I am really very angry with the customer service and I like the public to decide if I am right or wrong in my order ******* they send me wrong item very cheap quality which is with less than quarte of the price of item i ordered after informing them and asking for 3 months for refund or sending the correct item they keep on replying our team is looking into your case I was asking for the correct item or refund because this wasn't my mistake but nobody wants to listen to trying to resolve the issue after I wrote the review on SITEJABBER they called me and said we will resolve your case after you return the item then after long arguments they send me the return tags for UPS after they got their item back they send me the 20% voucher which is not applying to any of the orders when I contacted them they are saying your case is closed no number to talk they are not returning my money which i paid for the item and neither they are sending me the correct item I am telling you they are bunch of scammers and thieves and scamming the innocent ladies. I need the help from public to guide me if I can get help from Canadian government getting them blacklisted in Canada or get my money back. I have mentioned the order number above and my case number is *******.

They have beautiful stuff yet terrible customer service.
I purchased for the first time shipping to Canada and had to pay a substantial ammount in customs, duties and broker fees so after that I switched my shipping address to the US. They shipped it to the wrong address. I receive UPS notifications via email and thus we were able to catch the package before it left Turkey and send it to the right address. I called Modanisa and asked them to make certain my next order which I had already made would be shipped to the US not Canada and they reassured me everything was fixed. Surprise! The very next day I received a msg from UPS saying my package was on its way to Canada. I spent the entire day calling and emailing Modanisa with no response besides that they marked my case as urgent and would get back to me shortly. Had they actually made it urgent they probably could have fixed it on time. Finally after speaking to UPS I emailed modanisa again explaining that there were only 2 options either I refused the package and they would ship it to the correct address I provided either I would accept it but they would cover the fees I had to pay considering I wouldn't have to pay them in the US and that's why I was shipping there in the first place. They never got back to me. I was too scared to loose my order completely so I accepted the package and ever since i email them regularly and for a month they kept telling me they would get back to me. When they finally called me it was broken english just to tell me she couldn't do anything and would transfer it to the correct department. I'm still waiting!?! Oh and if u ask to speak to a supervisor they tell u they can't do that. So basically it's as if my order cost me 50% more than what it should have. Btw I'm a wholeseller and spent a lot of money in just 2 months since my first purchase on Modanisa but even that doesn't matter to them.

I placed order on 06. 11. 209 with N: ******* and had to be delivered on 18.11.2019 but today is 29.11.2019 and nothing. Since 18th I am calling Modanisa every single day and each day different lays. They gave me Hermes tracking number and is not working I also contacted Hermes and they said there is not any package send from Modanisa and also there is not any custom stuck issues with Hermes packages or Brexit borders issues.
I also contacted PTS the company which Modanisa uses for delivery and they also don't know anything about the order.
I contacted import office and they said to me that they don't hold packages and expect there is something suspicious like illegal content or incorrect documentation. Other than that they they can hold package only 2 days. Clearly Modanisa is up into something!
Customer service is horrible. I wanted to cancel my order and they don't do it! They say if I cancel it I can receive my money back when the package come back to them which can't come back because it is stuck on customs which means NO MONEY BACK!
I am not going to live it like that! I called my Bank for dispute and they will investigate and take my money from them. Please everyone in the same situation call you Bank don't just let it go! I also informed Modanisa about the dispute.

Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
