I worked with Lensabl to buy a prescription for a Bose Soprano frame. I wanted it to be a surprise for our wedding anniversary. They provided me a quality prescription at a competitive price. My wife loves her glasses and uses them for her home office. She has excellent optical qualities and the great Bose sound for calls and listening to music. What a great company!

I sent 3 frames to have the lenses replaced. It took 2 months to get 2 of my glasses back. 1 took an additional month. 2 were regular lenses while 1 was progressive. The progressives were not correct. I had to send those back and that took another month. The experience started in November and I finally received my 'redo' progressives back. This has been a 4 month ordeal. O wouldn't normally be so critical but I never received any follows for any delays or any issues. I had to constantly ask. There are no notes for me to see when I would check on status online. The final product was good but the overall experience was just tedious. I don't plan on using Lensabl again.
I was very happy to find Lensabl since I had some sunglasses frames that I really loved but the prescription was not right. I was able to send them off and have new lenses put in, and they are now just right and I can continue to love my sunglasses.
I waited over 5 weeks for Lenses that were advertised to take 4-7 days. When additional information was needed, I found out by chance when I checked the status of my order. No email request at all. My order status on at least 3 occasions said it was in final review and my order would be mailed out in 2-3 days. Then my status would change to say my lenses failed the quality test. 3 times though? Frankly, I don't believe my lenses were ever done on schedule and the status was bogus to buy extra time. 5-6 weeks later, I get the lenses, although my status says ‘in the lab', and... you guessed it... they still are not right. I can see better without them, which means the lenses are not made with the correct progressive. I will be sending them back, but I'm sure it will takes weeks before I get them back. So for now, I have to give you 1 star and that's only because the Transition works perfectly.

I ordered a new set of lenses for large Razer Anzu glasses frames. I noted on the order it was for large Razer Anzu frames. I contacted customer service shortly after placing the order to confirm I was getting LARGE Razer Anzu lenses. Customer service noted on the order LARGE Razer Anzu lenses. Today I received SMALL Razer Anzu lenses. I placed my order on March 31st, today is April 16th. I waited 17 days to get the wrong lenses. I contacted customer service somewhere around the 10 day mark because I had read somewhere Lensabl had a 3 day turnaround. I was assured my lenses would ship within 2 days. They shipped 5 days later. I got my lenses on a Friday and reached out to customer service, which I'm sure I will not hear from for another 2 days. I am so incredibly disappointed and let down.
I was so disappointed when Zenni discontinued my favorite frames! I didn't want to settle for some frames I "kinda" liked. Lensabl helped me keep my favorite frames and update the prescription! They feel great, are super clean now, and they even gave me a cool case and changed the nose pads! I'll be looking into Lensabl+ next time.
I am satisfied with the service--sending in my frames was easy and receiving them was quick. A place to improve would be sending out an email when you receive lenses. I was a bit in the dark as to whether my package arrived.
I'm a bit disappointed in the product itself, however. There is a ~1mm gap between the lenses and the frames. I'm a bit surprised the lenses can stay in the frame, honestly.
I was excited to get lenses put in my Gucci glasses. I mailed them in with the case. After several weeks I inquired as to how much longer it would take to receive them back only to hear that they lost my glasses. They were eventually able to find my glasses and put the lenses in. I just received them in the mail without my Gucci case! This is just really unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

I sent in my Bose sunglasses to replace the factory lenses with prescription lenses. After a few weeks of waiting, I received an email that said the lenses had not passed their quality inspection and would have to be redone. This happened THREE times. After over 6 weeks we received the glasses. They are unusable. It's like looking through 3D lenses without a 3D screen. Plus, there's a scratch on the lens. They have ruined a $250 pair of glasses and now I have to continue to deal with this issue. I will be contacting Bose to suggest they be removed as an authorized retailer for prescription lenses. I do not recommend.
Although it took a bit of time to ship, I was alerted every step of the way. I have a new "go to" site when I want to get new lenses put in!

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
