I was very nervous about having my glasses done in this manner. I received them just one day ago & I couldn't be more pleased. Lensable did an excellant job. I love them so so so much!

I used to like Lensabl. However in my most recent experience, it took nearly two months just to get my order the first time. Then one of my glasses, was completely wrong (bad parallax, felt like a bubble in my vision. I returned it after many weeks of taking photos so they could measure despite me having sent measurements done by my optometrist. Finally just got the remade pair in April, and while the glasses are finally correct, the edges are rough and unpolished.
I did have another set of glasses made with a competitor and they took a total of two weeks.
Not sure what changed with these guys, but I can honestly not recommend it any more.

The overall experience was great and I have new lenses in the frames I love. However, I sent my glasses in their original case, Ted Baker, and you sent the glasses back in your large, bulky case that is too large. I'd really like to have my original case back!

I have had these sunglasses for one day, but I've been able to wear them in the sun and so far I'm completely satisfied with the G-15, polarized, anti-glare lenses.
They are every bit as effective as my old non-RX Ray Ban G-15, polarized lenses.
Additionally, the ordering process was easy, and the turn around time on the order was fast. I had no issues with any sort of damage to the frames I sent in, and the sunglasses returned in perfect condition.
If you're reading this review and thinking, "but so many others had bad experiences", just know that I had no such bad experience and I didn't have to call customer support at any point in the ordering process.
My lenses are not the correct vision prescription. They are too strong and magnified. If it will help I will seen you all a pair of my regular lenses. I'm not at all satisfied with this order.
There was a delay due to my glasses not passing inspection, but the extra wait wasn't that long (like a week at most). Will be recommending lensabl to my family

I worked with Lensabl to buy a prescription for a Bose Soprano frame. I wanted it to be a surprise for our wedding anniversary. They provided me a quality prescription at a competitive price. My wife loves her glasses and uses them for her home office. She has excellent optical qualities and the great Bose sound for calls and listening to music. What a great company!
The lenses are well-made and met all of our expectations, but there was a long delay, by several weeks, where the process appeared to be frozen at "ready to ship" and we didn't hear anything.
I sent in a pair of stoggles to be fitted with sunglasses lenses and they returned quickly and were just what I was looking for!
I was very pleased that they carried my specialty sunglasses. I think they did their best on the website to make it easy, however, we still had to contact via the phone.
I sent 3 frames to have the lenses replaced. It took 2 months to get 2 of my glasses back. 1 took an additional month. 2 were regular lenses while 1 was progressive. The progressives were not correct. I had to send those back and that took another month. The experience started in November and I finally received my 'redo' progressives back. This has been a 4 month ordeal. O wouldn't normally be so critical but I never received any follows for any delays or any issues. I had to constantly ask. There are no notes for me to see when I would check on status online. The final product was good but the overall experience was just tedious. I don't plan on using Lensabl again.
I was very happy to find Lensabl since I had some sunglasses frames that I really loved but the prescription was not right. I was able to send them off and have new lenses put in, and they are now just right and I can continue to love my sunglasses.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
