Online ordering was pretty easy. The support staff are responsive. Very hard to track orders and the order took much longer than anticipated. Biggest pet peeve is that they kept my lovely Kate Spade case and replaced it with a very ugly (and huge) Lensabl case.
After weeks of searching on-line for just the right prescription, polarized sunglasses, I ordered them from your company. I was thrilled when they finally arrived yesterday- until I put on my new sunglasses. The distortion of my vision is hard to describe and they are not usable. Also, two loose lens fell out of the case along with the glasses. What on earth I should do with them, I do not know. They are marked as polarized lens which makes me think the lens in my glasses are not polarized.
I emailed your company immediately insisting on instruction on how to return this product and I expect a full refund. I will never do any business with your company again. I am sick to know I spent $266 on a product I need but cannot use.
0 stars! Placed an order, sent in the frames. Sent a message to customer service inquiring about the difference between the coating I purchased and other ones available. After which decided to just went ahead with the original order. 10 days of waiting, no updates so I decided to ask for the status of my lenses. When customer service answered back, they said that it was put on hold because of my previous correspondence to "change" my order. Complete nonesense. If I didnt even contacted to get an update, no one would even let me know that my order was placed on hold even though I didnt give any specific instructions to change anything for it to be placed on hold. The is just completely unacceptable. Total waste of time for the glasses to come in.
This is my second time using Lensabl. Once again they are quick, courteous with updates and their final product is always perfect! I appreciate you guys so much, not just because of the value, but for the fact that I can keep frames that fit me perfectly for as long as they hold up. It literally takes me hours to find frames, so Lensabl... you are a blessong!
Easy to ship frames for re-lensing. The lenses themselves are really good. They seem clearer and with a better field of vision than glasses I recently ordered from another retailer. I will order from them again.

I sent two glasses to Lensabl to have lenses replaced. The only delay was a result of emails from Lensabl being filtered into my spam mailbox causing a delay in my response time to them. There was a little hiccup with one of the pairs of glasses but the team was really communicative with me and kept me aware of what was happening and fully resolved the issues. I had my glasses back quickly and they are working really well. One small note is that I didn't notice the language about sending them in the case. The cases I sent my glasses in were replaced with new Lensabl ones (that are nicer than the ones I sent the glasses in), but I wish I had known those would not come back to me when I sent them in.
I still have not received my order. Any queries I send are answered in days not hours. I wanted my glasses for a vacation that I've already took. I ordered them in early March.

I was a bit concerned when ordering prescription lens for my Bose Rondo sunglasses, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about. The service all along was fantastic and personal, and when the sunglasses arrived with the new lens I was over-the-top satisfied! The lenses were perfect! -- as clear as my normal prescription glasses. I put them on and immediately went for a hike in our local Colorado mountains. This is a trail I hike nearly every day, but on this day the view was breathtakingly invigorating. All thanks to my new lens from Lensal!

I am a nurse battling a pandemic with many other first responders. When I wear my glasses, they are easily knocked askew with the PPE I must wear for protection. I purchased a pair of goggles to wear for protection but they don't fit over the glasses and would not fit inside the PPE even if they did. I decided to have my prescription lenses placed in the goggles. Thank you Lensabl! They fit perfectly, protect my eyes from droplet contaminants and fit inside the CAPR helmet that I must wear to take care of isolated patients. Kudos! And thank you!
I received my new lenses and they were not what I ordered. I asked for progressive lenses and instead I received lenses with in-line bifocals. I cannot even see out of them. It took your company over a month to get my lenses. This is not want I ordered and I am asking for a full refund. This is my first experience with your company and maybe my last. If I am not given a full refund on my money, then I will do pursue other options.
I ordered Bose Frames on March 28. Only wanted +2.25 reading glass lenses. After nearly a month, the wrong model Frames arrives. This the gang that can't shoot straight. All their excuses are about "quality," something that does not exist with these people.

I thought I would give a try and order new lens in my existing frames that I had, which I loved! One was the gradient sunglasses, they seem fine! My other glasses are my daily wear ones, I don't know what happened to the frames, but they are totally different, they don't sit on my face like they did, and the lens seem a tad off! I was very happy with the ability to print off a shipping label & mail in, and when they arrived I knew they were there & that is helpful. But, I got a notice that some quality check had not been met & had to redo them, with a notice that in three days possibly would be done, well the three days turned into a lot longer & had no idea what was going on, I had to contact customer service, did get a reply, but a better notification system would be nice! Glasses came back boxed nicely, I don't know if I will be able to use my one pair of glasses!
My first experience with lensabl two years ago was excellent. Fast service and great support. This time around I had the opposite experience. Very slow customer service and very slow production of lenses. Not sure if I can continue to recommend lensabl. I may need to try a new provider in the future

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
