Lensabl has garnered a reputation for providing high-quality lenses and a convenient service for replacing lenses in existing frames, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the product quality and the speed of delivery. However, concerns have been raised regarding customer service responsiveness, particularly during issue resolution, as well as occasional discrepancies in prescription accuracy. While many customers appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the process, there are notable frustrations related to the handling of returns and remakes. Overall, Lensabl is viewed positively, though improvements in customer support could enhance the overall experience.

My Rayban frames broke and you all replaced them without a fuss. I'll always go to Lensabl for my replacement glasses.
Great! The process was fast and simple.my son also used your service and we are very impressed. This company is innovative.
Flawless execution if you ask me, I'm very happy. Easy and Intuitive steps, quick one week turnaround.
Sign me up again.
I am very happy with the quality of the lenses and they fit great into my existing sunglasses. Only downside is it took over a month to do it.
I love my glasses, they're so cute. I have to send them back for a remake because one lens is off a bit. User error taking sight height picture.
Had an inexpensive pair of fashion frames I wanted to put my prescription into. Sent them off and Lensabl had em back to me in no time. Thank you!
Great job on these lenses. I was hesitant to go back to you after some problems with my previous order (approx. 1 year ago) but I'm glad I did.
My frames were in the lab on September 8th to be re-lensed. I just got them back today, October 23rd. I should have had these prescription glasses back way before I left on a 950 mile overland trip. I was counting on having them for the drive. If these were some obscure frames that needed special lenses cut, I might could accept the delay but they're Wiley X Valor frames... that's just about as common as you can get. Furthermore, the lab noticed a "blemish" after the initlal lens job and they had to cut a second set, and then wanted to charge me for the "polycarbonate upgrade" that they realized these frames needed. What? They didn't notice the original set of lenses (polycarbonate) that were in the frames when they got them? Just too many issues with this order. I won't be recommending any of my road biking friends to use this company for any of their glass or sunglass needs. Also, every time customer service responded back to me, it was as if there was nothing wrong; just a little delay. Nothing good to say here... I'm displeased overall to say the least.
Wrong lens no customer care at all. Ordered sunglass lens no line bifocals what i got was sunglass lens with a big square bifocal deal in the bottom called no onw would heip
I have ordered complete eyeglasses online, but this is my first time using a lens replacement service.
1. I completed the order and paid on March 8th, and received my lenses back on April 11th. Although I understand the process gets a 7day immediate delay for you to get the glasses, I still think that 30 days is a bit longer than I expected. Certainly longer than a slam dunk experience would have required.
2. I purchased these glasses last year, online, for about $200 each (for one Rayban and one Oakley), in relative terms, paying you $99 for replacement lenses (each) seems less good of a deal. I think a better long term price point should be $59 for clear lenses.
3. I shipped the glasses to you in their original cases, they, of course, were not returned, so I am not too impressed with the Lensable custom cases. Sending me some spray just seems like contributing to global plastic pollution.
I am satisfied, lenses were flawlessly executed, but I am sorry to say I was not bowled over by the service.
I am waiting for a response about my recent purchase of lenses which are useless with a faulty optical focus.
The process was so easy, much less expensive than buying a whole new pair, and the lenses themselves are great!
After getting the prescription right my glasses are perfect and look forward to wearing them. Thank you very very much!
Lensabl was forthright in explaining the process. They kept me informed the entire time. Quality product at a reasonable price.
Connect button did not work. Send it back to Lensabl and they replaced it with NEW Working one. Thank you!
Ordered in November, arrived in March. Lensabl had many excuses about the delay, none of which were plausible. Do better.
My frames I sent are very old they did an outstanding job on them! Would definitely recommend buying from them!
Delighted to order and receive my new glasses as promised.
They are lovely and I'm so happy I chose Lensabl.
Very easy to place order
Great customer service - very helpful and responsive
I am really happy with the whole process.
I recommend my glasses frame with new lenses today. Put them on and could see perfectly. I was so impressed.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.
Answer: They falsely boosted about putting new lenses in existing frames (in a very short turn around like a week) not the 8 months it's been
Answer: Once your frames arrive at our lab, assuming you've provided all required Rx information, lens production is 4-7 business days on average before shipping
Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
Answer: All prices are in USD ($) but we do ship to Canada as well :)
Answer: Yes all of our lenses are guaranteed or we will re-make them if any issues once you receive them back. Thanks!
