I placed my order on Jan 1. After completing your order process and getting a copy of my prescription, I finally sent you my frames on Jan 10. Between that date and Feb. 3, I was completely in the dark about my order. The good news is that I received my order today. The bad news is that your communication with me as to my order status was woefully inadequate. I never knew whether you needed any more information from me or whether you even received my frames, much less when I could expect delivery.
On Feb 2, I reached out to your customer service department. I got a response the very next day from Megan, who saved your bacon. She explained why my order was delayed and made sure that it was expedited ASAP. But it should not have come to that when some simple communication keeping me abreast of my order would have been satisfactory.
The good news is that I'm happy with my lenses and will probably give you a second chance and will refer friends and family. Thanks to Megan.

Worth it... just took a long time to complete my order
I should never have sent you my Stoggles. It took you 6wks to put in my prescription lenses and when I finally got it, it was not anti-fog anymore! I have to spray it with an activator product everytime! I asked for the original lenses that my Stoggles came with and you still have not gotten back to me. Please ask for the pupillary distance as your customers send you the presciption so it won't add another 4wks of delay in the delivery unless you do that on purpose.
Uploaded my scanned prescription for both pairs of glasses I bought. The ones they sent were missing a PD value and I can't use the glasses. Have contacted customer support and had no luck getting this fixed. Very unhappy

I received my frames back yesterday and while the lenses seem fine the frame itself is so bent that I can't wear the glasses. They were brand new when I sent them so no, they were not like that before. Now I have to find a place to get them fixed... defeats the purpose of wanting to use a contactless service. Next time I'll use my optometrist.
The online process for ordering prescription lenses for my new sunglasses was simple and inexpensive compared to local eye glass providers. Although I had to wait more than the 6 business days for my lenses to be made, I am very pleased with the outcome!
I received my RayBan sunglasses back with prescription lenses. Everything looks good as far as I can tell. No differences in quality when compared to original RayBan prescription lenses. So I am happy with the work.
However, it took 23 days to be sent back to me. I don't remember reading about it taking that long. On top of that, my original RayBan lenses were not returned. Your customer service said that when I submitted the order, I accepted the terms that my lenses maybe damaged and not returned to me. I don't remember seeing that when I placed the order.
So I'll be as kind as I can to a "startup" company with seemingly less than a dozen employees who probably work their tails off. I ordered on January 1, paying extra for one day shipping of my glasses to their location. Tracking showed the glasses delivered to them as expected. Five days after that, the order status on their very nice, professionally created website said "at the lab - six days to shipping your order." It sat in that state for... wait for it... 22 days. Around 10-15 days in I emailed their customer service and they said they'd check with the lab and provide a status back. After a couple of days, I received a "four to seven days" message from support. Shocking. That's what the website had said for much longer than seven days. So I received my glasses thirteen days after the status inquiry, just over a month after they received my glasses. They are as expected. The whole experience was frustrating because other options similarly priced had much shorter deliver time promises. Had they said it would take over a month from the beginning, I would be giving them 5 stars. Had they said it would be another two weeks when I inquired about timing, I would be giving them 3-4 stars. They didn't. Their site even stated "no Covid delays" before I ordered. Set expectations realistically, meet expectations, great experience. They failed those two misearably. For reference, I had another set of lenses recently from my local eyedoctor made and delivered in six days.
Fast turnaround. Comfortable lenses. My frames were returned to me in the same condition as they we sent in.
High quality, love the lenses and glasses. Expect it to take a while. I ordered them 29 Dec and got them on 4 Feb, so 5 weeks. Communication is weak, but they responded to my inquiries within a day.

No proactive updates from Lensabl throughout the entire process. Requests for updates from my side resulted in excuses after excuses and a oh it'll be another 3-5 days.

Awful experience. Be careful :( My Tom Ford and Ray Ban frames came back completely stretched out and are falling so loosely from my face the frames are not metal and they are super nice but now they are wide and stretched out. It seems like no one took care when working with my frames! Not sure if it's able to be fixed :(
I ordered BOSE SOPRANO bluetooth audio frames. I received them and can not charge them because the charger is not included. I have no instructions on how to use them. NO information on my frames and no charger. I paid over 500 dollars and can't use them or listen to them. I have emailed several times and can't get anyone to reply or call me to discuss my purchase. I hope someone here will help me. I want to return item since the frames are no use to me without all the equipment for example the guide or charger to the lenses. I sent a pic of my sunglasses to see if they were eligible to turn into Rx glasses. Received an answer of yes within the hour. Mailed glasses that day and received the glasses within a week. Vision is perfect and they returned the sunglass lens should I want to re-use. I see perfectly and my Rx is fairly strong. They took great care with my frame.
Finally put old designer frames to use. Feeling better about wearing glasses.
I paid extra for upgraded lenses (anti-glare, anti-fog etc) and when I received my glasses, it was pretty clear I didn't receive them. There were small dots in the upper section of the lenses that looked like they were part of the manufacturing process and they definitely didn't have an anti-reflective coating. When I contacted Lensabl to inquire if it was possible I hadn't received the lens upgrade, they were very helpful in sending me new lenses. However, there seems to be a difference in the Rx with these new lenses as they don't match the first set (and definitely don't match my normal Rx.) The difference is subtle enough for me to tolerate so I'll be keeping this set, but it's disappointing that they didn't nail it the second time either. In sum: customer service was good, product was only so-so.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
