My advice is to cancel your order if you are in NYC and see that Amazon has used them to ship.
Received notification of delivery, but with cameras throughout my property, there was no type of delivery attempt anywhere near the time frame noted. Of course, there is no way to get a hold of anyone "live" at Lasership and their email system is flawed with auto generated responses and absolutely no comfort in their "investigation" of the situation. Similar feedback to so many, i honestly believe my package was lost to dishonest employees who are aware of what certain packages may contain. Mine happen to be sneakers that are only won during a launch so is rare and would be a gold mine when in their possession.
2 large jars received with jarred loose tops. Another package had a broken glass jar. Its liquid was all over the inside of the package. Our last package arrived with a huge dent in the bottom corner. A forklift rammed the box with such force that it broke open a can of tuna protected by a cardboard wrapper. Numerous deliveries were left in the building lobby where anyone could have taken them. This company is the worst.
If you order from a seller that uses Lasership you will have nothing but problems. Horrible. I thought my seller was sending USPS per their website but instead I find it was Lasership. The status system is all messed up, the package never arrived and when I finally got hold of a customer service rep on the phone (don't bother using their email customer service) they said 'the package is lost, contact your seller'! What?! That's a terrible response. Never again, I'm surprised this carrier isn't out of business.
Lasership is worse than the US Post Office. Packages are delayed and Lasership takes no responsibility. The package they want to deliver 3 days late are meals for my elderly Dad. Lasership does not give a damn. Their customer service is so bad that when I try calling I get even more angry at their lack of concern for their customers. Lasership sucks.
I am only giving them 1 star because you cant give 0. LaserShip is without a doubt the worst courier around. I live in a suburban neighborhood where all the houses are very cleared numbered and LaserShip still cannot seem to deliver to the right house. 3 orders placed, 0 orders delivered. I will never buy another product from a company that uses LaserShip as their courier. Furthermore, on the tracking status it said it was processed at their distribution center at 12:30pm and delivered to my house at 12:33 pm.
I have a $400 package and keep an eye on the tracking daily to make sure my package is delivered safely and on time. On the 06/09/23, it's in transit while it's supposed to be delivered. I spent the whole day to contact the rep, one of them said it would not be delivered in the next 2 days. I kept patiently wait until today 06/14/23, the status magically appeared as delivered at front door on 06/09/23 while in fact, I haven't received my package at all. This is totally a scam. Not reliable at all. So disappointed

Facility workers and delivery drivers like to steal packages. The first time they "lost the package" the second time they went as far as to mark it delivered and forged my signature. I never received my package, when I called they stated they "delivered it to the wrong address"... ok so how did the person signing know my name? Just a bunch of bs. I want the delivery driver tracked down and fired! I will not stop until someone gets fired! And Lasership should be ashamed of themselves for knowing what kind of employees they have and not do anything about it. In my town there were many complaints of xmas packages being opened by Lasership drivers and thrown on the side of the road. These employees need to be very careful they don't end up screwing with the wrong people.
I have ordered things from old navy and anthropologie. BOTH packages never were delivered. There was absolutely no reason for them to have any difficulty delivering these packages. In addition, Im pretty sure the customer service line is a fake number because NO ONE ever answers. I have called about 10 different times and been on hold for hours an no one ever picks up. I dont know why any company is using this shipping company. I will never order online from the above companies because they use this shipping company. It's awful!
There are so many negative reviews and they are all legit. My package never arrived. I had to contact Zara for a refund and call customer service to make sure I would get an actual delivery business. They kept asking for additional informational. I literally drew a map. Color of door. (Keep in mind that I order EVERYTHING online) and they just kept saying they needed additional information. No one picks up the phone. Wort company and non existent customer service.
I have no words describe how much I hate this delivery company. They either lose packages or make the delivery process a pain in the neck. Feels like they hire careless/stupid/rude people on purpose. Why are they still on the market? Why good retailers work with them?
It can't get any worse than having a packaged delivery handed off to laser ship. It's been a nightmare for the past 10 days trying to get my order delivered from these clowns. A different story is told every time I called... your package will be there tomorrow. No package. Oh, your package is in our warehouse not sure why it's not moving. Next, your package is with a driver. Don't know where or why it's not being delivered. Yeah, I know why - because this company STEALS our merchandise. Call and complain to the management at your retailer folks, it's the only way to to bury laser ship.
I had a package pick up by seller 9 days later, could not get an estimated delivery date when I called customer service at Laser ship said severe weather conditions causing a delay where the packages was picked up and where it was being delivered t no severe conditions reported! Complete BS
Horrible! That about sums it up... Customer service was even worse... I ordered from Ulta and the LaserShip delivery person took a picture of my package on my front steps. I had a contractor working at my house and no one else was around, Package vanished. I questioned Lasership and they said they delivered it. I asked if they could question the driver and the women on the phone said that he won't remember your delivery. She didn't even ask for my telephone number to follow up. Thank you Ulta for crediting me for my purchase this time. Please look into who the delivery company is before ordering on line. If its LaserShip think twice... Check out all their reviews and you will agree...
I can't understand why so many negative reviews. I placed an order from fanatics, I was able to track my package and everything went smoothly. They delivered on the date they said they would. Come on people it doesn't get any better than that.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Drivers can't seem to get int their heads that your GPS is not 100% accurate and that you need to look at street signs too. Repeatedly deliver to wrong house. Call customer service and state this. Driver will be out that day to deliver to correct house... WRONG. I get a call mid day the NEXT day from some air head in customer service stating driver will be there to deliver package. Um well since my neighbor brought it over already, that's just not possible. What an absolute waste of time talking to this girl... dumb as a box of rocks. I can't understand why this service even still exists (if you can call it a service). Plus the drivers show up in unmarked vehicles that look like they have been in a demolition derby. Yeah, and I'm wondering why I can't get my packages. It's not hard to look at a street sign and a house number!
You cannot trust that your Amazon order will be delivered by this company. On several occasions, my order was updated as "Delivered" while items were nowhere to be found. I contacted LaserShip and was asked to reach out to the vendor for refund. Really?!
I ordered a product that shipped on 12/2. It delivered to my local facility on 12/7. It's now 12/16 and it's STILL at that facility. On 12/14 notes were finally added it's loaded but apparently not for delivery as it's still sitting there. And of course calling them is pointless since their recording states their reps only have the info we see. I mean WHAT?! How is that possible? Isn't the point of customer service to know more and have access to the right people/departments to get answers for the customers outside the limited insight we have access to? No company should use them as their carrier!

Had to drop my FabFitFun subscription because they use this delivery service and their curriers always left my packages on top of mailboxes,next to the street where anybody could grab it,which they always did. It's amazing how with so many great delivery companies,this incompetent one is still on.

Lasership marked a package as delivered. They are lying. My son was home the entire day and even if they just left it on the front porch as they claim we have a dog that lets us know when anyone even steps in the yard. NO ONE delivered anything. Google reviews for Lasership, Amazon has hundreds of complaints about this company that mirror my experience.
Consistently bad service. Delayed deliveries for no apparent reason. Can't find address (even though it is a business!). They will leave packages at business address, despite the business being closed, in plain site of the public. Open invitation for theft! Avoid this company if you have a choice!
There was no package at front doors, both homes have video and no one appeared on the camera the entire day! This company is a loser, Chewy used them and let them go years ago! If you want your retailer to charge you and don't really want your order please ask them to ship via LaserShip.
I have had to dispute my charges as no one at LS will speak to me and no one at the retailer will return my emails or text messages.

Ordered something from a retailer. They chose Lasership to deliver. Lasership claims to have delivered my package--to "Jimmy" at desk. I live in a singe-family home. No apartment buildings on my street. How do you get it so wrong?
