I get nothing short of first class service with a smile and they work hard finding the parts I need and if they don't have it stocked it's here the next day by 11 am great job guys will be doing buissiness for many years into the future thank you very much
Make sure sure you check parts an number matches box order a blower resistor for customers diagnose there self and was just a blown fuse went to return they said was wrong part in box now out a 160 dollars Make sure to check everything when purchasing from napa in Roanoke Rapids nc they lost a valuable customer over 160 dollars versus the 15 thousand I spend a year working on other people's car
You should be very proud of your committed work force at this location from Michele who is phenomenal at getting the parts correct Blame, Harry, Karen and the driver's who immediately gets me the parts to me as I need them.
Good afternoon, I placed an order for 2 products and they never arrived and ups sends me a notification saying that it was delivered yesterday at 10:12 am at the front door but it was not like that I checked immediately and it never happened I checked the cameras and nobody passed over there; I tried to make the claim with ups and they told me that I should make the claim to you NAPA, I sent them an email yesterday and they told me to call a phone number that does not work *******272 is offline, I feel frustrated because I need the urgent tool and my purchase was lost and nobody gives me any answer, it seems to me a total mockery

When your employees at McPhillips and Main Street location can't bother to answer a ringing phone for 2 minutes it sets the tone for run away now. Why would you acknowledge me in your store if you don't a knowledge your POTENTIAL customer on the phone. No business for you donkeys.
I run a repair shop in NC. Have always preferred Napa parts, but the quality has gone to crap in the last few years. Why pay twice as much at Napa, to get the same crap the other stores sell?
Well all the good things you might have heard is a lie. This company is a waste of time. They only pay the people that don't know how the job works, especially there ceo!
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time if you're looking for a good job to grow.

Parts are as good as any other part store
I'm lucky. NAPA has real professionals on site for both parts and service.
I like to work on my own cars but send my wife's car to NAPA for most work. In Los Alamos NM there are a few good part stores with competitive prices, NAPA is often the most competitive. There are also several garages that do work, and NAPA is the one I trust most. When I work on my own cars I can trust NAPA to get me the right parts, do some of the work, like remove the outer bearings on my '64 Corvette rear spindles and when they service my wife's car to do the work right and never over charge. Very lucky to have NAPA in my town.
Very helpful and patient employees. They answer questions and they take their time with you.
Great prices and the parts are a perfect fit!
Well Done!
Oh no! Your car has broken down and you need a part shipped out to you ASAP. Without this part, you won't be able to get your grandma to her doctor appointments and she'll die! Well guess what, she's as good as dead. I ordered tire cleaner, not some specialty part or something so rare that only Indiana Jones can find it, tire cleaner. Been more than 2 weeks now, when my order was supposedly estimated to be delivered on May 3rd. May 13th and I'll I've got is a bad taste in my mouth, probably worst than what I would taste if I drank the tire cleaner. I can assure you, this is NOT the company you want to buy anything from. No communication with delays, you need to reach out to them to say "Hey, you didn't ship my stuff yet." Then, like they did me, they will respond to your message in a timely fashion and say "oh yeah, we are shipping that out now." Then 5 days later you still don't have proof of shipping and their site says nothing has shipped. Don't waste your time here. Don't give them your money. Stay away. Save Grandma and go literally anywhere else.

Don't. Just don't.

Purchased a tire machine from napa day 1 it started falling apart they sent a service tech to fix it he said theses machines are junk well its a year later still breaking down all the time losing sales its leaking oil the wheels dont stay clamped down leaks air upper arm wobbles replaced that with a updated 1 of coursei had to pay for it made by COATS BUYER BEWARE
I ordered on line cause they gave me a 20% discount and promised it would be here 3 to 5 business days. Had a guy putting In brakes and rotors for me so I needed them. Ordered up after 5 business days and an extra day I called they hadn't even shipped and wouldn't over night cause I didn't pay for it. Was told go instore buy what I need and when they get there a week later I can return to a store near me. Wasn't true couldn't return to a store if purchased online. Then they said to ship all back and they would refund my money within 2 to 3 days of ups picking it up. It's been 7 days now and called them they said parts are sitting in ware house but no one has opened it yet and when someone does we will have refund within 3 to 5 days ill never buy from them on line or in store don't know hiw they stay in buisness.
Tip for consumers:
Still waiting on refund
Absolutely horrible horrible customer service I purchased some stuff use my debit card not needing half of what I purchased brought it back to the Waipahu Hawaii store and was told that they could not give me cash back had to go back on the card my argument is it's a debit card you already got your money now I'm inconvenience by having to go home get the card go back there's a solid hour and 15 minutes out of my day gone because of this guess you guys just lost a customer will never deal with O'Reilly's again
I ordered a blue car cover through napa online, when it arrived it was not blue but gray! This is false advertising, you need to update your web page if this is an error on your part.
We had a transfer inspection completed and was quoted $3000. After declining service went to a second reputable service center the vehicle was passed with no repairs needed.
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware!

We purchased no products only an inspection $125 and had to wait 5 hours in the service center.
I was given a specific day my parts would show up only to find out NAPA lied. I was told they now won't be here when needed. Rather than expediting them, I'm going to have to send them back when they eventually show up. DO NOT BUY FROM NAPA. UNRELIABLE!
Tip for consumers:
You're out of your mind if you buy from NAPA

Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service skills you went above and beyond for me and my family and I can't thank you enough for your extra hand
Ive been a customer for over 35 years. After yesterdays dealings with the Walnut Creek location Iam going to have to part ways. After calling to confirm a part, I was told they have it in stock. I gave them my name and told them I would be by in 20 minutes. When I Arrived I was greeted by Cynthia who initially helped me over the phone. She immediately pawned me off to someone else. After waiting 5 minutes it was clear they didn't have the part. I confronted Cynthia about this and she became very defensive turning the issue around on me saying I hung up the phone to quick. Of course this was not true. When I asked for her supervisors number she asked me to leave. A younger sales consultant was kind enough to direct me to their website. As I was sitting in my car trying to reach Napa s corporate office, Cynthia comes racing out of the store and confronts me on the passenger side. My first reaction was for my safety so I rolled up my window. Much to my surprise during her rampage she had her phone out while I was in my car. A few minutes went by and the younger employee grabbed her from the side of my car and pulled her into the store. Wow! I was thinking that this Cynthia must have violated a number of Napas policies. I would think that Napa would want to know they have an unhinged employee who chooses to escalate a problem instead of dealing with it with some form of integrity. Not too sure if she forgot to take her meds but clearly this was unpleasant for me and it could have been quickly remedied if she was truthful and apologetic. Instead she was deceptive and confrontational.
Two bad rebuilt master cylinders not my fault. I was treated poorly by the clerk Brent at store zip *******. Bad enought not to never return after 13 years! BEWARE! I have the proof!

NAPA is terrible. Return policy is only 30 days. If you work on vehicles in your leisure time, this is probably not where you want to get parts. I was doing front end work on an old 4runner -upper and lower ball joints, tie rods, and brakes along with some other miscellaneous stuff. I bought calipers, rotors, and pads from NAPA online because they had a deal going on knowing that I wouldn't be able to get to the actual brakes for several months as they were the last thing I'd be putting back together. When I finally got to that point I opened the box to realize I had the wrong pads. None of the local stores would let me exchange them because "they are privately owned and it takes forever for them to get refunded from corporate". When I tried a return online they cited the 30-day policy even though they are the ones who made the mistake. I am out $45 for the pads but I could have gotten the parts elsewhere for $20 more even with the sale NAPA had at the time. So I went with NAPA trying to save $20 and in the end it cost me about $25 extra. Now I have brake pads laying around that I have no idea what to do with. 2 stars removed because they refused to fix their mistake and another removed because their corporate setup is so difficult I couldn't take care of it locally. I left 2 stars because I share some blame by not verifying part #s when they came in and the lady I talked to on the phone was nice. Still, this all could have been avoided if they just sent the right part to begin with.
I received an email that said NAPA oil was 50% off with code NAPAREWARDS if bought online and picked up in store. I put four of the 5 quart jugs in my cart and the code didnt work. I called the local store and they wouldn't help and NAPA online didnt return my emails or calls. The local store said they ended the promotion early. Really?
Tip for consumers:
Dont use it. They dont honor their prices.

I went to napa in Middletown ct, and had my battery installed by one of the workers there. They then proceeded to check fluids ;) They also gave me new glow plugs for my Prius!...
I'm a big fan of Napa I always buy parts from Napa for the last 10+ years but every time I come to Decatur and desert inn location here in Vegas this guy name David he's very bad at costumer service if you come back with a warranty or an return he doesn't want to do it for you he always mad and talk bad at you hate this place now Napa owner should fire this guy.
Tip for consumers:
If you come to Decatur and desert inn location here in Vegas don’t let David to help you wait for someone else or ask for (Steve he’s the best at costume service on Napa)
They are not helpful here they tried to sell me the wrong antifreeze for my Jaguar, until I told him he needs to look up the make and model of my car to find out what I usually get for my car, he rang up the item $17 I said here is my military id he says it's the same price I just walked out lazy and unprofessional will never come back.
When to Napa to buy a jump starter I saw it online
And I ask for that thing they don't know if they have it
I look n I find it myself
Them I want to buy it and I ask for the warranty they say 1 year, but not 30 days or 90 days money back they say warranty mean bring the jump starter they sent it to don't know to fix it and wait for that so and the meantime is like a month to wait to get your device back. NO MONEY BACK from DAY 1 if you open it you own it. Don't buy in this store or any napa. Use another one you can get all the benefits thanks.
I had to order a replacement alternator for the 2007 Dodge Caravan and when I priced it online NAPA wanted 3 times the price for a rebuilt Bosch alternator plus a core charge as well as sales tax, Rock Auto did not charge me for a core and did not charge me sales tax so I went with buying it from Rock Auto.
