It took a while to arrive back to my door step after I sent in my glasses, the lenses on the glasses was great but my frame arrived broken (not sure if that's the shipping issue). Luckily, I have another pair of the same frame and swap the lenses over. Nevertheless, customer service was great.

I sent a pair of Bose Sopranos sunglasses to have my prescription placed in them. They sent them back in a reasonable amount of time and I was satisfied. I decided that I wanted another color because the lenses are interchangeable. I asked just to have the lenses made and then send them to me. They said that I needed to send them the frames as well. More than two months went by and no glasses. Rhiann my customer representative kept telling me that they had technical difficulties and my lenses with the ne glasses would be finished shortly. Months went by and no glasses. Finally today I received my glasses with the wrong color lenses and my other blue metallic lenses were not returned. I have not heard a single word from Rhiann dispute several emails. I looked at my account to show her that I had indeed ordered different lenses from the ones that they put in my frames and my account records have mysteriously disappeared. Great goggles with prescription lenses BUT the shipping and packaging were horrible! My old lenses came in scratched and not usable and shipping took so long. I was very disappointed to see this. I know in these times delivery takes longer but I had just received my stoggles within 3 days less than a week before!
I Had been frustrated with trying to find replacement lenses for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglass frames I've had which were in perfect condition but the lenses were no longer available from the company. The replacements I received from lensabl while not being OEM are a perfect fit and indistinguishable from the original in appearance and the color/darkness I chose. The service by lensabl was absolutely dead on as per their promises as stated including keeping me updated by e-mail throughout the process.

I recently got two of the same pair of stoggles, and had my prescription lenses put in on both of them. However, while one is perfectly clear, the other pair is not. It appears that the left lens they placed in the glasses is either incorrect or that something went wrong with the production process. Not very happy, as the lens replacement is very expensive. However, the one pair that is correct works very well.
I was a bit insecure about submitting frames and ordering lenses by mail, wether they wud turn out good, etc, etc. I got my glasses yesterday and they turned out perfect, the frames must have been polished and they also sent a beautiful new case and cleaning product. I put them on and finally am able to see clearly, no issues whatsoever. Very fast service and you are continuously kept informed of status of order. Very affordable, especially on a fixed income like mine. I will definitely reorder from them next time.
I had to contact Lensabl customer service twice. Original order was made on March 30,2021. First, I didn't receive the box they were supposed to send so I could ship my old frames to them. I loved my old designer frames so wanted to simply replace the lens with updated prescription. These are bifocal sunglasses. It took about 7 days to get the box, but they advertise 3-4 days. I mailed my old sunglasses to them immediately, but didn't receive any updates on their online status which they advertise to be the best method to keep track of progress. After about 10 days of no status updates, I sent another email and learned that the first lenses they made didn't pass their rigorous quality inspection, so they had to get new lenses again. I finally received my new sunglasses on April 24th, however, the "online status" still didn't show that they were done or had shipped. I think someone needs to be hired to update their status database daily. Other than that... the customer service was good in replying quickly to my questions, and the final product is of outstanding quality. You just can't be in a hurry to receive them.

Lensabl labs did an fantastic job with a very high strength perscripton and bifocal lens requst. Sadly, customers need to be warned that the US Postal Service can take up to 12 days to deliver glasses.

The overall experience was good. The website made it easy to order and the prices were good in comparison to other places. The quality on the lenses was really good. There was pretty good communication on the part, but it took a month to receive my order. If I was to order from my local place it's about a week. So if you have no rush then this is a great option. If you need your glasses sooner than later then maybe a local store might be better.
The process was relatively easy, but something is wrong. I cannot read with my glasses. I have progressive lenses and despite being measured By a professional, the line must be in the wrong place. As they are now, my glasses are unusable. I have sent an email and will follow the steps to get this fixed.

Total time from when I sent my old frame in for new lenses until I received the replacement new frame with the correct lenses: more than 4 months! Completely unacceptable. Good thing I had other eyeglasses to wear.
I sent in my goggles to have them change the lenses to prescription. Sent in my glasses with their prepaid label, filled out the lens information and uploaded my prescription. Got my lenses back in a brand new case with a cleaning kit as well. Loved the process, couldn't have been easier.
This order response is admittedly unusual for Lensabl. Previous orders were accurate and timely on delivery. One offer was sent to me with the wrong frames and had to be returned. Still have not received the frames I provided with the appropriate lens script. The second order has been returned in good order but the time from submission to return was unusually long. Perhaps it is all covid related but I will have to consider using them again and/or recommending their service.
I sent in a pair of my brand new Razer Anzu smart glasses and Lensabl put my prescription lenses in them and had them back to me within a week. 10/10 will use again.
My Rx has changed each appointment over the last six years. I have favorite, comfortable frames ( they hide my circles) but the lenses are outdated. I was skeptical about a mail away/ internet company but everything was excellent, from mailing the frames, loading info on computer, to good turnaround time. I estimate with my lenses Rx I saved AT LEAST $300 on just the lenses
It took around a month for me to get my glasses back. Very unsatisfactory. The lenses were fine once I did get them back but I see absolutely no reason why I should use Lensabl again. Save yourself some time and headache and use a local shop for lenses.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
