I am very satisfied with your products,they are nice and of high quality,
But it happened 3 times in 3 years that I didn't receive my packages. This was not your fault, but the local delivery mistakes. Perhaps you should check them or choose better ones.

I ordered a skirt and shirt for an event. Found out after i placed the order that it would not arrive until following week. I had to go buy something else to wear at last minute. When order did arrive the shirt was shabby looking and the skirt was so long even with heels it would need to be hemmed.
I inquired about returning due to no longer needing and not happy but was told i would have to pay$30-40 to return them. The only reason i wudnt have to pay would be if it were stained or torn or something that was fault of company. Plus the run around trying to even find help with questions. This company sucks. Never order. Im out $66 and no way to get it back.

Mooie aanbiedingen! Mooie site, alles in het Nederlands dus ik dacht bestellen voor kerst dan maak ik iemand blij. Kerst is voorbij, blijkt de leverancier Chinees! Geen muts, geen reactie maar wel een Cs klanten tevredenheidsonderzoek.

Bij deze! En stuur mijn geld terug (of lever het gekochte product al heb ik daar ook geen vertrouwen meer in)

חודש וחצי זמן האספקה

קבלתי הודעה שהמשלוח נמסר לשכן, בדקתי עם השכנים והם לא קבלו. היו לי חששות שהמשלוח אבד. לשמחתי לאחר עוד ארבעה ימים קבלתי הודעה שהמשלוח הגיע לנקודת איסוף הקרובה לביתי. נגשתי לנקודת האיסוף ולשמחתי קבלתי את המשלוח לשביעות רצוני, חבל רק שזה היה באיחור של כחודש וחצי.
