This was the best. The prescription reader was a little tricky to get through it, but after trying multiple times, finally got it done. My glasses arrived yesterday and they are perfect! Couldn't be happier.

I've previously used Lensabl before for 2 pairs of reading glasses with excellent results for two pairs of glasses. My current experience was terrible. I requested (#*******) workspace lenses with mid-range and reading capabilities. I asked several times if Lensabl could do this as was told that that I would need to order bifocal lenses. I supplied my prescription used to make another pair of workspace lenses from a reputable brick and mortar store. I requested a text or call if there were any questions or concerns. There were multiple and numerous delays in the process attributed to quality control issues. When I finally received my glasses they were not workspace lenses, they were distance and reading lenses. I complained but only received defensive responses without a satisfactory resolution. My only recourse now appears to be using social media to detail my story so others don't have the same experience.
I order Bose sunglasses with prescription lenses. The left lens was popped out of the frame upon arrival and when comparing the lens to the original non-prescription lens, you could tell that the prescription lens was cut incorrectly.
The new lenses I ordered gave new life to my glasses. They are wonderful! Vision is perfect with them on. Quick turn around too.

Just got my glasses, something has to be wrong. Lense's are like coke bottles bottoms. I just needed something to help me read. I do use reader's which are fine but went to eye doctor and got a prescription for glass, he said needed a little help. The new glasses are fine for two feet but other than that way to foggy.
This is the first time that I have used their company and I must that I was pleased with the service. Although uploading my pics and making they received it became difficult, not sure why but it was. Other than that, the glasses fit well and the frames were just right. Tried on the glasses and I could see clearly and the transition lenses worked well.
This is my 4th order with lensabl - all have been great. I just wish the process was a bit faster.

Where to begin...
I was SO excited to get prescription sunglasses as I've never had a pair and infrequently wear my glasses... I really needed these.
I ordered these at the beginning of March in hopes to receive them before a vacation next week in April. The sunglasses arrived yesterday after contacting Lensabl multiple times and my glasses having failed final inspected 2-3 times... Can't recall at this point. If something is failing so many times when that is the ultimate basis of your business... it's probably not a great product to begin with!
After opening my product up, I had paid for Anti-Fog to begin with. I'm unclear of what I paid for as the box contained two small boxes of Anti-Fog solution? I'm unsure on how to use or whether or not my glasses actually have Anti-Fog installed. WEIRD! Next... I paid extra for an exact match... to quote on my receipt, "Lens Color: Match current color Solid" and "Lens Type: Sun Tinted Match Color" and that is NOT the case. I could tell immediately that they looked a bit more see through and the color looked off... My original lenses had a blue hue and the glasses you all sent me had a reddish hue. NOT THE COLOR.
I'm happy I can see out of them but dissatisfied with the turnaround time, issues, and faulty end product. So unfortunate because your company has so much potential.
It was a relatively simple process, however, the website and support could be more responsive. Email support lagged longer than 24 hours in reply times, and frankly I think Lensabl would be better served with a live chat support. My issue would have been cleared up faster with a chat, and assuredly I and the support employee would have also wasted less time.
That said, my Rx is pretty strong, and so my lens needed to be re-worked in the lab. An ordinary person might be annoyed by such a thing, but I understand it as quality control and actually quite contrarily appreciate it.
In March of 2021 I mailed brand new, never-worn frames to Lensabl for prescription lens installation. These frames were returned in April with a deep, 1.5-inch long gouge in the acetate on the left temple (image attached).
The damage occurred either during the prescription lens installation process or return shipping (frames were returned in a standard lens case in an oversized box with zero padding, meaning the frames pinballed inside the shipping box cross country (images can be provided)). Either way, I have reached out to Lensabl with the expectation of them replacing the damaged frames. As of this writing, Lensable has not responded to my call or emails.
I am so excited to have my new Lensabl lenses in my Stoggles. I put them on for the first time last night and I don't even notice the lenses!
Whole experience was amazing! The transition from Stoggles to Lensabl was really easy. At any point where I was confused about certain things, they were easily answered on the site itself. Plus, the whole thing was QUICK. I got the lenses during COVID, so I was fine with them taking longer. The stuff that came with my glasses when I got them back were really good. I had a bigger pair that didn't fold flat so the box it came in was perfect. Plus the free glasses cleaning kit is perfect for all the pairs I have. Communication was dope too. I didn't need any extra help but any time a movement was made, they were good on updating (sending me the box, when they received, when work was started, etc.). Will visit again!
The prescription is accurate and the frames I sent in were well taken care of. The free colapsible case and free cleaning kit were a nice surprise. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Customer service was responsive and helped out with questions. I received my frames and forwarded them to Lensabl. There were no e-mail updates as to receipt of my product or the process. I actually had to log in myself to see the process. Would appreciate an e-mail acknowledging that frames were received. Wearing the frames and lenses now. No issues with product whatsoever. But the wait time from sending the frames to their return is considerable.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
