I received a pair of Bose speaker sunglasses for Christmas, and wanted to change out the lens for prescription. Got a recommendation for Lensabl, and took a leap of faith to send off my new glasses. While the company says it receives and completes their orders normally in 4-7 days, my order took around 3 weeks from when I sent it to when I received my glasses back. I was very frustrated because I was to leave for 3 months and wanted to have these for my trip. Several emails back and forth with customer service yielded quick responses AND explanations as to the delay (while admitting to me that this was unusually long to process). I was grateful for their offer to send them overnight once completed - and I received them the day before we left! Kudos to their great work - I realize that their reputation is in creating a perfect finished product, and they will delay your receipt of the glasses until their QC is met! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work.
It was very disappointing. The lenses I ordered over a month ago did not fit the Bose Tempo Frames.
I would like a refund or new lenses made to actually fit the frames. The lenses are too thick to accurately fit into the grooves.

I need a new pair of lens for my glasses. The process was super quick and easy to do online. There's even an option for them to ship you a box! It took about 2 weeks all together which I thought was great. I also needed to change my delivery address and they responded immediately. Would recommend.
I was really surprised when I was received my order. Not only did it come in a premium cardboard box, they also included a really nice quality hard leather case and a cleaning kit. This case is better than any of my existing cases and i didn't even expect it!

This time, I sent 2 frames with 2 separate prescriptions (distance/near progressives for driving) and (intermediate/close up progressives for computer and reading). One pair is great and the other is clearly way off. The computer/reading glasses are more the distance prescription and the bifocal area is such that I cannot read either close up or computer distance. Such a bummer...
Once again... lensabl has done a terrific job... this is my fourth time getting lenses updated.

The whole process with Lensabl is easy to use. From uploading your prescription to printing out your label for mailing. Just as fast as using a local optometrist but much less expensive! I'll be back!

Have been a customer for about three years. Customer service is efficient and timely. Prescription lenses accuracy is on point. Am hoping that tint colors are more of a variety and intensity in the future.

So after waiting for 35 days until my glasses arrived i was so excited to try them out when i found out the proscription was wrong!

I had two eyeglasses that needed new lenses and Lensabl did an excellent job. The process was easy to follow online and it took about ten days including mail time. Lensabl kept me informed via email and I am very satisfied.
I placed my order on Jan 1. After completing your order process and getting a copy of my prescription, I finally sent you my frames on Jan 10. Between that date and Feb. 3, I was completely in the dark about my order. The good news is that I received my order today. The bad news is that your communication with me as to my order status was woefully inadequate. I never knew whether you needed any more information from me or whether you even received my frames, much less when I could expect delivery.
On Feb 2, I reached out to your customer service department. I got a response the very next day from Megan, who saved your bacon. She explained why my order was delayed and made sure that it was expedited ASAP. But it should not have come to that when some simple communication keeping me abreast of my order would have been satisfactory.
The good news is that I'm happy with my lenses and will probably give you a second chance and will refer friends and family. Thanks to Megan.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
