“Great Deals and Even Better Customer Support”

Purchased the Steelcase Leap V2 in black fabric after doing extensive research on ergonomic chairs. Chose this over the Herman Miller Aeron, and don't regret it. Madison seating has probably the best deals online, and shipping was pretty quick as well. Our chair did come damage due to shipping unfortunately, however I reached out to their customer service team and they were quick to respond and handle the matter easily. Would definitely purchase from them again, great customer service!

I bought a Steelcase Leap v2 from Madison Seating last week. When it arrived I assembled it and put it in my office to use the next day for work. It is so uncomfortable compared to a 5 year old RETAIL version of the Steelcase leap v2 that my girlfriend owns. The refurbishment was very poorly done, chair wobbles, lumbar is bad, cushions are hard, material is cheap and rough. The lumbar support is so intense and using the adjustment just makes it worse (I compared the lumbar support to the exact same chair model my girlfriend has). You can visibly see the lumbar support pushing on the back rest and distorting it. The fabric is very rough and the cushions are no where near as comfortable as the RETAIL version of the chair. I reached out to Madison Seating customer service and after a few canned responses they finally said "Please return the chair and find another vendor to furnish your office chair needs."

We placed an order for eleven Steelcase Leap Chairs and received them just 6 days later! We were simply amazed at the timely fullfillment of our order and the quality of the chairs themselves. Two chairs were damaged during shipping, but Madison Seating came through for us and quickly resolved the issue and sent new chairs. Fantastic customer service! I received my a Steel Case Leap V1 and put it together just to find out that the chair wobbled side to side. Besides that, the chair is in good condition. So, I reached out to the customer service and got a quick courteous response. They offered to replace the chair at no cost to me if I wrote this review.

I ordered a desk that was being sold on the Madison Seating website for $343. I had found the same desk on another website for about $15 cheaper but preferred the more professional looking Madison Seating website and went with them instead since they claimed they price match. My order was placed on a Friday but by Tuesday I had an email stating that they were not able to get the item and had canceled the sale. I checked the website Thursday just to see if it was still listed and found the same desk selling for $389... So they cancelled my order and raised the price. Great customer service!

I have very high standards. I am very particular and highly critical. I ordered a custom Steelcase Leap Chair V2. The chair is flawless. There is absolutely no indication that this chair is not brand new. Not a scratch... Not a blemish. I do not ordinarily take the time to leave good reviews... but I could not be happier with this purchase! Highly recommend!

We bought 15 Leap chairs for office use. Unfortunately one chair arrived with a broken back. Madison Seating promptly replaced the broken chair upon request. We love the new chairs and will not hesitate to purchase from Madison Seating again.

So, my daughter had asked for a table that with every order we placed with about 5 different stores/companies we found out that it was discontinued/out of stock. I found Madison Seating on the internet and gave them a try as their service department advised me that they were expecting to receive it from the manufacturer. They kept me advised of the status of the order and shipped it as soon as it was received in the warehouse. The table itself was a breeze to put together and looks lovely.

I recently ordered a Steelcase Leap off of their website. The chair came within the timeframe they said it would and I was happy to receive my purchase! It came in a great big box and very well-wrapped. After putting it together by simply installing the cylinder, I noticed that the chair has a wobble. I emailed them and sent along a video illustrating the problem and they decided to send me a new chair and keep the old one! Over email, the support staff are very friendly and want to do what's right for the customer. I would do business with them again!

I recently purchased 2 Steelcase Leap V2 office chairs from Madison Seating. After putting the chairs together we noticed that one of the cylinders was stuck. I contacted Madison's customer service department and was pleased that each email/question that I had was answered promptly. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the problem with the chair and Madison Seating said that they will be sending me a new chair! Thanks for the great customer service. I will be purchasing from them again.

I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron office chair from Madison Seating in November of 2022. The hydraulic lift started to malfunction in February of 2023. To get the chair repaired, I am responsible for all shipping which will be $200. If will cost me $200 every time there is an issue even though the chair is under warranty. Ever other company that I have researched covers the cost of shipping. I will never purchase anything from Madison Seating ever again.

We ordered two chairs and when one of them wasn't available, someone from MadisonSeating reached out and offered a replacement. Once the matter was resolved, they arrived in just a few days. One of our chairs needed a replacement part and our inquiry email was answered quickly and promptly with a solution.

Madison Seating has great customer service. I sent in a photo of the chair they delivered and the seat adjustments were broken. When I emailed them they immediately responded and said they would replace the chair at no cost! Would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought two Steelcase Leap 2 chairs for a new home office. The website was easy to navigate and I got a great deal. I ordered and received the chairs in about 2 1/2 weeks, slightly longer than advertised but reasonable. We received the chairs via FedEx, packaged very well. The chairs were exactly as described on the website, very comfortable... I was very happy.

Unfortunately, one was damaged in shipment. I corresponded with customer service which took a few days to get a response (prob for Covid-reasons). When I did hear back though, customer service was very helpful and agreed to send a replacement. The company was very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy from Madison Seating again.

I'm reversing an original review. There was some slight miscommunication (I believe both of us were to blame) around a return, but in the end, Madison Seating really stepped up.

I previously purchased an Aeron chair from them and that was a great experience too.

Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware if you want a Herman Miller product. Madison Seating is not an authorized dealer and if you have a defect like I have with my chair you will be stuck with the shipping costs to return the item and to ship it after possible repair or replacement. Herman Miller will not honor the warranty.

Beautiful chair... acquired with nearly flawless execution. Madison Seating had the full featured Aeron Executive polished aluminum model at the best price. Shipped across the US without damage. However, it took a little longer than expected - no big deal. The most frustrating part was I had to go online to finish assembling this thing. The PostureFit cable installation is NOT intuitive, and instructions did not come with the chair. I'm a mechanical engineer - I didn't think I needed to punch a hole through the seat back to install that device. Check out the YouTube videos for proper installation.

Madison Seating has great prices for the products you look for. I ordered a Steelcase chair back in June and ordered the chair to my home. The chair was delivered in July mostly assembled. The only issue I had was the left arm chair was stuck in the lowest setting. After contacting their customer service they were quick to respond and have agreed to send me a replacement chair. Annie from their customer support team did a great job communicating and providing a resolution.

I ordered a Leap chair and have been very happy with it for several months. Recently, a component of the seat kept coming off. After a few exchanges with customer service, they addressed the problem. I am very pleased with how I was treated and the support I received.

Just received a chair order from Madisonseating.com. I spoke with customer service regarding a broken piece on the chair and they have agreed to replace the chair at no expense to me. I found their customer service very easy to work with in helping us to resolve this matter.

I had purchased a chair from Madison seating last month. During the assembly of the chair, the cylinder got stuck and was not coming out due to which the seat height could not be adjusted. This is the time of of Covid isolation and it's difficult to get help to get things fixed. The customer service at Madison seating was patient and helpful though. They responded to all my queries, sent me helpful links, and tried their best in assisting me. When it looked like it could be repaired by me, they offered me a new chair at no additional cost. I really appreciate the gesture and the service provided to me

We recently ordered 10 chairs for our office and they arrived right on time. We had minor issues with a few of the chairs and the service team was quick to resolve the issues. The next time we are in need of chairs, we will be ordering them from Madison Seating.

I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about, I made an order with this company about a month ago for a 5 piece dining room set. The set was gorgeous, but there were some scuff marks from the manufacturer when they packed it. I was worried about what would happen, but MADISON SEATING WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL! All i had to do was send in a picture of the table, which i sent from my cell phone, and they refunded me completely, and send me a new dining set that i got the next week! I've never been more satisfied with a companies return help. They were great! So helpful. No hidden policies, no files to claim, no papers to fill out.

Highly recommended! Great service! They really care about customer satisfaction!

Bought a brown leather sofa. Said it was in stock. Then sent us an email saying it was backordered. Waited 3 months. They sent a cryptic email saying sectional sofa had shipped 3 months later. Charge ny card. We opened the package to find a white couch. 3 months, no calls, wrong color. They said their Chinese manufacturer discontinued brown so they thought we would like bright white. I am not making this up. I swear. They did not want to pay the shipping to return the couch. SO they tried to offer me a discount. They told me they would lose money on the deal! Like that is my concern?!? These folks are clowns.

We had an issue with 2 of the 32 chairs we had ordered. Instead of going through the lengthy process of getting the broken ones repackaged & returned and waiting for replacements they have said they will simply just send us 2 new chairs.

I furnished my entire first floor with their merchandise! A Dining room table and chairs, and china cabinet, a sofa for my living room, a 3-piece coffee table set, and a kitchen table w/ 4 chairs for my kitchenette. So easy and simple. I couldnt buy anywhere else because madison seating is the lowest price on the web! I placed my orders over the phone, one simple transaction, and furnished my entire first floor of my new home. Products arrived in great condition and super fast! Also the customer service people are so sweet and helpful! Highly reccomend!

This was the first time using MadisonSeating, and my experience with them so far has been great. We ordered Liberty task chairs, and unfortunately, one of the chairs had an issue where you couldn't adjust the height. I emailed the company, and within a couple of hours, I had a response back stating they would replace the chair. I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly. I thought it would take a day or two. They just made this whole process so easy. I will be sure to use them again.
