Ordering was easy. For the prescription, I submitted a picture of my prescription from my eye doctor. I did submit an easy instructed picture for my pupil distance (I think that's what it was called lol). I did have to wait weeks longer than I thought. They received my stoggles in April and I just received it back May 10. It didn't pass it initial inspection so was returned to lab for a redo. Which I don't mind because I want it perfect. And it was!
There was an extended delay on my order, I inquired about getting more specific timeline and was given a very vague answer many days later. After a month of waiting I have finally received my glasses and I am not happy with the quality of the lenses. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Took less than two weeks to receive my frames, process them and return the frames back. I was able to log in and check the status of the frames and it was not expensive.
Nice job on my complicated prescription. I just realized I really dont care for the frame shape and color of the stoggles. Oh well.

This was my first time ordering. I loved my glasses, and the cute case they came in! The only complaint I have is they took 3 weeks to come in. I needed them for school, and they came in the day after I needed them. So that was a little frustrating, but other than that, I recommend them!
They were scratched, old, loose and cheap but I loved them and these glasses have gotten me through some hard times. Sent them in to Lensable for new prescription lenses and they are perfect now. Lensable even tightened them up and they feel like new.
I followed all of the steps and sent in my frames, checked the website to see if they were received, they were, and I was excited to await how they'd turn out. Unfortunately, after waiting some time for an update on their website, I wrote in and they let me know they did not have my glasses. Turns out the lab had lost or misplaced them because they had been scanned in and received. I had to provide images of the frames and was eventually updated that they found the glasses.
Then I proceeded to wait again, and after some time, I moved addresses so I updated my delivery address on their website and this showed up as successful. 5 or 6 days later I again emailed them to see where the glasses were, and asked to confirm the change of address. I received a very curt response stating "Order got picked up already." After asking them to clarify they explained the glasses had already shipped to the old address. So my address change, which said it was confirmed, never actually went through.
The website does not provide updates. The email chains they send are inaccurate, and the customer service rep could barely be bothered. This service cost me a few hundred dollars and I still do not have my glasses. Maybe they'll turn up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm not confident. Also not confident that if they do turn up, they'll be well made. Save your money, go to a traditional brick and mortar. This was not a good time.
I ordered custom lenses to be put in my sunglasses and they turned out beautifully! I got the regular gray 80% and I have a strong nearsighted prescription (-4.00~) and they actually came out surprisingly thin still. Cannot notice the thickness on the edges at all! Definitely would recommend them. They did take over 3 weeks from shipping frame to delivery back due to their Quality Control but it was well worth the wait! It looks great and comes with a collapsible case and cleaning kit!

3.) The reading part of the lens is so low I have to lift up the frames to read out of them.

After getting my order wrong the first time (order placed on February 20th), Lensabl fixed my order and I just received my corrected lenses on May 7th. All in all, the process took forever. And now that I've received the lenses, I hate them. They are progressive readers which I've had before, but these lenses make everything look "round". For example, when I look down at my computer keyboard, it is NOT straight - it's bent. I've never had glasses that distort my view like this. Waste of money and time!
Got my glasses and they a great! It took a little longer than anticipated but i got over it once I saw my product. I usually had bad run-ins with other companies about my glasses having issues but on the other hand Lensabl customer service was always helpful when I had a question. I received a email the next day when I had a question or concern. Overall, my experience was great and couldn't ask for anything better at the moment.
I'm not pleased with this service. It took over a month to get my order. The customer service was sporty at first. I started receiving responses to my concerns late in the process. I will not be using this service again. Too pricey for the inconvenience. I have several exchanges with Ann and each time I was told that my order would take a few more days. This happened at least 3 times. They were nice enough to upgrade my shipping to overnight. But never again.
Unfortunately this has not been a good experience. Even though their website says " no expected delays due to Covid19", the process of replacing the lenses on my own Face A Face frames has been very slow and plagued by poor quality work. Placed an order on April 7,2021. I got back my frames on April 26. The lenses did not fit into the frame! There was a gap where the screw holding the frame together was visible and the edges of the lenses were distorted from being squeezed into a too tight opening. I sent the frames back so they could be re-made and I am still waiting. On the positive side, the progressive part of the lenses were well made and customer service agents are polite, answering via email within 24 hours. Still, for a company that advertises speedy work as a "lens replacement" specialist, the speed and quality of this work has not been very good. I tried them as an alternative to using a local optometrist and unfortunately Lensabl did not pass the test.
I sent my glasses April 5th. I got them May 7th. I was told I got overnight shipping but when it showed up it was 2-Day Shipping.
This is my 3rd awful experience with y'all and I will no longer recommend it anymore to my fan base.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
