I purchased one for my golden retriever. It was very expensive and the reviews sounded amazing. It has only a fraction of the filling that I imagined. The filling moves around, so, often there is no padding between my dog and the floor. I ended up buying a similar bed from Kmart for a third of the price that is much better quality and has lots of filling. I wasted my money on this Mr Fluffy Friend bed that was very expensive and very bad quality. This is a scam product. They spend so much on marketing and I don't see how the reviews are true on their site because this is junk.
This store has a great selection of fluffy pet products. I feel good knowing that I'm giving my pets fluffy products that are secure and stylish.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I'm expected to file a claim with the post office, wait for the response to be told it is actually missing and send a screenshot of it to them to get a replacement bed. I'm way too busy to deal with all the hassle and I am disappointed that I didn't use Amazon. This would have already been resolved by Amazon and not questioned and required to provide a report from the post office in order to receive what I paid for. The fact that they have this disclaimer at the bottom of the 5th email I received is ridiculous. *MrFluffyFriend cannot reimburse or reship orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from the property* DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

When the Fluffy Friend arrived I was a bit skeptical. It was a tiny roundish ball of a package. I didn't think it was the right size it was so tightly squished. It opened to a size sufficient for my large boxer/hound mix. Again I thought it was too thin to be what I ordered. My dog thought differently. He curled up on it before I could even get it into place. He naps on it daily and chooses it over all his other dog pillows which we left out to see what he prefers. We think we'll get another to put in his crate as he still likes to curl up in there from time to time.

An order of two extra large beds arrived and I opened only one. The stench was overwhelming. I emailed asking for return instructions. After two weeks, a poorly worded email stated to air out the bed. I emailed again requesting return authorization and a refund. The eventual response was to say I could get a $10 refund if it was still in original packaging BUT even then, I was not given any return address or instructions.
I disputed the charge on my credit card and my card company agreed with the dispute.
It's been almost a year and Mr. Fluffy is sending me threatening collection emails. The notices are from somewhere in Europe! The original package has Chinese markings. So weird.
The product is disgusting and the company is running a scam.
BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

First, the quality of the beds are very inconsitent, I bought two and one was severely overfilled so my dog would roll off instead of sink in, and it had a horrible musty odor that would not go away even after one week. I tried to return the bed and was given a return address IN CHINA...the cost to return was twice as much as I paid for the bed. They did offer a 15% discount and also said that I could donate the bed (but no exchange or refund) but never addressed the real problem that the bed was defective and stank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...VERY DISHONEST CHINA BASED BUSINESS.

This supposed dog bed is nothing more than two pieces of flimsy material sewn together with a slightly enhanced border. Has no substance at all. Absolutely no padding. Dog might as well be lying on the floor on a pillowcase. Don't fall for their advertising. And don't buy from them.

I ordered the anxiety calming donut bed which arrived tightly packaged but soon puffed up with a shake and plump up. I also ordered the car restraint seat belt, the shortest in length but still allows my little boy to wander around on the back seat, love it. Feels very strong and durable. I also purchased the adjustable feeding table. My dog loves it, wasn't sure for the first couple days but now he won't eat out of his old dishes. Both dog and cat readily enjoyed snuggling in their new beds. They looked so comfortable. Of course, being animals, they now both have shunned them, only occasionally using one. That's okay, surely they will decide to go back to the obviously comfortable beds, which now rest down the middle of our bed...leaving us to cling precariously on the outer edges. The beds are not as pictured! The beds are of very poor quality and despite their claims, only 1/2 of my Golden's body actually fits on the XXL. Not my idea of comfort or stress relief. Beds of better quality and at a fraction of the price are available from other retailers.
Some of the worst customer service received, feeling as though I'm being forced to keep/pay for these items.
I had ordered two beds but after receiving and opening the first (beds arriving at different times), I requested a return and later rejected the second package (never opening it).
The company did not grant my return request of the first bed and have yet to refund me for the refused package/bed with ongoing delays and difficulties with customer service.
I would not recommend this company!
