I ordered glasses from another site that came in fitting perfectly. Lensabl was the company they recommended for the new lens. When the glasses arrived with the lensabl lens, the lens were great, however the frame now needed some adjustment, as they now were slightly crooked on my face. I was afraid to adjust them as I wasn't sure what the problem was so I took them to a professional eye glass place. The glasses now still need some adjustment and one of the arms on the glasses has split a little from being handled... So disappointed, the fit perfectly when they arrived the first time... Now I have glasses that don't fit well, have a split in one of the side pieces and I don't think anyone can adjust them...
I was looking for an option to fill my new prescription in my favorite frames and came across Lensabl. I didn't really know what to expect, but all of their measurement tools really work, and my glasses with new prescription came back to me perfect! They truly do not fog or slide down your face, which is amazing when you are in an isolation room or performing patient care! My goggles took over two months to arrive. Once they finally arrived they were awful, prescription is not accurate and I cannot wear them. Significant distortion and no "clear" area in the entire lens. They also fogged immediately with my first attempt to wear them. Beyond disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had been looking for a place that would put prescription lenses in the sunglass frames for years. Everyone said they could not do it or wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. Until now... The process was easy and the wait time was more than reasonable. I received them in the mail, securely packaged, and couldn't be happier with them. Finally have the lenses I need in my favorite sunglasses. I even requested bifocals to be placed as low as possible and that was perfect as well. Forever customer!
Tl; dr Improve the accuracy of the order tracker
The ordering process was straightforward. Uploading my Rx and sending in my frames was convenient. After that point, a black hole.
The order tracker wasn't working. I reached out to customer service after 3 weeks at the lab and they told me the lenses had to be remade.
I'm thrilled by the focus on quality control. My hope is that Lensabl can improve the order tracking and push updates to the customer.

The lenses were originally blue ombré. I had asked for the lenses to be the same color but completely blue instead of ombré. They arrived blue ombré instead of solid blue. Maybe I wasn't clear in my request. I am grateful to have my frames back. They look good. Grateful to have the sunglasses back before my trip.
It's great that they send you a box to put the frames you want replacement lenses are very convenient. The turnaround time is very quick. The lenses are spot on to the Rx. Will be ordering again for my sunglasses and back ups.
The glasses we ordered on March 28th and literally took a month to get here. The prescription is very strong so I can not continuously wear them. It's probably will take me weeks to get used to them. Also the customer service team kept saying that they kept having a defect in production. The glasses had to be reworked many times., I had mentioned that they would be great when they arrived if it was taking so long to finish them. I have to admit I expected better. The glasses are not great pretty dissatisfied.

Horrible customer service when it takes 24 hrs to reply and over a week to have a conversation that would only take 2 min over the phone. It disgusting that it take this long to provide service. And the fact that you have to wait every 24hr for a reply! I placed an order for 2 exact orders. Sunglasses in hi index, polarized, progressive. I provided 2 exact frames! They say they could not complete order due to my frames and rx. Yet they charge me for one pair that is not even what i ordered. They gave me polycarbonate tinted grey (not high index, polarized, progressive).
Ordering was easy, but when I shipped my glasses to the factory, they lost them. No one told me and when I checked status online, no indication. They didn't update order on website, and they only way to contact them is email, which they are very slow to respond. When they finally found the glasses, it still took almost 2 weeks to get them. They had an issue first time they made the lenses, so they had to remake. I just received, and the transition lenses do not get very dark, as all my other pair do. I am contacting them to inquire about that. Overall order took about 4 weeks from order to delivery. Unacceptable.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
