I ordered a leap chair and got it in 5 business days free via fedex ground. Chair seems new and arrived in good condition, but this is in no-way a "steelcase" leap chair in leather. I didn't actually expect that for the money, and to be fair, their website doesn't say "steelcase", but that is what they lead you to believe by calling it a Leap chair. The leather seems more like stiff vinyl, nothing like the leather steelcase would use. The leg assemblies say made in the USA all over them, but no other brand name or designations anywhere on the chair. Knock-off furniture? For sure, so... Buyer beware. Still a decent chair for the money, but I just received it, so I cannot speak for the warranty or how long this "fake" will last.

Just writing to say madisonseating.com provided me with my purchased Leap Chair V2 as soon as possible. Great wheels, sleek base and the fabric was grade A and clean. They also have fantastic customer service who email promptly and address whatever issues may be had. I had a slight issue with a chair cylinder and they very hastily sent me a new one. I look forward to recommending these guys to any one in need of a relatively new chair in mint condition.

I purchased a refurbished Herman Miller chair from Madison Seating. The chair was refurbished with all Herman Miller parts. Right after my order someone called me to confirm and answer some questions I had. The chair arrived just under 24 hours later. It's indistinguishable from a brand new one and only came in 2 pieces so assembly was super easy.

I love this chair - it's extremely comfortable and the price for an open box refurbished chair was great. Service team was also helpful resolving a minor issue with shipping.

I recently purchased office furniture for a law firm, including a Freedom Chair with Headrest by Humanscale. Due to bad weather nationwide, several items from different vendors arrived damaged. The packaging for this chair was, overall, pretty good, and the damage was relatively minor, but still of concern. I sent Madison Seating a photograph of the damage and within 24 hours they offered to send out a new one. And, they promptly followed through. Short review: Great product lineup. Excellent return policies. Low prices. And they're nice. Will definitely be ordering from Madison Seating in the future.

Until the pandemic, I had never ordered a fancy office chair for my home. Summer of 2020, I can't remember how I found their site now, but I got a Leap chair that I had been looking for for a while. Very great prices, and I couldn't find that exact model anywhere else.

Finally time to get another so we can have two at home. The first one showed up in a damaged box. I knew they packed it in a lot of bubble wrap, but I took pictures anyways just in case. Sure enough, a structural back piece was broken :( But they offered to send a whole new chair, and not worry about shipping the broken one back to them, so color me happy!

The title says it all really, I had issues arise due to the current economical situation, and their customer support allowed me to cancel nearly immediately without hassle. Very grateful. Will return to do business in the future after this settles down

We have purchased multiple times from Madison Seating and have been very pleased. The chairs are refurbished, but they look brand new. This last order was for 3 chairs and one was damaged in shipping. I emailed over pictures and within an hour they responded to let me know shipping a replacement. Great experience and will keep ordering.

After 25 years, my old SteelCase finally gave up the ghost. Searching online I came across Madison Seating and was kind of blown away by their prices. Picked up a SteelCase at a huge discount. I peppered them with questions through email and even called the office and found them to be gracious and helpful. Soon after, I had my chair! I had a couple questions once it arrived and they were super helpful and took great care to make sure I was completely satisfied. Madison Seating is our go-to vendor in our organization. Not only do they have a TON of products to choose from, but they have the best pricing BY FAR. For example, our internal ergonomic experts advised us to purchase the Steelcase Leap Chairs for our employees at $850/chair. Madison Seating had the exact same chair for $250- in new, perfect condition. Additionally, their customer service is just wonderful. We once had a small shipping issue that was responded to and rectified within 14 mins of emailing their customer service dept. We won't shop anywhere else!

I have been enjoying a chair that I purchased last year that recently needed servicing. Madisonseating offered to simply replace my old chair for a new one at no cost as part of their warranty service. Truly exceptional product, price and servicing. They are fantastic.

I ordered a Leap V2 chair. It arrived when promised and looked brand new - even though I knew it would be refurbished. I could not get the height to adjust properly, but support responded very quickly to my email, made some suggestions and immediately sent a replacement part when it appeared there might be a mechanical issue. Since the issue could not be immediately resolved, they are now sending a replacement chair. As a business owner, I know things sometimes go wrong. The measure of a company is how they deal with the problem and I am quite satisfied with Madison.
