THIS CARD IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY PLACE THE MONEY ON THE CARD AND WHEN YOU CALL OR TRY TO REGISTER THE CARD IT DECLINES ONLY TO TELL YOU ONCE YOU CALL THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE IT FOR CREDIT/DEBIT NOT GET MONEY OFF OF IT. IT IS A DISSERVICE FOR THEM TO TELL YOU HOW TO USE YOUR OWN MONEY THAT YOU JUST PLACED ON A CARD, THEN CANT GIVE YOU A REASON WHYYY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASHHHHHH TOO. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A THOUSAND ZEROOOOO STARS... THEY ARE UNDER IT AND BELOW. ANNND THE ONLY REASON THEY GET A STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK ONE TO SUBMIT... BEWARE!

I purchased 50$ gift card, I had. 87 cents left, I tried to buy a snickers and it declined I had a 50 return pending on my card from target, okay so 3 days ago I check balance and it tells me to call customer service, I did... she (call came from Phillapenes) told me MY CARD WAS DEACTIVATED but still had my 50$ refund from Target and my. 87 cents. And since my card was. 87 cents over meaning I had a credit of 50.87 cents, they get to hold the Money, deactivate the card and KEEP MY MONEY, until I give them my full names address, *******@gmail.com, date of birth and phone number. Okay oh then a copy of Debit card and receipts of All my purchases I made on the card... otherwise she states, they hold the money forever. I asked them to REFUND MONEY BACK TO TARGET AND SHE TOLD ME I didnt understand her. No I understand you ARE A THIEF AND ILLEGAL AS HELL

I bought a Visa $100.00 Prepaid Gift Card. It cost me a total of $105.95 due to activation costs at time of purchase. When buying the card I was told by the store that it was accepted & would work anywhere in the world where Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Come to find out AFTER the visa vanilla pre paid gift card was purchased that Walmart online purchases cannot be made. A couple purchases did go thru which left just under $40 balance. I checked the card for an exact balance about a week later and a SYSTEM ERROR MESSAGE kept popping up. I called visa and my card kept coming up as invalid for some unknown reason! I tried calling the Visa Vanilla number listed on the back of the visa and my call kept getting hung up on and disconnected because their phone system kept saying that my card number was invalid. This is ridiculous! Why is it invalid when the full amount was not spent yet? Remember I still had just under $40 left on it unused before these issues kept coming up! I called about 12 times and none of my attempts to get thru their phone system were successful. Today I contacted customer service and told them that I bought a $100 visa Vanilla card with a missing balance of $40.00.
My call was answered by an agent in ASIA! Her ENGLISH was horrible! Omg I could hardly understand her. She kept talking in circles! Anyways, after almost an hour on the phone she told me that because I used the internet to check my visa balance that my card was automatically BLOCKED! She said that anytime people check their balances a stop is put on the card because it might have been compromised by the internet! Omg I think they purposely block it in hopes that you won't bother calling and they keep the balance. In conclusion after a total of 2 hours she told me that a replacement card would be mailed to me in 14-20 business days with the remaining balance on it which was $38.85. Upon getting the card I have to call into visa again and have an agent activate it.
Using this card was a GONG SHOW! Speaking to that agent with her poor English honestly gave me a migraine!

WHEN I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD ( 1- 833 - 322- 6760) TO FIND WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ASKED TO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ONE TO TWO MINUTES, BUT AFTER TEN MINUTES HAD PASSED I WAS HUNG UP ON? SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONCE AGAIN TO SPEAK WITH ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE AND TO CHECK MY VANILLA GIFT BALANCE, ( MY VANILLA GIFT CARD BALANCE SAID ZERO BALANCE) SO WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE THEY SAID A AMAZON PURCHASE HAD BEEN MADE? SO HOW WAS A PURCHASE MADE IF I COULD NOT USE MY VANILLA GIFT CARD?) THE VANILLA GIFT CARD REPRESENTATIVE HAD WIPED OUT MY VANILLA GIFT CARD... I KNOW THROUGH AMAZON NOW THAT THE VINILLA GIFT CARD REPRESENTATIVE HAD USED MY CARD ( FRAUDULENTLY) NOW I WILL BE CONTACTING LAW ENFORCEMENT AS WELL AS MY LAWYER REGARDING THIS ACTIVITY THROUGH THIS ( FRAUDULENT VANILLA GIFT CARD COMPANY)

Yesterday morning 8-10-19 from 00:25 to 0145am my vanilla card was hit 8-times within 1hr and 15minutes, $682 was Stolen from a Company called chumi.co in ontario, Canada, never heard of them untill now, i Wore a Badge for a few years i saw how suspicious this is it seems to be a Person or persons from the inside They Know what to do and how to do it, its their own card, the Time this Happend was their 1st Mistake and using a Company i Never did Buisness with was their 2nd mistake, i never do Buisness that early in the morning, they will tell you to fill out a dipute form then return it and wait for around 45-90 Days then say it seems to be a legal transaction to us, then you are still out of the Money Hundreds are being Scammed out of Money see How the GAME is Played!

In newmarket ontario 1111 davis drive Walmart dec 20 2019 with my debit card as a gift for my brother for Christmas, I have a receipt
On jan 9th 2020 my brother tryed to use the card jan 9 2020 at royal distributing in innisfil and was declined, he immediately called the number on the card and realized then that the expiration date had been removed,
Jan 11 after multiple attempts to speak with someone over the past few days, my brother contacted me and told me about the issue
I called and emailed Walmart jan 12, they told me they could not help me with a refund or exchange as it was a final sale
I called vanilla visa, they put card on hold, will email me paperwork to fill out for fraud report(they didn't send email) can take up to 90 days
They also informed me there was a transaction made from the card on dec 24 for the amount of $147 in etobicoke at a circle k
On dec 24 the card was wrapped as a Christmas gift in my basement
Jan 13 I called visa again, this time they told me card was used dec 26 not dec 24
This time they emailed paperwork, transaction date on paperwork is dec 27
Jan 13, called fraud dept yrp, was told to do online report
Jan 16 did online report
Called visa again to get address of circle k(they dont have it)
This time they told me date of transaction was dec 25
Jan 17 yep fraud department called to get details, as well as emailed for details and provided a case #
I will fax paperwork sent by dispute department on jan 20 2020

So later I go home and check the balance it says 100$ so I go on macys im tryna buy some hoodies and it aint goin thru so i check the balance again it says 0$ saying I spent 100$ on digital life I dont even know what that is so I call Customer Service. I told them I bought a 100 card and later i check it had 0$ on it and someone stole my money but they said oh its a pending transaction and call us in 7 days and we will refund your money. So 7 days later I call em they gon say want to file a dispute I was like bro can u just give me my money back and they where oh we cant do that. So I file a dispute they gon say wait 90 days i gave them my email and everything bruh they still never got back to me. People reading this never buy this card lots of hackers easily get into it and spend yo money quickly if you do buy this card you are dumb and u better spend your money in 1 minute Do not buy please.

Yo tengo dos tarjetas regalo que tenía guardadas pro más de un mes quise utilizarlas y consulte el balance efectivamente tenía 100 dólares en cada una de las tarjetas colgué la llamada y quise hacer una compra y rechazaron las tarjetas ambas consulto nuevamente el balance y tenía 33 centavos llamó a servicio al cliente y espero más de. 20 minutes y solo me enseñan ver las transacciones y oh sorpresa aparece compras en los minutos que yo estaba en línea con ellos haciendo el reclamo; ellos estoy segura manejan un scam en las consultas de saldo porque es insólito que hagan una transferencia en el minuto 3 después de consultar el balance ellos mienten dicen dar seguimiento y enviar una forma para un requerimiento y nunca envían nada ellos se roban el dinero. No compren estas tarjetas
