I agree with everyone here. This conpany has worked hard on marketing to lure people to buy their products. Their clothes are nothing like what you see on pictures! All made too small and full of defects. Once they have your money they dont care about you anymore. They make it so hard to process a return. Although I sent them all the information they requested, including pictures, codes and description. Now they are asking for pictures with measuring tape! Why didnt they ask for it the first time, after I have packed everything back in its package! We dont have time for such non sense! For big items, they said they might not match the measuring chart! This is a joke! Plus I had to pay $50 for costum fees! They should return all my money with an apology since their products all failed to match the description. How will they meey Allah! We should all make sure to spread the word all accross social media and networks. This is our weapon against such corrupted companies making loads of money through ripping people off! Lets hit them where it hurts, their reputation. I dont want to see the same thing happen to more victims!

The quality iof the clothes is cheap and the colors of the clothes are not even close to the pictures you see online! I had the worst experience when it came to sizes and returning items. Modanisa refused to give me a refund even though I shipped back my items, all because I didnt go with the most expensive service they wanted which is UPS ( in the states), I lost 400 dollars due to items I didnt like nor fit me and due to expensive shipping once I returned them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. Thier clothes are total garbage and thats why the prices are too good for what you see on your screen which I call picture scamming.

I ordered from modanisa in may and thw parcwl was sent back them undelivered i have madw numeroua calla and have bwen adviaed by 3 people that that thw parcwl recieved back to modanisa in june but i still sont have my 132 back.
I have contacted them about 15 timea sent ak many emails with no response.
I have been patient all thia time but no joy.
I think that rhey dont want to refund and if i had read theae reviews before i would never order from them.
I will be goimg tp ombudaman for thos now as it has been more tham 2 months and thw law is refund within 14 daya

I ordered a few items from this website, the products look (only in the pictures posted in their website) very elegant and of high quality, so I placed an order of 12 items.
When I received the package on the 1st of March, 2020 I was shocked to see how cheap and ugly items they sent me... some of the items (lipstick) arrived with an expired date and with totally different color.
Bags look horrible with very cheap quality, different size and shape (so small, not even good for a kid to play with) and also wrinkled as they didn't bother to pack it in a proper way. One of the bags' material is very thin and looks exactly like the material used in the garbage bags!
I also ordered a cardigan small size, but the one I received can't be small in any way, and there is a label on it says that it is S-M size, the label is half torn and looks like someone just poorly sewed it to make buyers think it is small size!
I also ordered some shoes, same thing poor quality, not as much bad as the bags, but still far away from the posted photos of them, boots have glue on it making it look with more low quality, and a high heel one has an M sign on it, which I though referred to certain brand, but the one I received is just a copy of it so no sign on it.
I only received two items that are considered ok, but not WOW: a wallet which came of ok quality but with a slightly different color, and a pants which is also of good quality but came in different size! I ordered 38 and received 40.
I paid USD 125 after they offered me %35 discount for my first order, but honestly I feel like a fool, and that they robbed me, because the items I received are so embarrassing to wear and don't worth %10 of the amount I paid!
My advice: stay away from this scam website, they will steal your money and you won't be able to get it back.

Modanisa have given me the best shopping experience since I began shopping online in 2007. They offer a tremendous range of ladies modest clothing along with handbags and shoes to match. They even offer sportswear and children and baby clothing though the range is somewhat limited.
I was looking to freshen up my wardrobe in July and since my first order arrived (within three days), I have become hooked. I have had an order from them now on eight occasions and the longest I have waited for a parcel has been 5 days. All my garments have arrived in pristine condition and individually packaged in their own little bags. They use the services of DHL who truly are a professional outfit.
Having a little look at my purchase history I can honestly say that my new wardrobe is looking the best it has ever looked. Their fashions have a great range and come in all sizes from tiny to very, very large. In short, their choices are fantastic.If you only have a small shopping budget to work with, please know that they have beautiful scarves and hijabs starting at a mere £1.45. Their clothing ranges from their Basics - for example, tunics at about £5.00, to, their designer clothing from over 100 designers. Really something for everyone in a range we can choose from.
Their postage is presently FREE but last week the charge was only incurred if your order was less than £45.00 approx.
Whenever you visit their shop and pop something in your basket, up comes a message from an online "real" person from Customer Service offering to speak to them with any questions you have. Top marks in that department!
So, I've given you an insight to my experiences with this company. I now have perhaps 50 new outfits and cannot fault them in any manner. Give them a shot and see for yourself.

Never been through a much more ridiculous stressful online shopping overseas experience than this one!
I ordered 3 items from Modanisa in March totalling to £91, received them, one was faulty and did not even match the visual description, wanted to return it & was told I could only send it back through UPS (along with me paying for the shipping which was £30 alone) demanded modanisa to pay for this fee, instead they indirectly paid for it by refunding me for the faulty item(only) before it was sent back, however by this point I was so annoyed I wanted to return the other 2! I did so in Early april & can you believe, it is June! And still not got my refund, because I spent 3months Emailing & calling a 100 times JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, they know how to maintain a lie! Because all i ever got told over and over is there was issues with customs ALTHOUGH they told me they let it through customs? & they are waiting for it to be delivered (i was told this more than thrice) couple weeks ago they even said I will be refunded within 10 days, YEAH right. I even told them forget about it cause it became an actual stress, ironically I did not even get a response! Although you gotta wait weeks upon weeks before you even get one reply cause modanisa staff are only good at saying 'we don't know', so disappointed due to how lovely their stuff is, but loyalty is everything for me and I will happily let everyone know what crooks they are so no one else has to go through unnecessary stress losing money for their mistakes
Before i ordered i read reviews here, and got scared to be honest and said that maybe this is on a small case and wont happen for me and maybe it will be a good experience specially that i really liked clothes on this site. Unfortunately the opposite happened.
I was really excited on receiving my parcels and kept up to date with mail with modanisa now they dont answer me with anything useful.
Be ware everyone i made an order 15 days ago and they keep taking money from my back account though i already paid at the checkout page, also i still didnt get my shipment and have to pay 56 dollars to aramex and 196 dollars for customs though i paid for shipment

To update you,, iwent today myself to check for the delay and waste of money and i am in shock of what happened. Modanisa invouce that they gave to aramex is charging me 1300 euroes not 488 dollars! This is triple the orgonal price i have the copy of the invoice with modanisa stamp, i cant name this but poor service and theft

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
