It is very good overall. It is easy to find products and to make the selection. The parcels arrive fairly fast. So far what I have purchased has been good to very good. These green Qi-Feng hiking boots are very comfortable and very good to walk in. The blue wind sports YC bike riding gloves are also very good. They work well with light yarn gloves inside up to - 2 C. The Pearl izumi bike riding glove fit really well. The ice silk Rockbros mask is very light, folds up small & fits really well under my bike helmet. However the prints of these lions shirts with the lion face on the side are often shifted and one eye is not properly printed as it is shown on the web page. Perhaps this might be a problem with the M shirts and not with the L shirts. This hooded jacket with the bison print on it, is very nice and it fits very well but the arms are too thin for wearing a sweater under it, only turtle necks and long-sleeved shirts which works as well but only for warmer fall weather and not for early winter weather. All sizes are made to fit smaller people. NA made clothes, the sizes are larger. This works well for me since I am smaller.
I ordered this for my bf for XMAS. I ordered it so I would have it before xmas per their website. IT TOOK 28 DAYS TO GET TO ME WHEN I ORDERED IT HAD SAID 7-10 DAYS! My bf's bday is 4 days after xmas. I help onto it for a few more days as his bday is shortly after xmas. When we opened it, it was WAY TO SMALL and not the quality I had expected. Now because I received the order more than 14 days ago I cannot even exchange it! Or return it! Buyer beware! I wouldn't buy from this company... Ill say I understand not allowing to return it(even though it took you 3times longer to get it to me than you had originally quoted when i ordered. So that's ok of course), but I cannot even exchange it? That's bad business! So now I am stuck with a $100 heated outfit that doesn't fit. This is the 1st and LAST time I will shop on lightinthebox. STAY AWAY!

Fast delivery to come from China, the one order came with five separate packages, I guess from different venders or warehouses in China. I bought five different head sets to compare, one speaks as it seems only Chines when turned on or off to verify, I guess, on or off. I am medium/large in clothes, from China, I buy somtimes L, XL, 2XL or 3XL, if possible check measurements at vendors site. Usually is it the shoulders thar are narrow when it somes to Chinese sizes.

I purchased 4 T'shirts for my grandson who wears a US Medium. I paid $52.04. It took a long time to arrive. They are in China (not aware of that). On arrival the items were so large. I wear a extra large and they were quite lose on me. I like the look of the design so, I asked to exchange them for a small. I was asked to return them at my own cost or get a credit for $7.79.
Please do not buy from this company very dishonest and you have to wait a very very long time for the items. Then you don't have a good option for returns or refunds.

The box in came in was a mess. It looked like it had been opened. The product was a heart for the top of the wedding cake and that surprisely was untouched.

Havent had any major issues with LightInTheBox so far and fingers crossed i dont, their customer support team is good with answering any questions and figuring out a good or reasonable solution, the only problem i have with is the delievery, its take a very long time (at least to come to Canada, Ontario) also with the shipping and handling fee is kinda pricy plus the program to not pay for shipping and handling is more than the actual shipping and handle so i dont find it very worth it.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
