This company sucks!

It took a long time to arrive, and when finally the bed arrived, surprise... it is a regular bed, nothing special... antianxiety? In their minds!
I asked for the address to return the product and surprise! Is in China!... they offered me no to return and they are going to give 15% back... why if I paid 100%...
Not fair!

Talk about rip off, fluffy friends they are not... they are robbing arsholes no customer care, items purchased that arrived dysfunctional paddling pool,( no value) bed was ordered@ XXL what arrived medium.

STOP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a bed for my dogs about 7 to 10 days before Christmas, led to believe it would be there. Still don't have it. Still shows sitting in same spot over 10 days ago. Customer service told me it's on its way but failed to mention from CHINA. THEY MISLEAD AND LIE. I'M OUT!

After waiting 1 entire month for the advertised fluffy, luxurious, firm support, anti anxiety pet bed (& several emails to MrFluffyBed), it finally arrived. What a disappointment! Not only was it NOT packed in a box with protective packing material, there was no packing slip to be found. It came wrapped in a plastic cover with so much tape wound tightly around it that I almost cut into the bed itself. This bed is NOTHING as was advertised. It's flimsy, has no substantial support, & more than likely will fall apart in its 1st machine washing. WHAT A SCAM!

Still waiting...

I ordered this bed for my dog on Jan 27th. I still have not received it. I got some shady response when I sent an email about it. I spent $83.00 (plus tax, etc) for nothing. Do not order from this company!

RETURNS SCAMMER ALERT

You will not be able to return unless you pay 200.00 to ship a 2 pound package to China. This is an Intentional scam. They offer you 15% to keep. Report to Federal Goverment Fraud department. They are using different names but the same scams. File your complaints. BAN THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE USA.

Super fast processing and shipping. Fantastic bed. Would highly recommend! Good seller, recommended! The quality is super, the dog really liked it. I want to separately note the delivery-it is sooo fast (1 week). We have such a bed, which is twice as expensive, and the fabric is the same. In general, I advise this seller and this product 4 days delivery! Wauw. Arrived in less than 2 weeks in Bordeaux! It's the second one I ordered because my cat absolutely loves this bed. Softness is good. Only for XL I find too small for an American bulldog steferd Very beautiful!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. I ordered a dog blanket on December 3rd and to date, nothing. There is no customer service to speak of, I get the odd email telling me this is standard, my tracking number may change but it's been over three weeks and no delivery. I'm starting to think the tracking number is bogus and this is a total scam.

Don't buy this product!

I purchased the largest bed they sell for my Anatolian Shepherd. I purchased a XXL. What I recieved was a medium bed that would fit a small pit bull. I wrote to the company, and they would not help me. I've now lost $$ I could not afford. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I explained that they sent me the wrong size, and they responded that I would have to pay to ship the bed back to China. MY EXPENSE. Haven't I spent enough for an error in thier end? Do NOT buy from this company! They claim returns are easy, but don't tell you up front that YOU would have to pay to ship the product to China!

This is absolutely the best bed!

This is absolutely the best bed! Our dog, Jagger, loves it. When he gets in it, he snuggles as seep and covered as he can and sleeps so good, he doesnt want to wake up. We just got another dog and this bed has helped his anxiety with his jealously! LOL He loves to cover his feet and sleeps so soundly. I just ordered another one for the new dog as well. Best buy ever for our furbabies!

Never received my dog bed
December 13, 2023

I have never received my mdse. There is no customer service phone number to contact only contact via email is available. I ordered my dog bed almost one month ago and my product has not shipped yet nor did I receive an email or phone call letting me know there was an issue with my order or a dlelay in shipping. I am very disappointed as this was a Hanukkah gift for my dogs and Hanukkah is almost over and I still have no dog bed or resolution.

When I first opened the fluffy bed, I was slightly disappointed. I expected something bigger and fluffier. I set the bed down, and Bella sniffed and then ignored the bed. A couple of days later, I walked into the bedroom, and she was pawing the bed but still not trying it out. FINALLY, after ten days, she was testing her new bed and loving it because I find her there every morning. I would not say it would be fair to call it an anxiety bed, but it is nice, and the dog likes it, a lot!

The response time to reply to emails is appalling - shipping time is appalling and they are absolutely useless! My dog passed away and the delivery time was way to long and due to their non response of emails they shipped the dog bed after been advised I wanted a refund due to my dogs passing and still went ahead and shipped the bed, Now I have to send back at my inconvenience. Useless! Dont use this outfilt!

Company is a joke!

Skip this bunch! Tricked me into buying two beds saying I didn't give them all the billing info on the first. Pretty LOW. Tried to be the NICE guy BOY that didn't work OK I'll pay the shipping back to New Jersey OH NO back to CHINA. ALL in there court. PERIOD! Got a refund for Six or Seven dollars. Sad part my dog doesn't like the bed. PAYPAL needs to drop these guys!

MrFluffyFriend Sucks

I ordered from MrFluffy no friend a size XL lite gray and waited nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive.
I was very disappointed when I unwrapped the bed, it was like a medium/large no way an XL.
I asked for a full refund through Pay Pal and Mr. Fluffy no friend offered a measly 1/3 of my money back. So I refused their offer and requested a full refund per their website's disclaimer and MrFluffy no friend response was that I must pay return shipping to China! So I decided to call Pay Pal's Synchrony Bank and they gladly refunded my money and charged it back to MrFluffy no friend. So I got my full refund and MrFluffy no friend got hopefully nothing because Synchrony Bank will decide if they actually charge it back or eat the loss themselves. As far as the dog bed it's of no use and I will donate it to our local animal shelter.
Unhappy purchasers should call their Bank for a refund and maybe MrFluffy no friend will get the message unhappy customers will fight back.
