The worst company ever. They will not refund you the correct money. They claim that there is a return charge which is not mentioned in the return process. The case was opened through Paypal and Obdusman. DO NOT TRUST THIS TURKISH CHEATER.
Honestly, I am very happy with their quality. I ordered 2 scarfs, 2 Jilbabs (abayas). I got them with a free sized Abaya as a gift. I really thank them for the good job. I hope they stock more quantity of the best styles they sell because they finish quickly. I ordered again because they did the Buy-4-get-1-free offer and want to try their dresses. I hope I get satisfied from them as I did from last order.
By the way, I always buy muslim cloths online. I find Shukr.com very nice Syrian-made clothes but more expensive comparing to Modanisa especially shippment to middle easr, also I have tried EastEsscense but I wasn't happy with the quality and the cut of their styles.

I ordered products on multiple occasions. More than 50% of the time, I received something different than what I was expecting to get. This time I am super frustrated because I purchased 4 instant hijabs (brand name- Roza) but when I opened the delivered items- those were not instant hijab. Those were turbans like things with 2 feet long straps dandling from the back of the turbans which needed to be tied/wrap around the head. There was no description on the website about it, no instruction on how to put things together. Most importantly I don't like turbans but I am ended up getting 4 turbans for which I paid approx $48 with shipping cost more than $5. I also ordered another printed rectangular hijab costed $4.99 which was pretty. Now when I've reached out the support team about the whole instant hijab issue, they haven't responded yet. I also checked their return policy and I literally felt betrayed as tlaccording to their website, a fixed amount of more than $12 will be deducted from my purchased price and then I have to pay for the international shipping which means I likely will ended up loosing more money. Overall, my most recent business with modanisa is a near total wastage of money. In future I would be cautious in doing business with Modanisa. Sorry

This was my first purchase from this website. Looking at the images everything looked perfect. So i ordered few bags and scarfs from them and recived it within 10 days. When i checked the bags it was far from what was shown in the images
The bags were of such low quality and did not even have the brand mentioned in the bag that i recieve also the stitches were so visible that they looked cheap all the more. The scarfs were also of low quality
When complained, the customer service guy said its not the fault of modanisa if the item is of low quality. SERIOUSLY? Then whose fault is it suppose to be. Since the shipment is not covered by them and if i need to return it back i will have to pay almost 70$ to return the goods where as the amount i paid for the items were 63$ inclusive of customs. When i told them am going to give them a bad review they said that i will recieve an email regarding my complain and till date there is no email. Horrible items horrible service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone

Modanisa has the worst customer service I've come across. Over a month ago a parcel was lost. I was told that it was delivered to me and that I should contact the delivery company if I had any issues. I was told that it was delivered to a neighbour. I contacted modanisa again and I was told that they would contact the delivery company and get back to me as soon as possible. I waited and waited and got nothing for weeks. I sent email after email asking for updates and got nothing. I took to Twitter and got a reply very quick because I assume they don't want to look bad. Modanisa move the chat to a private chat a deleted my tweet. I was told that urgent action would be taken and I should wait to be contacted. Due to my previous experience of waiting and not receivinga reply I asked when. My question was ignored again and again. I was that because Twitter isn't the correct channel they couldn't tell me. But I was ignored in the "correct channel" for weeks. All I ask for is a refund.
I forgot to mention the part where I quoted the customer reference number they gave me and was told it was incorrect. Do they just make up numbers and keep no record?

As I've had good Experience in Shopping ship with other Companies, I've never faced such thing and everything was going well. It was my First time to Experience Modanisa, the Experience was Horrible I just lost my Money for Poor Quality of items looking so Cheap and when i asked them to return the items as also they forgot to send the Jacket with the Belt they kept on promising me for weeks that they will return the items with aramex and send me back my money, but there were no Actions made. They even lied to me telling me to call Aramex after they put the blame on Aramex that they've been taking time to return back to Modanisa for the pickup arrangement. So I contacted Aramex and gave them my Order number then was informed from Aramex that there was no Arrangement made by Modanisa at all, they've also been ignoring my mails. I also have to say there customer service are horrible so they have a very poor service and quality. Take it as a Advise it not worth a try and dont bother to waste your money.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
