I get nothing short of first class service with a smile and they work hard finding the parts I need and if they don't have it stocked it's here the next day by 11 am great job guys will be doing buissiness for many years into the future thank you very much
Make sure sure you check parts an number matches box order a blower resistor for customers diagnose there self and was just a blown fuse went to return they said was wrong part in box now out a 160 dollars Make sure to check everything when purchasing from napa in Roanoke Rapids nc they lost a valuable customer over 160 dollars versus the 15 thousand I spend a year working on other people's car
I'm a mechanic who was fixing my neighbor's van. I diagnosed his battery as bad. It was under napa warranty so I sent him up there to exchange it. They tested it and said it was still good and talked him into buying a 300 dollar alternator instead. He decided to believe them and not me and low and behold I was right but napa still refuses to exchange his battery. The warranty is not honored they lie and say your battery is still good when it's not and now they won't even return his alternator that he never needed in the first place. They talked him into buying an extended warranty on the battery 2 years ago which is really expensive and they don't even honor it. Buyer beware don't buy from this place. He was forced to go buy a rebuilt battery and 3 weeks later the van is running great. Don't trust these crooked businesses.
Tip for consumers:
Napa is a bunch of crooks.

Leave work early to pickup my online order. Show up 6 to 8 mins before 6pm. Doors locked lights off. 2 guys come out of back and I inquired why are they closing early I am here to pick up my online order. He unlocked the store and got me my parts even though he felt inconvenience. Now I see a charge for $60 not the $57.14 I agreed to pay. Not only did the price go up when I went to purchase items I see at the bottom of my invoice that they are going to charge me more then I agreed to. Waiting for them to correct it. I never agreed to round up

I went to NAPA in Ontario, OR and bought a gallon of antifreeze. The price showed 16.99. When I went to pay for it, it rang up 17.99. The store would not make it correct and I was just told sorry about that. I will never go to another NAPA again.
What is the point of showing something as available in 30 minutes when in fact it is not available for days?
Why are you above the city mask requirements?
I'll happily pay triple to NEVER deal with NAPA again.
I purchased a part that NAPA Online said fit my vehicle, but their website was wrong and it didn't. After calling NAPA Online regarding this, I shipped the part back to them. They received the part back 12 days ago and as of today, I have yet to receive a refund, despite my calling them twice and emailing them twice without a single reply or resolution to date! To me, this is absolutely unacceptable! So much so, that I will never ever purchased another item, ever from NAPA Online. Buyer Beware!
Tip for consumers:
Be very careful before ordering from NAPA Online because its very possible you may not receive a refund on items despite shipping them back and having a proof of return delivery to their facility.

I didn't, turns out they don't sell the part I needed.
Just bought a drive shaft hanger bearing for my truck. I needed it, the garage had it disassembled w/truck on their lift. I figured the part would be about 40-50 buck bases on Rock Autos price of 15 including shipping. Total price $77.82 Same Made in China. Theirs was an SKF bearing, Rocks is a Timkin bearing. Employee, Ryan is the kind of employee that gives you legal problems. He verbally accosted my wife. I wouldn't waste my time with NAPA. They've always been overpriced for low end items. I ended up here after the Keizer branch took our money and lost our order.
In this case, I bought an item and the place wouldn't get it to me until a lawyers name was dropped. Called fraud guys. If I by a part and your company won't deliver the item that's a problem. Paying for the item and having you tell us you can't see the purchase and won't give us our parts with proof of purchase is fraud.
Let's see where this goes. I smell a bill from Nissan at your door
I ordered a part only because it stated that it would arrive the next day. When I finished the check out online it then stated in would arrive in 6 days which was borderline OK as I was going out of town the next day but still, 6 days is much different than 1. Then when the shipping label was created UPS stated a day or two later. I have my fingers crossed it may arrive early but I am not holding out. Next day shipping turned into a week.
Went to the website, requested the parts, and they had them in store the next day. Picked them up and they were a perfect fit... Even had install and adjustment instructions in the box. Salesman informed me of all the warranty/return conditions before I paid for them. Thanks.

Napa are scammers. I was offered a lower price for a part that my mechanic (who is my brother in law) was offered. It was $120 more for his repair shop to buy than the price I can buy it for. When he called their head office they did not offer any explanation of the price difference and told him "that's the price they sell it for repair shops". So, I bought it at the lower price and he installed the part. I did have to pick up the part, rather than have free delivery. Makes me think their free delivery is not free, its 120 dollars. I could not afford this part so my brother in law advised me to call around to suppliers and this is how I found out.

We would like to recognize the extreme customer service at the Tillamook, Oregon Store. We would like to commend the above and beyond customer service from the employee CODY that helped us exchange out our Oxygen tank... we stayed in the parking lot to attach the regulator and we found that there was not a perfect match... so Cody got his Boss and they found a nipple in their store that matches up with the regulator and the tank and there isn't a leak anymore... we asked how much do we owe you and they said nothing and said " have a great day "
This made us feel us so valued as a customer! I would recommend this store to anyone in the Tillamook County or Visitors passing through...

Very disappointed with napaonline.com. I've had orders just canceled with no email or contact from them at all. Sitting here waiting for the order and it never came. No response from support after contacting them about this issue. Would not recommend napaonline.com.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust in this site to ensure orders reach you.

Ordered from another company. No delivery.
Researched a part online. Found a slight savings online. Ordered online for store pickup, was notified ready and picked up. Later looked at bank on line. Charge for part was there as expected but NAPA online added an extra $8.93 on line charge. Last time will NAPA.
I have bought other short lived batteries from them, but the last one will truly be the last one. I even bought their 'suggested' NAPA battery tender on the last one and the battery made it 9 months. A sealed battery with 5 dry cells dry and they tried to say I may have had it or stored it on its side. Friggin really. Horrible people skills and less than quality products in my humble opinion, and people that won't honor their own warranty..
Tip for consumers:
Many other places to get batteries.. Shop elsewhere.. in my opinion..
I order 5 items that all had ready for pick up today at a local store not one of those was ready. When I contacted the help dept on their website I was told they could not help me I had to contact the local store.
Last year, we spent $230.00 on wheel bearings at the Napa store in Genoa, Oh. Little did we know that only after a year... ONE YEAR... we would need new ones. Napa sells the worst, most INFERIOR quality wheel bearings on the planet! To add insult to injury, they don't even stand behind the JUNK they trick their customers into buying... they told us that they're only guaranteed for a year. So now we have to buy brand new ones. We're now wishing we'd read the fine print before we put our hard earned money (and our trust) in this ENRON company. $230.00 a year? THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! A LEGAL SCAM! Stay away from NAPA!
I recently ordered oil that was on sale. I was sent a receipt and the asked me to pay in store. It was forecast to arrive the following tuesday which happened to be 31 March. I never received notification that my order had arrived. I went to the store today and the would not honor the sale price since the sale ended on the 31st. I am done with NAPA. Time will tell if they even survive with the current climate as it is.
Not happy I need to part asap and online I would get part in 3 days ordered on Thursday and on Saturday but nope I have to wait till Monday! Online lies! So I'm with out a car till then I won't order from Napa again!

I needed a hard to describe part for a battery. After an extensive web search I found it at Napaonline.com
However, the quantity being sold was some what vague. After receiving the item and only then learning how many where being sold. I wanted to write a review. No luck there. I wanted to update my account. Login credentials didn't work. Reset PW didn't work nor to creating a new acct.
I have used Napa and I have not have any problems at all. I was able to buy what I needed and get on. But I only visit the same one. I see all of the negative comments so it's possible that, that location has some issues. Find the right one for you.
I just ordered a set of rear brake shoes for $40 from my local NAPA dealer, I asked if they were made in the USA, and the guy assured me they would be. When they got there, they were Chinese. I could have bought Chinese from Autozone for $22. On top to they they charged me $9 core charge on new shoes, nobody charges a core on new parts!
I want to cancel an order, I sent a email to cancel. I got a email say I needed to call the customer service. I called customer service first thing in the morning. They told me I couldn't cancel the order. I told this unacceptable. The customer send a email to the warehouse asking them to cancel the order. I don't understand why a staff member couldn't send a email to the warehouse, but has the ability to send me one saying the can't cancel my order. I was told they couldn't cancel the order even though the order was not pick nor in the pick process. I was then told I have to pay the shipping and I could return the item to the store. I then asked for the tracking number so I could deny the shipment now. I haven't heard anything back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever heard of or had in my life.
Just went to pick up my in store order and they didn't have my brake pass. Why would you send me a email saying it was ready to pick up? You have lost a customer for life.
Tip for consumers:
Better customer service and a better ordering system. Even employee complained about the ordering system at the store. Stated there is no way to go back.

I know who Shelly Anderson is talking about in the business in Grayling, who balks at doing any extras for you! I, too would give the company NO stars, if I could!... Anyways, as to the NAPA company, itself, BEWARE of the sales that advertise 20% off. It is NOT 20% off of everything as they lead you to believe. After 4 months of constantly writing to and calling the company to find out about how these sales work and to complain about the way it is a scam for consumers, the company never responded except to tell me to call them, which I did and got no where. I will take my business elsewhere as they scam and do not give customer service. (One telephone agent actually told me, it is like a scam!) After I purchased hundreds of dollars last time, expecting it to be 20% off and it was not, I was very disappointed. So, BEWARE! Ask about the price of each and every item when you purchase at these sales there.
Sold my grandson a poor battery and wouldn't replace it after a few months. They said because it froze! The battery wouldn't hold a charge so it froze easily. They have no compassion for their clients, only care about profits. Poor outfit! Don't go there!
I ordered a part for my car at Napa online. The transaction was easy and seamless. That was the easy part. When I got notification that my part was at the store I went in to pick it up. To my surprise the salesman asked if I'd already paid for the part. When I showed him the confirmation email from Napa and the charge to my card online he said he couldn't find a copy of the order in his system. But the part was there with an online receipt. He could not let me leave the store with the part. So I left the store without the part. When I called Napa customer service they're only offer to fix the problem was to delete the transaction and have me go through it all over again. No thanks!
