The whole process from start to finish was quick, convenient, and easy! I sent in my ray ban frames with outdated Rx and I hated not being able to see through my favorite frames. Lensabl did a great job and I will be using their services again.
I took one of my favorite pairs of COSTA sunglasses (Rincon) and shipped them to lensabl. And they didn't ship them back right away, at first, because they apparently "Failed the quality inspection". Seems they expedited a new set of lenses and they shipped them out Pronto! The fit is exceptional and the clarity is great.
My experience with the glasses themselves was good... but they kept my custom glasses case and sent back a huge, unwieldy case branded with their name. I am so disappointed and want my own case back! How are people supposed to be able to safely send frames for lens replacement if not by including their protective case? The company needs to be up front about this... very disappointed.

After a month of sending my frames in, I got my lenses and they don't fit my frames. You can see spacing on both the outside where the lenses are and the frame. I reached out to support and expect them to replace and make this right, but how did the lenses pass their supposed quality check!?!? Please do yourself a favor and take it to your local store.
So impressed! Customer service was great, the product is great and the price was great! I purchased sunglass frames without the frames and turned them into my normal classes with the help of Lensabl. I loved these frames and didn't want to get rid of them, in comes Lensabl! They made it all happen from the comfort of my couch! The entire process, start to finish, was so easy! I had an old pair of glasses that I wanted to get some use out of, and lensabl quickly and efficiently swapped out my old lenses for blue light blockers. Highly recommend!
Easy to ship my Stoggles for corrective lenses, fast turn around time and fast return shipping! Came in a beautiful case with the original lenses and the corrective lenses. Perfect prescription, just like wearing my regular glasses.
This was almost a two month process-- so super inconvenient and frustrating. My first attempt produced a pair of lenses that made me dizzy and gave me brutal headaches. I requested a refund because I really needed new glasses ASAP. Lensabl refused my reasonable request and insisted that I send them the lenses and frames so they could make any necessary corrections. That added another three weeks to the process with no ability to track the replacement lenses and nobeay if knowing how long it would take. In the meantime, desperately needing glasses, I had to purchase frames and lenses from a local optical center as a rush order. Another $400. Lensabl order arrived a few days ago, and the second replacement set of lenses are excellent, but it was nearly 2 months in the making and an additional $400 I didn't really want to spend.
Turn around time was fast. The lenses are nice and clear, fog-free, and the prescription is perfect. I previously ordered from a rival company and couldn't see out of the lenses they sent me. I am very happy with my purchase.
I've used Lensabl before and had been very satisfied with their work. But this rating would've been 5 stars if they returned my original lenses along with the new sets I purchased. Other than that, great quality and craftsmanship.
My glasses took much longer than expected - a month since they received my frames. Apparently, the lenses didn't pass a quality check and had to be remade. Although I'm glad I wasn't sent a defective product, I wasn't given a courtesy heads up email that my glasses had been delayed and my order status on their website was not frequently updated with a date I could expect to receive my glasses.
I reached out to customer service to get a better sense of the delivery date and suggested that they might want to give customers a heads up in these situations. In the response, they didn't acknowledge my suggestion nor did they offer anything close to "we're sorry for the inconvenience." It's a small thing but I would have appreciated it. It leads me to think that this must happen a lot or that a month is an acceptable time frame.
In short, I recommend supporting and building a relationship with your local optometrists. Now that things are opening up that's what I intend to do.
It's worth the extra time for new eyeglass lenses that are perfectly made. My new "shades" have lenses so well crafted from Lensabl that one can't see light between the lens and eyeglass frame. What's more, I got my new lenses for $40.00 less than a local boutique that has not yet been able to make lenses with that level of fitment precision. So... if you have an extra $450.00 or so designer eyeglass frame, consider back-up glasses from these folks. Thanks much.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
