We're sorry to hear about your concern, Dane. Pwede po bang nalaman kung bakit refund ang nangyari sa order nyo? Meron po kasing 3 ways kung bakit nangyayari ito. Kung ang order ay naging invalid onset pa lang ng pag-order, kung naging out of stock ang item habang pina-process namin ito at kung na-cancel due to failed delivery. For invalid transactions, walang amount ng bayad ang napupunta sa Lazada account. For cancelled dus to OOS naman po, naka-cancel ito once malaman namin na out of stock na ang item (though nag-aout source kami sa ibang merchant), so kesa naman po mag-intay kayo ng availability ng item, we're cancelling it na lang, give you a refund and a compensation for the inconvenience. And for cancelled due to failed delivery naman po, meron lang po kasing 3 attempts ang ating courier to deliver your order. Once hindi po maging successful ang attempts, ma-RTS po ito and automatic na maka-cancel.
