It's been days past delivery where is my stuff? I need to know. I have my tracking but when I put it in your site it's nowhere to be found

9 out of 10 packages do not make it to your door HORRIBLE COMPANY suck stink no good garbage incompetent

I came to see the reviews and it was no surprise it was just as how I expected, and yes for some of you that are sure the packages are being stolen by the same delivery or distributers IT'S A FACT! I wish these stores will stop using this company I paid for express shipping and 2 weeks have passed and noone has been able to resolve anything, and to make things worst you can't even speak to a live agent probable because they are also steaing packages. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET SUED FOR THEIR RECKLESNESS! ZEROOOOOOOO STARS

1 Star because there is no lower option! Lazership/Ontrac has lost 2 packages containing over $300 in merchandise and despite having sent over 10 emails and messages on the site to contact me they have not even attempted. They have been delivering at least 8 to 10 packages to me from the same company every month so they are familiar with my address and habits. On 9/7/23 the tracking info said they had picked up my packages and was on the way to my local hub for delivery, the next day that was changed to no tracking info for 4 days, now it's no tracking info for 6 days. They have delivered 2 other packages but still will not acknowledge there's still 2 missing packages that I paid for and I want. The company I ordered from has already paid me a late fee for not being delivered on time and has agreed to fully refund me if no delivery by 9/12/23. It's definitely an issue with Lazership/ Ontrac. I have informed the company I order from that after and if I get the 3 different orders that I still have coming I will not be ordering from them again unless they can provide a different shipping company and I have no faith in Lazership/Ontrac to deliver or contact customers to fix lost deliveries. I hate to end my relationship with the company I order from but I will not do any business with a company that will not even give me the respect of a return message when they have failed to perform their job. I recommend regardless of saving a dollar if you need to ship something use Fed Ex, UPS, USPS but save the headache and aggravation and do not use Lazership/Ontrac.

Received a text stating package was delivered in person lies when I looked it was not at my door nor around the building. When upon calling only automative. Pretty sickening this place should be shut down

This place sucks stop using them I have had the worst experience none of my orders have shown up. I can't believe Nordstrom's would use this company.

This company is a Joke needs to be shut down last night my package was stolen by a driver that pretended to deliver it to the wrong address the lady has a picture of the driver taken my package

There the most stupidest carrier i ever seen was supposed ro get package within 3 days 4 days later still not received said was pending i got ahold of Walmart where the package was from they said give it a day if not gotten it by then contact us that was today i contacted them well they said it was lost in transit this was a anniversary bday gift. So id say it was stolen by the driver but atleast Walmart gonna refund me my money Walmart needs to ditch this company read other views n there just trash n dishonest

First, any company that uses the, will NEVER have my business. Both Summit Racing and Babylist tried to send,y orders through them. Every time, the tracking info says 'waiting for supplier' or just states 'exception - we are looking for your order'. Laser ship always says the order delivery date is the one originally promised... even 10 days after the fact. Summit had to overnight large heavy items that Lasership lost. I pulled all my business until they set my account t to UPS only. I didn't know Babylist used these fools too... or I would have never purchased from them. Avoid at all costs

This is my fourth delivery with LaserShip and I have to say this is the WORST delivery company I have ever experienced. I have watched delivery men pretend to attempt to deliver my packages and walk away from the main door. My most recent package was scattered all over my hallway instead of being placed at my door. I don't know why companies even work with them. -5 stars if I could

I've been trying to get my package for 3 days now. Tracking says it's out for delivery. Hours later they'll say they tried to deliver and will try again. They don't contact you like you asked. If I had a time frame to be home to receive it would be great. Just leave the package outside sheesh. Customer service is trash. LaserShip and OnTrac are trash. You don't know whose delivering your stuff. I live in an apt complex and see cars in and out all day. Do better with your communication. I'm going to pay extra to get it delivered by someone else. I'm done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a bunch of stuff from Fashion nova and the package never arrived! Carrier service delivered to the INCORRECT address. Never provided a photo of where the package was left. The sad part is they do not have a live person to speak with everything is automated. I spent over a week trying to get in contact with the company to locate my package to point where they told me to reach out to the seller. This company did not fulfill its duty and delivered the package. HORRIBLE COMPANY WOULD NEVER RECCOMMED!

My package was marked delivered on Labor Day at 9:00pm with a signature that is NOT mine. The delivery details also stated that package was given to me in person. I have a ring camera on my door, no one came to my door with my package. I called Lasership and all I got was a recording. This is very aggravating to know that your packages are not safe getting to you. I will definitely not be ordering anything coming from this delivery company.

This has got to be the worst company ever. I don't understand why Amazon keeps using them. When Amazon uses their own people I never have a problem but whenever it's lasership never arrives. They say they delivered the item but I'm pretty sure they are stealing. As soon as I get notified the package has been delivered I go check and nothing there. Terrible company.

THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE TWICE. Lululemon was great/— thank god. They told me it was on the seller. I literally have video of the driver pulling and am leaving. Today, they just never even showed up and marked it delivered. NEVER USE THEM EVER! EVER!

I was home when an order was to be delivered to me. Lasership didn't even knock at the door. They walked up and looked at it and walked away. There are several people that live in my building and we all were home. Now they are refusing to answer correspondence and deliver the order, despite numerous requests. There is no phone number that matches so that you are able to speak to a live person. Nothing.

My package that LaserShip suppose to have delivered was never received! They had a suppose to be pic far away so I don't even know if that was even my package also the time of delivery was 12:31pm yet I have no activity on my ring camera from 11:46am to 1:08pm & someone was home so the thought of ringing the bell never crossed their mind because they never delivered that package. Now I'm going back & forth with the merchant I purchased my items from as if I did something wrong when this 3rd party delivery service is terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

On August 29,2023 I clearly viewed my camera and the delivery female tossed my package like a horseshoe on my porch. Not one time was I notified via text, nor did she knock or attempt to place it between my front door and screen to hid it from view. She took a picture showing it was delivered WITHOUT CARE and I can clearly see a male juvenile grab my package that I waited entirely too long to receive, for it to be stolen because SOMEONE THAT WORKS FOR LASER SHIP did not notify me via text that my clothes were delivered. I didn't ask for an email, I said a text!
