I ordered this bed for my elderly lab. Within 2 days I lost my forever friend.
I emailed these uncaring people to cancel the order. Their response was it is in the warehouse waiting pickup for shipping and due to thousands of worldwide items for shipping it cannot be cancelled. That was February 4th. Since then I have notified my cc company filed a dispute and I'm still getting shipping notifications with no tracking information. This company (if that's really what it is) needs to be banned from selling anything in this country. There's no reason in the world why a couple of taps on the computer they can't fix this problem. It's quite apparent they are money grabbers and not one bit interested in our pets. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM!
I ordered this bed for my dog on Jan 27th. I still have not received it. I got some shady response when I sent an email about it. I spent $83.00 (plus tax, etc) for nothing. Do not order from this company!

Incredibly annoying experience. Customer service is slow to respond and basically non-existent. Ordered almost a month ago and my package has come and gone through my state 3 separate times now on the tracking. Of course they only display overwhelmingly positive reviews on their website which I'm sure are all from bots. THIS IS A SCAM

Ordered an XL bed before Xmas, got a L, too small for my dog. I measured, took a picture to prove that it was 70 cm in diameter not the 80 cm I ordered. Wrote, sent pictures and was told that another bed would be sent. Good so far…. Then the second bed arrived, same size! Took another picture of the two identical beds, still too small for my dog, and sent a message to please reimburse me since they couldn't send what I ordered.
Got an answer telling me that the warehouse had sent the right size and I was graciously offered 15% off on next order! I could choose to send item back at my expense… what kind of business is this? Deserves the bad rating… wish I had looked at that before ordering!

Ordered 1 XXL for $83 and immediately got an offer for a second one at great discount, which I purchased. Didn't hear after about 5 days and ended up in a series of 3-5 emails with replies from their support and then got USPS tracking number.
Just after their confirmation and tracking number I got a fraud call from my credit card company. I think they submitted the credit card under the name of another company, like AIC Auto Club.
We shall see if it arrives. I should have done more online shopping comparison, there are other seller out there with similar products and prices. I would absolutelyavoid this seller in the future.

Almost a month and the product has not been received by USPS. It was listed as in stock. They send cute little emails like working 24/7 on your order. What a joke. This company is a total scam. Go to your local pet supply for a bed.
Update: I did finally receive the bed after a 45-60 days. It has an odor and needed to be left outside for a while to get rid of that. Our dog does like it though so I improved the score. I would shop locally if I had to replace.

I have to agree with comments, this is a hoax and a scam. I have received numerous emails to apologize, « rest assured we'll deliver your item », exactly how others have described their bad experience. As I made the purchase with PayPal, I will be asking for a refund. I have two extremely anxious dogs and I bought I'd give this bed a try. What a fool I was to fall for their publication. Get a bed in a reputable pet store!

I still have not received the bed - I have asked multiple times for a refund but they keep delaying and giving me fake tracking numbers. They even lied saying they had a shipping problem and the carrier messed up the delivery. Stay away from this company.

Our dog bed arrived and it is nothing like what was described on their website! This 'dog bed' could not be less supportive if it tried. It is flopsy with very limited padding and it is poorly constructed. Our arthritic, 11 year old dog might as well sleep on the floor - at least it smells better! The smell of this dog bed is so revolting we had to put it in our garage.
There is no label on the bed to tell you what it is made of but if I had to guess based on the smell, I would say shredded, recycled tires mixed with dead fish. We have requested a full refund.

Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.

I ordered this bed on 1/9 and have still not received. When I try following up, I get no response. Apparently my order is at a USPS location in Los Angeles, which is literally 10 miles from my house...and its been sitting there for two weeks! Apparently this company cares very little about getting you their product in a timely manner. They offer you free shipping, but they obviously use the cheapest possible shipping method and could care less about you once they have your money.

I ordered 2 beds, and they arrived about 3 and 4 weeks after I ordered them. I opened the first and decided that the XL was barely large enough for my dog. When the second one arrived, I left it packed in it's tight plastic wrap and asked to exchange for an XXL. I was told that it would have to be sent to their return center in China, with no return reimbursement, and that any refund for a return would be quite delayed, perhaps many weeks. It was suggested that I give it as gift to someone else, and they would refund me 15% to keep it. "Satisfaction Guaranteed"... I don't think so.

I previously wrote a bad review on this product. I was wrong. It looked bad out of the package and I was worried it would shed but once I began using it my dog loved it and prefers it to her other bed. It doesn't shed and is easy to wash. The company replied to my emails very promptly and courteously. So I take my previous review back. Only thing is I found out local pet shop has exact same product for the same price. They don't accept returns either. Very happy with the bed.

What a ridiculous company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save your time and sanity. I ordered a bed for my dog. My mom wanted it since it's more her dog. They do not give different shipping rates/days. My dog passed unexpectedly before the bed even shipped. I cancelled my order before the bed even shipped. There was nothing they could do for me. So I finally got the bed. It was packaged in a ridiculous fashion, no padding, etc. Just balled up and wrapped in a piece of plastic. It was not comfortable or anything I'd want my dog in. They made me pay to ship it back and wouldn't even include a shipping label and I had to request what address I was sending it back to, since their address wasn't on my package. I had to fill out a long customs paper and had to keep getting in line at the post office since I had no idea how to fill out the customs paper. Since the bed comes from CHINA! I wish I would have known that to begin with, or I never would have ordered it. It cost me $28 in shipping since they demand a track and shipping when returning. A huge waste of money and time. Crappy product and crappy customer service. I hope they go out of business soon! Surprised they can even have a business.

This company is disgusting to deal with. They take your money and then, no shipping or arrival date communication. E-mails with concerns are not answered! These beds are definitely not what they advertise. The communication when I was enquiring as to how long it would take for them to get to me was appalling. It took a month for them to arrive. I have since had them for about five weeks and they are flat and loads of fluff from the outside is coming off.

My 75 lb Standard Poodle LOVES the bed. Typically he's up and down in and outside but now is content to lounge in the bed. I got an xl. I don't understand why all the poor reviews. Anyway Teddy is a happy boy. Thank you!
