I've bought a pair of cut off shorts, Mink Pink brand. They are fabulous. I also bought 3 dresses all great quality! These negative reviews shock me, I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Nasty Gal!

There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! DON'T BUY! They run a scam, saying they shipped your order and it was delivered. But of course, it was never delivered. Then they say they will reship the order "expedited." But then the second order never shows. So you complain, and they say the best they can do is offer you a 70% refund because they have already lost money on shipping the order twice! Ha. Never saw a refund at all. They regularly run ads on Instagram. Don't order from them!
Believe all the reviews - this is 100% a scam. They send delivery confirmations for future dates and call it "jet lag" They don't even care at this point - it's sloppy and despicable. After pretending to fake deliver again, they'll "refund" you 70% of something you never received. RUN 🚩🚩🚩
I was told my order would arrive 2 Wednesdays ago and it's still just sitting in a factory and every time i ask they say expect it within 48 hours. They replied this every 48 hours i asked. I then asked for a refund because the event has passed and they said it would take a month to investigate. For a business that has been around for over a decade, this is just embarrassing.
I made order back in November.Their bogus tracking said they delivered the package. I reached out via email they replied like they were gonna reship and sign for it. They said the carrier didnot take the responsibility. Yet the second shipment was thru the exact same carrier no signature and once again it was showing delivered but not received. It has been over 30 days since my order "shipped". I sent an email to the vendor to confirm validity of the site after reading reviews. I removed 2 emails in reply assuring me they were legit and that the package had been shipped.
As soon as the tracking stated it was in USA I sent another email asking g for clarity on which carrier would deliver my package. I have not received any replies since the first week within the product order. Bieve the reviews. This site is a scam.

Never received my package, customer service rep told me there's nothing they can do because it's out of the 14 day return policy. But i'm not trying to return anything? There was something off with all the items that I purchased, none of them looked like the picture on the website. It's not even that cheap for really bare quality. At least everything arrived fast but I'm sending it all back anyway.
I've been happy with nasty gal until now. As a returning customer you'd think they would be more helpful. I ordered a product and does not look like the image on the website. To return it I have to pay for shipping costs. This is their error not mine. The product was not white what so ever.
STAY AWAY! Everywhere in the universe i am a size xs and it always fits me. I mean, my BMI is literally underweight. I ordered some things a size up (like a wool coat, for obvious reasons) and it STILL was too small. All body suits came, almost comically, up to my nipples and no further. The "size 10" boots (2 pairs) were too small. I mean... i can force myself into a 9 if i have to, so this is absolute BS. I spent $350+ dollars and the returns policy is so complex and full of crap i don't even want my money back at this point. I'm a student and i dont have big bucks, so this really sucks. They make you pay for the shipping to return items and they don't do exchanges. Reading these reviews - people still have not received their refund after paying return shipping and waiting one month or longer, so i'm definitely not returning this crap. The material is see through and cheap af! STAY AWAY! Especially if you're taller than 5 foot lol.

After not having ordered from Nasty Gal in many years… I decided to give them a shot. I clearly should have done my research first. True to the majority of the reviews here…. They are the worst! The clothes are of horrible quality and their customer service is terrible. They are a UK company so the dresses are UK sized, but when my order was confirmed the sizes were all wrong. Super disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again and will be returning everything I purchased.
I Bought 6 items and 2 of them dirty and stained and two are very far from the look on the website specially the colour. Contact customer service that i want to return them and showed all that photos attached and they keep insisting that (they don't see any problem on the items) and they still want me to pay for the shipping even though it's not my fault that they're products are $#*! that's why i am sending it back. Poor customer service not gonna buy again on this nasty website! Anyone experienced the same thing?
Update: They Refund me 80% after i replied on one of the bad comments from their instagram account regarding on how bad their customer service and teaching them to message on fb page instead to get their attention (guess what they also deleted bad comments/Reviews) . TIP Emails and comments won't work so better message them on facebook!

Do not purchase from this company unless you quadruple check your order. Their customer is by far the most horrific I've experienced by any brand. Their site switched my billing and shipping address which I noticed immediately after the order was placed. They refused to change the address or cancel the order and offered no help and said it was my problem.

I’ll never use their site again. The fact that you can’t change or cancel your order even a minute after placing it, is wrong. Their site glitches and they don’t take any responsibility. I checked everything before I placed the order and checked again after, it wasn’t correct and I never got my package. The customer service was appalling. I was sent from person to person going in circles trying to explain over and over with a new person on What’s app because they don’t have a number to speak
Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

The company is a joke. I never received my item and when I disputed the transaction with my credit card statement, they said "that's not our company" LOL! And when you try to contact them, good luck - all you get is a runaround and the same email twenty times.
I've been purchasing from nasty gal for so long. Yesterday I received my order and noticed I received two different boot styles in the box, both were for the right foot! Mistakes happen, but oh my goodness, to get customer service to help has been such a nightmare. They wanted me to pay for my return when it was their wrong doing, now I have to claim it's faulty but the label is already created for return, it's just a big mess and it takes hours to get a response since customer service is email only

I usually get my packages quickly and the customer service, unlike others I've read, is actually decent. However, their charts and sizes are misleading.
I bought a size SMALL pair of Serpentine Shorts from them and got a size small that was 30". The model was super fit and wearing a supposed "size small" which happen to fit her perfectly and also a size 24" just like me. I was so disappointed after I received my order to see that it was way too big.
They gave me in store credit, however which was ok but I now know that I won't be able to order shorts from them. I spoke to a customer service rep that told me just today that the sizing for the models were misleading.
I also bought a zipper dress that was really cute but didn't last but a few months since the zippers started crumbling apart after 2 washes and very little use. Instead of metal, they were made out of cheap plastic.
Pretty disappointed, Nasty Gal.
Their clothing quality is terrible. I ordered a bunch of stuff, it arrived later than expected but still quite quickly so I was impressed. However, based on their pricing I expected decent quality clothing only to get garbage I would expect from the likes of AliExpress. Not sure how they stay in business. I could go to H&M and get better quality clothes than this.
I have recently received my Nasty Gal Order. The vegan leather boots I ordered were for size 8, but they sent me size 6. It even has size 8 on the invoice. I am worried that if I return them I will not get a refund, after reading these reviews. I would really like to receive the boots in the size I ordered without extra cost.

So basically I ordered a pair of heels from this website about two weeks ago, they were delivered today and I'm very disappointed because I got sent a size 7 instead of a size 9. It's just a pain because it was for a gift for someone and now I can't really give them a pair of shoes which won't fit them.
