Absolutely Horrible!

POSTPONED INDEFINITELY $423.90 Non refundable. 6 months after original concert date, 1 rescheduled date ( from a Friday night to a Tuesday night concert)! My ticket tracker refuses to refund, arguing their no refund policy. What is the statute to limitations on postponed indefinitely? Worst investment I ever made as a single mom who intended to take my kids to a $423.90 worship experience. So disappointed!

I thought I was purchasing directly from the venue, do to some misleading web advertising. I made a mistake in my transaction. Multiple calls and requests for help, and I've been told absolutely no refunds and no exchanges. Ticket price is well over the venue price. My show is in 2019. Tickets from the venue have been sent to other customers already. I've been told I cannot have mine until a day before the performance. During the multiple calls (at least 8x by now), I've had one customer representative that was kind and sympathetic (still no refund/exchange). All others were condescending.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Please don't order from MyTicketTracker.com. Dishonest, unethical, fraud. They "sold" me tickets that belonged to someone else. Almost $150. I got to the event, and the tickets expired before the event even began. Had to buy new tickets. Called to get a refund and the guy said to send a photo of the new receipt to get a refund. Did everything they asked and no reply for days. Then I randomly get an email saying to call them, so I call them and they're closed. I've called and talked to 3 people since then and they tell me to do more things to get a refund. Just got a new email saying they "deeply sympathize" with my situation but won't give me my money back. Bottom line, if you work hard for your money, don't let this company steal it from you like they did me. Stay away!

Don't go near this website. You will be scammed and you will be incredibly lucky if you get your money back. They sold me tickets to a concert that they didn't have. I learned this by calling the venue and asking them to confirm my aisle, row, and seat numbers. They had been purchased already by someone else. Don't believe a word they say. PayPal was zero help. I went straight to my bank they researched them found out they sell tickets that they don't have, and put my money back in my account right then. Stay away. They should be shut down and charged by the US Attorney.

Unusable Tickets

Bought a ticket from the site and it was not available till two and a two hours after the start of the baseball game. Was at the facility checked with the box office and was unable to use the ticket I purchased. Reached out to their customer service with no response. Requested A full refund they denied it because email said the ticket was sent terrible terrible company don't use!

IT IS A SCAM!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my tickets. We live and we learn. Everything everyone is saying is true and valid. I am so disappointed that people would do this to other people. I have not been able to transfer my tickets. Been on hold for over an hour. Sent an email and received back the same generic email that has been mentioned in the other reviews. There has to be a way to put an end to this.

This company charges more than what the venue charges for tickets, and also charges bogus fees such as shipping. (there is no shipping involced in E ticket sells)

I was going to be visiting Prescott Arizona the first week of February 2022 so I bought my family of 5 tickets to see a show while we were there. The show was canceled and rebooked for May 2023! I cannot afford to purchase 5 airplane tickets from Seattle (where I live) to fly there next year. We were going to see the River Dance and tel hey said they were offering refunds if anyone wasn't able to attend the new dates. But Ticket Tracker refuses to refund the $743.55 that I paid them! DO NOT Purchase tickets through them! They are a rip off and an online scam people!

Scam!

Do not purchase anything through my ticket tracker! I paid $137 for premier parking at an event and when we got to the lot was turned away as our ticket was not real! The seller told me it was an eticket but the parking lot said they don't accept etickets only hang tags. I reached out to PayPal for a refund and hoping to get it back! So mad!

Crooks in bed with Expedia. Stay away!

We were promised tickets for Rounds one and two all sessions passes. We do not want a refund. We called because we only had tickets delivered for round one session 1. We were looking for the rest of the tickets we were guaranteed.

When I purchased these tickets, I was guaranteed rounds one and two all sessions passes. I understood that my seats would be the section I chose or better. It was never discussed that you would refund the tickets. I need to know how to get the tickets that I was promised.
This was my initial contact after they returned my money for the tickets I was guaranteed and never received. Keep in mind I was guaranteed the tickets.- their words in writing.

I'm getting an attorney but want to save you the trouble! Stay away! You have a better chance of getting tickets by meeting someone in a dark alley!

RIP OFF!

I bought 2 $40 tickets and ended up paying $232! I thought I was in the site of the ticket event and was in Ticket Tracker. My husband and I are sick and can't attend the event tomorrow. There's no refunds, exchanges or selling ticket back! Run from this site!

I purchased 2 tickets to the April Fools Comefy event in Houston, Texas for April 2,2022. To date, I have not received any notification from this bogus company that they received my payment nor did I receive the tickets. I can verify that they received the money because I paid through my PayPal account. They never sent the tickets. I filed a claim through my bank and through PayPal and the claims were denied for $299.49, because they lied and said they sent the tickets. In order to attend the event, I had to purchase tickets again through Ticketmaster, a very reputable company. I am filing claims with Better Business Bureau sand the Federal Trade Commission. Biggest scammers in Canada!

Never got the tickets

My concert tickets were purchased March 2020 just before the lockdown due to covid. It was rescheduled and I never received the tickets via email as was stated by the company. I want my money back which is a total of $826.39

We utilized My Ticket Tracker to get tickets through PayPal for Paul McCartney. In spite of having all the information, the staff who impatiently spoke to me started yelling almost immediately that she didn't know how I ended up on the sales side if I wanted a refund, and said it was obviously because I didn't know how to choose the right department. Then she said my phone number wasn't on file. Then she said I shouldn't bother giving her my email because I had obviously "put it in wrong" to start with and it would be a waste of both our time. She was dismissive, mocking, and almost cruel. She told me that My Ticket Tracker actually handled all kinds of third party ticketing sites but couldn't tell me any one of them because it would "take too long." It honestly took me aback - a lot. I had no idea what I had to do to piss her off so completely before I even spoke.
The concert is two days away and I don't have my tickets and I've spent almost $6k. Lesson expensively learned.

I bought tickets to Dead and Co and the concert was cancelled due to COVID-19. They will not refund my money. I received an e-mail from *******@mytickettracker.com at 4/28@ 6:03 p.m. that stated I had 12 hours to respond to receive a refund of $523.75. The offer expired at 6 a.m. I did not see the e-mail until after the 12 hour time frame and they refuse to refund my money. This is not a reasonable time frame and outside of business hours. They issued a voucher good through 4/25/2021 for $628.50. Dead and Co only does summer shows. My credit card company could not get my money refunded either. Do not use this company. They are a total rip off.

I purchased tickets for June due to the COVID19 the show has been postponed. But if you go to the River Dance Website they do not show a date of when they will be coming the Grand Prairie Tx. I have made several calls to get a refund and the customer service is horrible. Because it is not officially cancelled they will not refund my money. I bought the tickets because my mom was coming from NC and she had never been. She has had her flight cancelled because of the COVID19. The last time I talked with someone they told me pretty much do bad you can see if you can sell the tickets. I will never use this company again. Very rude I wish I had know I would never have bought my tickets from them.

I tried to contact this company to tell them they sent me tickets for the jazz festival with someone else's name on them. I was on lined and waiting for four hours to talk to someone about this mistake they made. The concert is the 20th of August and this needs to be taken care of now. All I got on the line was weird music while I waited for customer service. I also wrote two emails explaining the problem. This was a surprise gift for my husband to be introduced to Jazz. Which I absolutely love. Terrible Customer Service. I wasted four hours today as I walked around with my cell phone in my condo waiting for someone to help me. No one came on the line. Just a recording. Disgraceful Customer Service. I hope they take care of this. Rev. MaryAnn Brown

My wife and I bought two tickets for Cher and it was rescheduled due to the CoronaVirus to a date we are unable to attend. We called to get a refund and their policy is is no refund unless the show is canceled. The "customer service" rep was not friendly or helpful bordering on rude. Considering we bought the tickets based on being in the Tampa area at the time of the original date, we are now in a position of having to sell the tickets ourselves. This is not good business and I question Amalie Arena's association with this company. I chose the seats from their site and was redirected to MyTicketTracker to purchase. Be aware when buying tickets and avoid MyTicketTracker at all cost.
