Jai reçu ma commande numéro: MPV*******181, le tissu des écharpes est POURRI, jai cru que c'était une bonne qualité mais DOMMAGE... et le pire c'est que j, ai payé des frais de douane pour ces chiffons... je veux être remboursé de mes frais de douane puisque je savait pas quil ya des frais de douane a payer... vous êtes des arnaqueurs

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
